It's been 15 years since I was diagnosed with a heart condition that kept me on painful medication throughout my childhood and teenage years . I sat down and put together a two part audio podcast as I look back at the 15 years and reflect on healing physically , mentally and emotionally . I hosted myself on my own podcast --LOL--I tried to make it like a classic documentary and I hope that you enjoy listening to it  I have never shared this story anywhere and I am so glad that it's out of my system and into the open world , to encourage someone else going through the same or a different journey . This is me at a very vulnerable space while recording this but it has opened up new perspectives of the journey and how I am not the hero of the story but God is . This is my gratitude journal
