The goal is for people to be able to relate to others' stories and experiences. I, the host, and the special guest of the day will discuss the story and give our opinion on what is happening in their life. There would be an elaboration on the topic(s) that relates to the story. The goal is for people to feel heard; sometimes, one needs to hear someone else's opinion on the matter, the opinion of someone who is not involved at all.
