She was one year out of college and severely depressed. Living Wheat-Free for Dummies: Learn How to Live Wheat and Grain Free!

Living Wheat-Free for Dummies explains what the wheat-free lifestyle looks like and how to smoothly transition into this new dietary way of living.  Whether you suffer from a wheat allergy, intolerance to grains, or just want to cut out inflammation-causing foods from your diet, this book gives you the tools and tips to improve overall health. It is undeniable that obesity and diabetes rates are soaring.  In fact, rates have been on a rapid acceleration since the early 1970’s.  Coincidentally, that is when the recommendations to eat more grains and reduce fat intake were implemented on a nationwide level.  We are on a collision course with disaster from both a health perspective and the costs associated with treatment. Living Wheat-Free for Dummies explores why wheat and other grains are one of the biggest contributors to the obesity epidemic.  Along with refined sugar and vegetable oils, Living Wheat-Free for Dummies explains the how and why of these toxic substances and lays out a foundation of eating that should be the basis for whatever dietary lifestyle you choose to follow. Dreaming the Afterlife: New Age Artist Sonaljit Mukherjee

Sonaljit is an independent artist in the genre of New Age Music. His inclination towards music began during his undergraduate life in India. He used to participate in music shows and local competitions as a singer. Later on he felt the need to provide instrumental backing to his singing, so he began learning keyboard playing. It was then that he got acquainted with new age music or contemporary instrumentals, particularly by listening to Yanni and Vangelis. The idea of implementing several instruments into one single track seemed fascinating and challenging. However he did not have proper recording equipment and synthesizers by then. He came to United States for higher studies, and built up a small home studio for his musical projects, and has been continuing ever since. He released his first New Age album on June 2013. It's called "Dreaming the Afterlife." It is a collection of contemporary instrumental compositions and piano solo renditions. The entire album was produced in his home studio including the composing, orchestration, recording and mastering. The artwork was created by combining and editing many images of Sun and clouds, photographed by his friend Anshuman Dubey. It is a detailed depiction of a dream that he saw, which propelled him to work on this album. https://www.cdbaby.com/cd/sonaljit https://soundcloud.com/sonaljit/sets/dreaming-the-afterlife

Caitlin Boyle discovered purpose through battling negative self-talk: Tired of hearing her own inner voice telling her she wasn’t good enough, blogger Caitlin scribbled “You are beautiful!” on a post-it, stuck it on the mirror of a public bathroom, took a picture, and posted the photo on her blog. With that action, the Operation Beautiful blog and movement was born. The mission of Operation Beautiful is to post anonymous messages in public places to encourage others with phrases like “You’re good enough the way you are,” or “You are strong and awesome!” Ten of thousands of Operation Beautiful notes have been posted all over the world, in many different languages by people of all ages. Caitlin and Operation Beautiful have been featured on the Today Show, on the OWN Network, and in magazines such as Glamour, Fitness, and Self. Caitlin was also chosen by Yahoo as one of the “Top 10 Inspiring Stories of 2010.” Additionally, Caitlin runs Healthy Tipping Point , a food and fitness blog that encourages others to redefine true health and happiness. She loves to compete in triathlons and road races but is currently on race hiatus, as she is expecting her first child in June. Her blogs are visited more than one million times each month. Caitlin is the author of three books, including Operation Beautiful: Transforming the Way You See Yourself One Post-It Note at a Time (2010, Gotham). Her second and third books, Healthy Tipping Point: A Powerful Program for a Stronger, Happier You (2012, Avery) and Operation Beautiful: For Best Friends (2012, Grosset and Dunlap), will be released this May and July, respectively. She also gives motivational presentations about Operation Beautiful to colleges and high schools across the country, speaking at approximately 40 venues in the last two years. http://www.HealthyTippingPoint.com
