Bonus Episode: "The Catch" High Seas Treaty

We wanted to take this time to introduce listeners to The Catch, another podcast from Foreign Policy. Recently the series did a bonus episode talking about the signing of the landmark agreement regarding our oceans. After nearly two decades of negotiating, the United Nations passed an agreement called the Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction Treaty, also known as the High Seas Treaty.
