About
Our Why: Fewer than 6% of Physicians in the United States identify as Black. As Black pre-health professions students, medical students, residents and attending physicians and healthcare workers, we can struggle to find our sense of community. Feelings of self-doubt, inadequacy or even imposter syndrome may begin to creep in. As Black Physicians (and future Physicians and healthcare workers) we experience many of the same failures, victories and challenges. The Black Doctors Podcast provides representation, advice and a community for underrepresented minorities pursuing healthcare related careers. Weekly conversations with Black Medical Students, Residents and Physicians brings the supportive, enriching vibes of Howard, Meharry and Morehouse directly to your eardrums.  Join our community.
