With the lockdown still on us (well, most of us it seems), Ady, Al, Andy and Brian discuss the short- and medium-term future of the Premier League on the pitch, with an eye to distancing, health... and how it went in Germany.

Al's favourite Roar show featured the brilliant Liam Rosenior, recovering from the thug-like challenge that caused a long-term injury. His articulacy, his passion, desire and joy of playing for Brighton, while planning his next career move, were great to listen to. Less so his singing... This show was from the weekend Brighton were at home to Aston Villa - the game where Southern Railways unilaterally stopped all trains before the final whistle.

The band, consisting of Ady, Al, Marcus Hancocks, Andy Bass and sponsor Phil Shelley all reconvened for the first Albion Roar in quite a while. In the first of our released series 'From The Archive', we rewind to April 2010, when former Argus Football Correspondent John Vinicombe joined Richie, Ady & Al in the Old Steine studios.  John, then aged 81, came in to talk about his 30+ year-career at the North Road newsroom, and his relationship with every manager from George Curtis to Liam Brady.

With all food now being rationed by selfish Supermarket Sweep bastards, Al wandered the 300 yards over from his home to Piglet's Pantry to see how they were getting on at the time. Founder and owner Joanna Hunter spent around half an hour telling the Piglet's story, and what's happening with the all-new service offered by the world's best pie maker.

With a higher league football shutdown in operation, football finance expert Kieran Maguire and Albion deputy chairman Paul Barber join Ady & Al to discuss this implications not just for the club, but for the supporting suppliers and staff.

For the first time ever, Ady & Al broadcast The Albion Roar live from a pub. The Hope & Ruin in Queens Road, Brighton were good enough to host Radio Reverb for a whole day, while we went about raising funds for this brilliant community asset. Joining Ady & Al were Andy Bass, 'Goatee' Phil Jones, and Charita 'Momma Cherri' Jones. You can still donate to Reverb which, seeing as there is an extra incentive for you to do so, this may well be worth checking out.

The two middle-aged blokes reminisce - sorry, look back on - 2019, its downs and ups. And we look back at an incredible decade in the Albion's history, while Andy and Al offer their player of the decade, and their goal of the decade. Shirt of the Year is worth its accolade.

For the penultimate show of the year, film director and producer Louis Myles joined Ady & Al in a noisy Open Market to discuss the frustrations of the Palace game. Plus Louis, a former assistant producer on Match of the Day, gave a few insights as to how the programme works during the whole of Saturday. Also, BT Sport commissioned Louis for a new film - 'Stop The Tour' - to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the anti-apartheid protests against the 1970 South Africa rugby tour to England. Omnipresent football football finance expert Kieran Maguire joined Ady in the studio to mostly not talk about football finance. Ady and Al were joined in the Kemp Town studio by writer Bradley Stratton to discuss the Norwich game. Ady spoke to former Albion and Man U striker Andy Ritchie, while Al went to the Amex for a quick natter with Hope Powell and Albion vice-captain Fliss Gibbons ahead of next week's Women's Super League weekend fixtures. Ady & Al went to Albion Chairman Tony Bloom's offices in London to have an hour-long natter about his first 10 years at the helm. Tony talked about his taking over, his plans in 2009 and how they've changed constantly since. Plus he talks about the managers who've come and gone, and pays a special tribute to Chris Hughton. And he discusses his plans for the Albion to become a top 10 club in the Premier League. No Shirt of the Week this week - it's all Tony.

Show sponsor Phil Shelley of oldfootballshirts.com made a rare appearance in the Reverb studio at the Open Market, and was joined by long-time Albion fan Sean Pankhurst, who himself used to design Brighton & Hove Albion shirts for Nike. Albion Academy Manager John Morling joined Ady & Al in the Kemp Town studio to explain - among other things - how the Academy works, to talk about the pathway for the likes of Aaron Connolly and Steven Alzate from the U18s and U23s to the First Team, and lets us know of the impact of Dan Ashworth's arrival.

With Al still on the injury list, semi-regulars Marcus Hancocks and Mark Brailsford joined Ady in the studio to have a long, satisfied chat about beating a poor Spurs side 3-0. 2009 Player of the Season Andy Whing, ahead of the Albion's clash with Aston Villa a week away, talked to Ady about his time here. Levo joins Ady & Al in the studio for a mull over the Burnley game, a rant about VAR (not for the first time), and a look at a horrible shirt from the East. 

Al spoke to Albion manager Hope Powell and Ireland international Megan Connolly ahead the women's first home match of the season. Justin joined Ady and Al in the studio to chew over what was a very quiet week for the club, while Al had a small rant at people being rude to the kiosk staff at the Amex. Brighton's favourite luvvie-thesp-satirist joined Ady & Al in the studio to talk about the Newcastle game, Mark's fascinating insight into the common bonds between football and theatre, and to talk about his upcoming one-man play 'Gareth Southgate Ate My Credit Card'. Legendary former Albion frontman Peter Ward joined Ady & Al in the Open Market studio, along with Gary Jack, producer and performer in the one-man show 'He Shot, He Scored... It Must Be Peter Ward', taking place during the Brighton Fringe Festival. As well as talking about the show, Gary and Wardy talked about 1970s football, scoring goals for fun - and more prosaic matters like the Wolves and Spurs away matches. Shirt of the Week was from the Far East.

Andy Bass joined Al in the Kemp Town studio on a glorious sunny day which was in sharp contrast to the mood of Albion fans, ahead of the match against Wolves. We had a go at dissecting what has gone wrong, and how it an be put right. Nicely, of course. Phil's Shirt of the Week was disgusting.

First-time Roar guest, though long-time Albion supporter Nick Buckwell joined Ady and Al in the Open Market studio for his take on our first proper visit to Wembley for 28 years. Argus sports writer Brian Owen also joined in the discussion on the Manchester City game, and a look forward to the rest of the season. We also had show sponsor Phil Shelley on air from his vehicle as he announced the 100,000th shirt on oldfootballshirts.com, a nice little cricket-alike shirt from the Spanish fourth tier.

A packed studio of silliness glossed over the Southampton debacle and the more expected Chelsea defeat. And we looked forward with bated breath - and some trepidation - to our first FA Cup semi-final in 36 years. Albion deputy chairman Paul Barber joined us from Wembley for his and the club's take on the season. Phil's Shirt of the Week is from South America.

Until April 6, Graham Moseley is the only goalkeeper to have ever played for Brighton & Hove Albion in the FA Cup Semi-Final, though it wasn't HIS first Semi-Final. He joins Ady in talking about his time here, and that sweltering day at Highbury in 1983. We are also joined by Max Cooter, University Challenge winner and, more pertinently, multiple REMF Quiz winner, who had to watch the FA Cup Quarter Final in a house of split loyalties. Marcus and Piers joined Ady and Al in offering their thoughts and reflections from two sides of the pitch after Brighton beat Palace at Selhurst Park. And we looked ahead to the FA Cup Quarter Final at Millwall. Plus we were joined by former Albion midfielder Robert Codner, who told us about how he came to be at Brighton, the 1991 Play-Off season, and what Solly March, whom he represents, is really like.

On the eve of the Palace v Brighton match, and on the day the Robert Eaton Memorial Fund donated £2,500 to Croydon FC to help pay for the damage to their clubhouse, we invited Jim Daly of the Palace podcast and fanzine 'Five Year Plan' on to the Roar to discuss the rivalry, and to test him and Ady on their respective clubs' knowledge. The blondest footballer ever to play for Brighton & Hove Albion, John Templeman, joined Ady & Al in Radio Reverb's Open Market studio. In the week where the Oystons were legally removed as directors of Blackpool FC, the chair of the Blackpool Supporters' Trust, Christine Seddon, joined Ady and Al on air to tell us the brief history of their involvement, and what the immediate future holds for the club. This was part of The Albion Roar, broadcast on Radio Reverb 97.2FM in Brighton & Hove on 2nd March 2019.

Join us for the second hour and a bit of Andy Rollings and (mostly) Chris Cattlin live from Rialto Theatre in Brighton. In this show, Chris talks about his time as manager of the club, featuring those players he signed - and the big one who got away. Plus Rollo show his appreciation for the fans of the Albion, especially those who did so much so save it in its darkest hour. Shirt of the week was a nightmare, and Al was dutifully stitched up.

Former Albion defenders Andy Rollings and Chris Cattlin joined Ady & Al on stage at the Rialto Theatre in central Brighton back in December for an evening of stories, opinions and tributes. This first show covers Roll & Catt's early days, signed in the 1970s by the club, their take on their fellow pros and managers, right up to the away game at Newcastle which took the Albion to the top division for the first time. Phil Shelley also joined us on stage for his maillot de la semaine.

TV's Mike Ward joined Ady & Al in the Open Market studio ahead to discuss the Watford league match and West Brom FA Cup replay. A small technical hitch in the middle of the show soon brought about a discussion about David Bowie, Mick Ronson and rainbow tank tops on Top of the Pops from 1972. Talking of top tanks, Guy Butters had a natter from his lair in Southampton to offer his opinion on all things Albion - and of course, what makes the perfect English breakfast. Former BBC non-league guru Simon 'Levo' Levenson joined Ady, Al and Andy on a filthy evening in Kemp Town to record this week's show. First up was the West Brom cup game which ended in a stalemate, while also facepalming and ranting about the Fulham game. Watford fan Andy Lewars also joined us ahead of the Premier League match to talk about their season so far. Shirt of the Week was the nicest flock wallpaper you have ever seen.

Marcus 'Sir Rantsalot' Hancocks, and the Brighton & Hove Indy's Steve Bailey came in to talk about the Albion's non appearance on the BBC, Old Trafford and much more besides. Farrell Monk from 'Fulhamish' was also on the show, and the shirt of the week comes from then old East Germany Apologies for some of the sound quality on the Fulham interview.

Our friends Ali Jenkins and Phil Jones visited our Kemp Town studio to discuss starstruck Friend to the Scousers Kevin Friend's appalling behaviour, and the rest of the performance against Liverpool. Ady & Al, for the first show of 2019, welcomed Kay Hutt and John Palfrey to discuss the Everton game, West Ham's tenancy at the Olympic Stadium, and we speculated on Davy Pröpper's first goal for the Albion - whenever that may be. Life-long Albion fan, and club finance officer, and secretary of the Brighton & Hove Albion Collectors' & Historians' Society - Edward David was our guest this week in Kemp Town. Albion fan, writer and director Warren Dudley was Al's guest in the Kemp Town studio to talk about 'The Bromley Boys' (which he wrote), 'Seaside Town' (which he wrote and directed) and 'Come On You Chickens', as well as the mosaic in Dick's Bar that he and Tim Herbert created. We also spoke to football finance expert Kieran Maguire about the Everton game, and got his opinion on the Der Spiegel story on Manchester City's FFP behaviour. 10 years since the diggers first broke ground, photographer Graeme Rolfe came by the studio to talk about his weekly project which took up his Fridays, and captivated the rest of us, including the story of the Keystone Cops chase down the A23 when the arch turned up. Plus Al spoke to Worthing manager and ex Albion defender Adam Hinshelwood on life at Woodside Road, Glenn Murray and THAT own goal. Phil's Shirt of the Week is hot from Italy.

Albion fans Matt Potter and Louis Myles were Ady & Al's guests live in the Open Market. Newcastle United away, including Glenn Murray's bang on the head, plus the AITC takeover, Peter Brackley and a brief overview of the Football Supporters' Federation meeting with the Premier League. And Louis Myles' film 'Kaiser' is out on DVD, as he previews his next film, based in Italy. Phil Shelley's Shirt of the Week is a sizzler.

Ady & Al caught up with Ian 'Reggie' Goodwin and Peter O'Sullivan - both at the Albion at the time of Clough & Taylor - at Spencer Vignes' book launch, and we have Jared and Russell back for part two of 'A Question of Roar'. Plus... Matt Dorn, head of Albion In The Community keeps us up to speed with what's happening there, as well as having an important announcement, exclusive to the Roar.

Ady & Al were, of course, saddened to hear of the death of supreme commentator, raconteur, writer, broadcaster, mimic - and fellow Albion fan - Peter Brackley. Brackers was on fine form when he came by the old Blackman Street studio in August 2014, in the week where Sami Hyypia's side had just beaten Leeds United 2-0 at Elland Road. We had many wonderful stories from behind the mic from Peter (needless to say the best ones are always told when the mics are off - sorry about that), and his warmth and support for the show were very much appreciated. Here, minus the match reports, is our tribute to Peter Brackley. Enjoy.

In the week when Lewis Dunk became the first Brighton player to be selected for the full England squad since 1982, Ady & Al discuss his rise through the ranks. We spend a good half-hour chatting with former Albion full-back Don Shanks about his career, and how as an 'OAP' (his words) he will be running the New York marathon to raise funds for Stan Bowles and for The Alzheimer's Society. We also have Episode 2, Part 1 of 'A Question of Roar' with Albion fans and happy Quiz victims Jared Evans and Russell Guiver trying to out-knowledge each other on the Albion's history. With two matches - Manchester City and West Ham - to talk about, Dan Hermitage and Roar debutant Alex Batt came by the Radio Reverb studio in the Open Market to debate and pull apart the two very different performances - and sing the praises of two of the Albion's current in-form players. Co-founder of Proud Seagulls, Stuart came into the studio to chew over the fat with Al about the Spurs games, VAR, referees, train tickets, homophobia in men's football, Brighton Pride and much more. Meanwhile, Al chatted to Football Supporters' Federation Chief Executive Kevin Miles about the issues the organisation is taking up with the Premier League in two weeks' time.

Band member Andy Bass joined Ady & Al in the studio to talk over the Southampton game, and to put some perspective of Anthony Knockaert admission of depression. Author Spencer Vignes has a new book coming out next month about Clough & Taylor's time at the Albion in the mid 1970s. Broadcaster and all-round TV sports dude Dave Beckett joined Ady & Al in the studio to chew the fat over his Albion fandom, and working for TV companies around the world, including at the Euros in France, and the World Cup in Russia. The beasting of Manchester United looms large in this week's Albion Roar. 'Brighton, But Only At Home' blogger Jason Thackeray came into the studio to offer his words of wisdom. And we considered Tomer Hemed's loan move to QPR. We also invited - six years ago - BT Sports presenter Jules Breach on to the Roar. This week, she finally succumbed. Ahead of the new football season, football writer Nick Szczepanik made a quick return to the Radio Reverb studio, along with comedy writer and actor Mark Brailsford (who visited Russia) to chew over the 2018 World Cup, now the dust has settled. Ady joined us on air from Chester, and Phil Shelley's Shirt of the Week is a South American classic. We also had the first playing of Carolina Lins & Os Planatos version of the Kaiser Chiefs' 'I Predict A Riot' from Louis Myles' film 'Kaiser: The Greatest Footballer Never To Play Football'.

For our 46th and final Albion Roar of the season, top scribes Brian Owen and Nick Szczepanik joined Ady & Al at the Open Market for a season's review, focusing on players' performances, plus a look forward to hopes for next season. Phil Shelley provided us with two 'Shirts of the Season'.

After five years of hassling, Danny Cullip finally relented and joined the returning Guy Butters in the Kemp Town studio - initially for a chat about Albion In The Community and the Brussels to Cologne bike ride. However, what we got was a trawl through Danny's and Guy's careers, both at the Albion and pre- and post-Brighton. Some fabulous stories, fascinating philosophies and consideration from over the past 25 / 30 years of their respective careers. And we managed to fit in talking about their award-winning roles at AITC - and how they were tricked into coming to the awards ceremony... On the back of some sore heads, and tired eyes following Brighton's safety-securing win over Manchester United, Marcus joined Ady & Al at the Open Market. Judith Burke, resident in Brunei told her story of taking her five day-old daughter to Hereford in 1997, including the appalling behaviour of the Hereford stewards. Ady turfed Albion Cup Finalist Gary Stevens out of bed in Thailand for a chat about the Albion's first season in the top flight for 35 years. Naturally, Ady tripped over Phil's Shirt of the Week.

Richie and Steve chew over the Spurs game, while looking ahead to the Albion's remaining fixtures. Now that the club is in the Premier League, Johnny tells of - through the BBC - the Albion's reach across the world.

Albion Fan of the Year 2018 Ken Valder made his Albion Roar debut live at the Open Market. Ken reminisced about his Albion supporting history - over 50 years of it - and how he was stitched up (literally, he needed to buy a new suit for the occasion) at the Albion Players' Awards evening. Ady had a natter with former Albion midfielder Alan Navarro about his time at Withdean and the Amex. Ken got the Shirt of the Week first time.

Roar semi-regular Marcus Hancocks dropped by the studio, fresh from his daily duty of shouting at trains, along with REMF chairman Mike Langridge. Palace, Spurs, Pascale Gross and many other topics were discussed. Ady also had a natter with former German footballer turned TV pundit Ralph Gunesh, about his former Ingolstat team mates Gross and Suttner, and how Brighton are thought of in Germany. And VAR... Phil's shirt of the week was a doozy, where the badge was a star.

Roar regular Andy Bass came in to talk about the Huddersfield game, contesting red cards and VAR. Ady had a chat with Gary Hart ahead of the match with his beloved Tottenham Hotspur. In the week of Brighton playing away at Palace, one of the heroes of the famous 1-0 (McShane in the 79th) win as Selhurst, Brighton's '2nd favourite Aussie' Paul Reid joins Richie Parker and Steve Longly for a natter on all things Albion, especially life at Withdean 10 years ago.

A packed show this week. US sports presenter Josh Lewin flew in on a weekend pass for his debut match at the Amex. He took some time out - in the pub, of course - to chat to Al about the whys and wherefores of supporting Brighton from the States. Al also had a natter with Hope Powell and Dani Buet. He has two football films out this year - one about to be released "Kaiser - The Greatest Footballer Never To Play Football", and "Calcio Storico", due for release in July. Shirt of the week was actually fairly easy. For once.

With around a third of the season to go in the FA WSL2, Al swanned along to the Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing to catch up with Albion Women's manager Hope Powell, and centre midfield enforcer Dani Buet for their views on the footballing philosophy at the club, the season so far, next season in WSL1, and women's football in England generally.

Ady mustered up his favourite all-time Ireland Albion XI, and we raided the archives for the last manager to get Brighton to the FA Cup quarter-finals - Chris Cattlin. Phil's Shirt of the Week was highly topical.

Guardian and Observer football writer, and lifelong Arsenal fan Amy Lawrence chatted with Al about football loves, Fever Pitch, fan culture, the Albion's 20-year journey to the Premier League, Arsenal, women in football and much more besides.

Swansea City fan and chief engineer on the Amex Stadium, Norman Thomas was in town, and so popped by the studio with Nigel Summers to join Ady & Al for tales the construction of the stadium, and thoughts on the Brighton v Swansea game. Ady had a natter with Andrea Orlandi, where the latter is currently playing in Serie B for Novara. His interview almost made Andrea miss his flight from Milan to Naples, where his team were playing Avellino. Phil Shelley's Shirt of the Week is from Belfast.

Brighton-based Coventry City fan Rob Stevens joined Ady & Al in the studio to talk about the sky Blues' season so far and the ongoing fight against the club's owners. Also, Ady had a natter with Albion Cup Finalist, and former Coventry youth player Gary Howlett. Lovely fella - impressed with Ady's research into stats. Phil Shelley's Shirt of the Week was very familiar to Rob.

With February being LGBT History Month, we were delighted to welcome back Louise Englefield, campaign director of Football v Homophobia to talk about issues surrounding discrimination in football, and ways forward - including proud fans groups, and education. Tim Vince - aka Tim O'Tay on stage - and Justin Brentnall joined Al in the studio to mull over the West Ham game, including Izquierdo's piledriver. And Phil Shelley's Shirt of the Week is from Brazil - and Tim really didn't like it...

Russell Guiver, membership secretary of Seagulls Over London came by the Open Market to talk about who, what, when and where Albion supporters in the capital can listen to various club dignitaries at their regular meetings. Middlesbrough and Southampton - two (at best) mediocre performances, neither of which ended in defeat are up for discussion. Phil Shelley's Shirt of the Week is handsome - with  hint of contrition for the previous week's oversight... Enjoy.

Jason Thackeray, excellent scribe the behind 'Brighton - But Only At Home' blog joined Ady & Al in the Kemp Town studio for a discussion on the Chelsea match, Kazenga LuaLua, Schelotto and Jurgen Locadia, EuroPop and more besides... Former Albion full-back, now football agent Peter Smith talks about the Transfer Window, Albion's prospects and how Liam Brady had to get him off the sofa at University to sign him... Phil Shelley's Shirt of the Week would have been the 84,000th posted on the site. But it was too ugly, so we have something French instead.

This show was a treat for us. Former Kilmarnock, Rangers, Manchester City and Brighton midfielder Gordon Smith joined Ady & Al in our makeshift studio in Worthing for a chat about his time starting in Scotland, before heading south to Brighton. Oh, and we touched on some hitherto unknown incident at Wembley in 1983. After his playing career finished, Gordon became an administrator in Scottish and world football affairs, working alongside some of the great of the game. A true gentleman, articulate, funny and musical - Gordon was an absolute delight. This show was a total pleasure for the Roar boys. Phil Shelley's Shirt of the Week - is highly appropriate, and Gordon eventually got it...

Matt swung by the studio for the first time in a while to offer his pearls of wisdom on the Palace cup match, and on VAR. Meanwhile, PC Darren Balkham, Sussex Police Football Liaison Officer, came by earlier in the week to talk about policing Albion games - especially the Brighton v Palace Premier League game in November. And we look ahead to the Albion Women's FA Cup draw against Manchester City at Culver Road next month. And Phil Shelley's Shirt of the Week is horrible -  and unpronounceable.

Sussex Police Football Liaison Officer PC Darren Balkham was Al's guest for an interview on policing football at the Albion. Of special interest was policing at the Brighton v Crystal Palace Premier League match on 28 November last year. Darren explains various aspects of the day, and certain methods behind any decision-making. PC Balkham also described in general terms what sanctions can be taken in relation to football-related incidents, either by the club or the judiciary, and who can apply them.

Latest TV's Jamie Walker in the studio and former Albion stalwart Adam Virgo in Exeter join Ady & Al for a discussion on the Newcastle and Bournemouth games. Adam gives an excellent insight into the Albion's defending at corners, while the rest of us shudder every time one is taken by the opposition. Plus, with the upcoming FA Cup match with Crystal Palace - and the delightful prospect of another armchair referee having some say on the match - the foursome discuss the pitfalls and benefits of VAR. And we look back at the mark made by Jamie Murphy at the Amex as he leaves Brighton for his boyhood club, Rangers. Phil's Shirt of the Week is MASSIVE.

Richie and Steve are joined by former Australia ODI cricketer David Hussey (admit it - who knew David was a Brighton & Hove Albion fan?) The guys talk about David's Albion supporting history, plus a look back at the Christmas period for the club, and a look ahead to the Palace FA Cup match.

From great days against Fulham and Sheffield Wednesday, through forgettable performances against Huddersfield and Nottingham Forest, to a sublime great free kick and, of course... April 17th 2017. Jo from Piglet's Pantry and Tam from Ridgeview Wines joined Ady and Al in the studio to discuss their two magnificent Sussex success stories (try saying that in a hurry…). As leaders in their field, Jo mixed and matched the best pie to go with the best wine on offer from Tam's Ditchling vineyard. Marcus Hancocks also dropped by to approve the high quality of savoury pastries and viniculture on offer - and talk about some footy too, especially the frustrating 0-0 draw with Burnley. We also talked of Boxing Days past involving the Albion, and Ady set up a Not-So-Secret Santa ahead of the Watford game. And Phil Shelley's Shirt of the Week was another psychedelic offering from the mid-1990s.

Leading Brighton 'Slice of Life' photographer JJ Waller joined Ady and Al in the Open Market studio to talk about his three 'Brighton' books, and his celebrated 'Brighton & Hove Albion' book - all four of which are up for grabs in our fabulous competition. We chewed over the Huddersfield and Spurs matches with increasing levels of disdain, while Al met up with Kirsty Hulland, Albion Women's General Manager to talk about the club's successful bid for Tier One status in the Women's Super League. John and Neil from The Anfield Wrap came down from Liverpool to offer their take on life in the Premier League. Kieran Maguire, also working in Liverpool, talked about the possibilities of a Liverpool taker over, and a Blackpool FC buy-out. Plus there were discussions on Manchester United, Romelu Lukaku, Crystal Palace nil, and idiots storming the exit gates. Plus Phil Shelley's Shirt of the Week is a familiar club name.

Marcus 'Sir Rantsalot' Hancocks joined Ady & Al in the Coastway studio in Kemp Town for a 'Season So Far' debate. Naturally, the conversation turned to the Stoke City game (aka 'The Lee Mason Show'), THAT non-penalty, and the thickness and intensity of Glenn Murray's red mist. Also on the agenda was a look ahead to Manchester United and Crystal Palace, including a quick natter with Paul Reid, and we're asking you which is your favourite Albion-related commentary... Plus, of course, Hopalong Shelley's 'Shirt of the Week'.

Richie and Steve get together once again to discuss all things Albion from an antipodean exile perspective. Paul Reid shares his memories of Albion beating Palace at Selhurst in 2005, while the main guest is Brighton-born ex-Millwall and Palace winger Paul Ifill, now plying his trade for Tasman United in the New Zealand Football Championship. At the age of 38.

Bob Booker and Mark McGhee return for part two of their evening at Komedia we recorded back in September. Former Albion manager Mark McGhee and assistant manager Bob Booker entertained an audience at Brighton's Komedia in early September regaling tales from Portakabin Central. Spend an hour re-living these tales from the 2003/04 promotion season - including Dick Knight's smoking habit, the coach roof, 'ice' in the beer - and Bob's 'favourite' restaurant.

Richard in New Zealand and Steve in Australia return for the second Albion Roar Down Under podcast. In this episode, Steve talks about the REMF match in Sydney between Brighton & Crystal Palace which took place recently. Former Albion player and REMF stalwart Paul Reid gives his impressions of the charity and the match. Plus we have John Moriarty, the first indigenous Australian to play football for his country. He talks about the 'John Moriarty Football', encouraging aboriginal players into the sport at junior and grass roots level.
