And the content was just okay, but it was getting over 35,000 visits per month making about $1,500, actually a little bit more each and every month. I want to share with you what that was because a lot of you, not all of you, are struggling with content creation. I will say this content creation, and publishing content is probably one of the number one things that you should be focusing on with a niche property. Keyword research is critical, but we get stuck there sometimes. In order for it to pay off, we need to click publish. If we don't, we're not going to have a chance to rank, getting traffic from Google. So we need to understand that it's a huge component to building out our niche property because we get traffic. If we only have one piece of content or two pieces of content out there, what type of traffic can you expect? I will try to give you a play-by-play as I'm walking through it. I just got back from upstate New York, visited some friends and family.I'm recharged. I'm ready to go. We are in the fourth quarter right now. In the e-commerce world, it used to be a little bit different. We're always trying to get those sales quick before the end of the year. We know people are in that buying stage. When you have a niche property, your traffic is going to increase depending on if its seasonality. You don't have to high pressure on yourself. Like getting out there and sell, sell, sell, which is somewhat pleasant. We did see higher earnings on our ad networks and affiliate products. We did see an uptick in revenue. Today what I'm going to be sharing with you is the test results over 30 days.I talked about it here in episode 1056 on the podcast. That was how we doubled our earnings overnight. That was on a small seven-day window. I wanted to see what it would do and continue to do over the next 30 days.

3 Steps To Creating A Seasoned Website Domain That Ranks

I'm going to share something that is not talked about all that much—creating a seasoned website domain with authority. There's a little strategy for doing this. Now it takes a little bit of time, but I'm going to walk you through it. There are only three steps to doing this. Now I'm doing this myself right now on a sixth niche property that we're building out.As I record this, we purchased the domain about three days ago. The seasoning of the domain is happening right now. So the minute that we purchase it, it's fresh. So whenever you hear people talk about a fresh domain, it means it's never been registered before. It's a brand new name, and Google doesn't know who it is or what it is.So what we need to do is we need to season this domain. I'm doing a case study right now on taking an expired domain, building some content on it, and seeing how much faster we can get that ball rolling. You're not always going to use an expired domain, and you might not ever use an expired domain.The cool thing is that we can get some domain authority, which will help us with our niche property. It's going to help us rank.

What I did want to talk about is a conversation I had yesterday. I did about an hour strategy session with the company that I'm using and also testing.We have picked the niche and how we will start building out the niche property the way that we've talked about it. This question came up. Are we going to be focusing on display ads or affiliate products? My first answer was we're going after display ads. The reason is to me it's a lot cleaner. We don't have to worry about Amazon cutting their commission fees. But with that being said, I'm still going to put that on there.The main focus for me is display ads. That's the number one reason why I'm doing this. So, now all we need to do is to create content that answers search quarries.

I don't have a whole bunch of properties. I got one Airbnb. I did have a couple of single families that I rented a few years ago. A couple that I flipped. I did that whole thing. I've seen that side of real estate. Then I saw Airbnb, and I really love it. I also know that it takes a lot of investment. It takes a lot of time to get that property to mature before you can reap the benefits.Now, if you have an Airbnb as I do, that's a premium property on a lake, then you can charge more for that. This is not an overnight success story. I wanted to paint you a picture to show you exactly what it took to get there. There's not a lot of components. There is focus, consistency, and strategy, which I  followed to a T. So let's dig in here now. In the last 30 days, I had 64,923 paid views, unique page use, meaning a visitor is 58,721 average time on page is three minutes and 39 seconds, which is phenomenal. So almost 65,000 by the end of the month. So basically, this is the last 30, and the time that I'm recording, this is at the end of April 2021. So depending on when you're listening to this, it doesn't really matter, we're going back in the 30 day period.

Today what we're going to be talking about is a sexy topic, by the way. People all want to know about this. And that is, and this is a question I get asked a lot. What are the best way to create passive income and the quickest way in 2021? Okay. Now let me start by explaining passive income because everyone loves to think about passive income and what it actually means. Passive income to me, let me just tell you what it is for me, passive income and true passive income. This is where I can either invest time or invest money into something. And it produces a monthly income stream. That is to truly passive, create it, set it, forget it and collect. Now there's a lot of different ways that this can be done. One of them that I'm actually experiencing right now, which is probably one of my number one ways of passive income, and it has nothing to do with an online business. It has nothing to do with selling digital products. It has nothing to do with any of that stuff, but it's a little bit harder to get in the game. I just added this about two years ago. What I'm talking about is my Airbnb. I'm just bringing that up because that is a passive income stream, but it still has to get rented. I have a company that does that all for me. So I literally have not been there in probably two and a half, three months. Now it's been booked. It's been booked solid all last year. Sure. There are some days that it's open, but the thing is paying for itself in netting, a profit every single month.

RYB981: Crazy New Lead Magnet Test Results (Cold Traffic Converting at 80%)

Today, I am going to share with you a brand new lead magnet test result using cold traffic, and it's converting at 80%. I have to go back a little bit. It was converting at 80%, and it dropped a little bit. I think when I went over the numbers with Chris Shaffer the other day, it's converting now at like 77%. It went down a little bit, but right out of the gate, the first hundred people who opted in it were 80%, 80%, which is unheard of. If you're creating a lead magnet to capture emails of people interested in your market, you should look for a 25% conversion rate on that lead magnet email. If you're looking at open rates for at 20%, 25% conversion means that you're starting to hit the Mark. If you get anything above that, you've hit the Mark. And now we've had some of our students inside of brand creators Academy. We've had some ourselves that are getting 35, 38, and 42. Those are great numbers.

o today for our Monday mindset, we're going to be talking about using fear to reach success.I'm going to give you one simple tip, so you can take this, think about it and then do it. And any time that fear creeps into your life. The question is, "how do I write good emails for my list?" From experience and working with other business owners, I understand that it can be very hard to know what to write to your email list, especially when you're just getting started and have no idea what people want to read. Today, I'm also going to share the number one thing that you need to fix when you're sending out an email sequence to see success. This specific thing is usually most common with just starting out writing content for their brand and not sure what they're doing yet. But that's ok. I'm going to share it with you shortly and help you be on your way to writing great content of your own!  Keep in mind that to start, you'll have to start building your email list. If you don't start there, you'll never see the success you're working so hard for. The next steps are getting people to open and read your emails and then click on the links you include. I know that it can be a little confusing at times, but I will walk you through every step of the way in this podcast, so you're ready to get started by the end. Let's get right to it!  Keep Your Emails Clear and Concise  When you're writing emails for your list, the first thing you have to avoid at all costs is to make your emails vague. It's important to make sure that people know what you're talking about, especially in the first email that they get from you. The welcome email needs to be clear and give them exactly what they expect.  One way to do this is to make sure your subject line is both catchy and straight to the point. If they signed up for a lead magnet when joining your list, you could include the name of the lead magnet in the subject line or something similar. This will ensure they know that the email came from you and be more willing to open it.  At the very beginning, people won't know who you are unless you're transparent and remind the person what they signed up for. It's important to be very specific, so they can easily remember what they wanted to get. I'll let you in on a little secret. Most people who sign up for lead magnet don't ever download it. That doesn't mean they didn't want it in the first place; they might just not get around to it. That's why it's important to follow up and be very clear when you do send the lead magnet or content to your subscribers.  Email Mistakes to Avoid At All Costs The key is to get your emails delivered and avoid your promotions being sent to a spam folder. This is why I would avoid including a lot of links or images. At the very beginning, it's best to keep it simple so you can show the email provider that people are engaging with your emails.

RYB 975: How Flipping Random Products Turned Into A Full Time Business and FREEDOM

I’m so happy to have you here today! Thanks for taking the time to join me. I am fired up and so excited for today’s interview. It’s a special one. I’m interviewing a husband and wife team that has been in business together for years, and they are crushing it right now!  I really love interviewing people whose main goal is their family and wanting to find ways to make money that allow them the flexibility to put their family first. I really open this interview will open your eyes to see what is possible. There are a million different ways that you can make money while making sure that you keep your priorities straight. That is why I love these interviews so much. They are meant to inspire and lift you up in the process.  This couple has been flipping products, and it has become their full-time job. What this means is that they are taking products that they find and reselling them for a profit. Even if this isn’t something you’re interested in doing, you’re still going to learn a lot from their story, so don’t go away!  When you listen to someone else’s story, it always helps to open your eyes and shows you what’s really possible if you work hard and take action. So what are we waiting for? Let’s get right to it!  Where It All Started  When I was a kid, my parents didn’t have a lot of money. So they would always go to yard sales to save money. While they were there, they would buy things and resell them in the classifieds section to make extra money. So you could say that this type of business was distilled in me at a young age.  When Melissa and I got married over fourteen years ago, we started to buy used things and sell them as a side hustle. We both worked, but it was a great way to bring in some extra cash. About five years ago, we were able to start doing this full time and have never looked back.  Before we started flipping full time, I was working as a house inspector, and Melissa was a personal trainer, so this was just a side hustle that we worked on after hours. It was a great way for us to make some extra money. However, once we were pregnant with our third child, Melissa decided it was time to quit her job, and recently after that, my job stopped offering health insurance. So, we decided to start flipping full-time. It really was the best decision that we ever made and has provided us with so much more flexibility than we ever thought possible.  Our Decision To Flip Full Time   At the time, we were both a little scared and unsure of what to expect. Melissa was pregnant, and we didn’t know how things were going to turn out at the time. We were losing health insurance and had to replace both our incomes, so it was very scary. However, because we had done the side hustle for so long, we know that we could make it into a full-time business and knew that it was possible. If we hadn’t been doing that beforehand, it would have been a much harder decision to make sure.  When we started working on our business full time we started doing to focus on freight flipping. This means that we specialize in flipping large items and offering free shipping. This allows us to charge a premium for our products. We’re known best for selling really large products, throwing them on a palette, and shipping them anywhere. We really will ship almost anything.

Cleaning up your email list is especially important once you start growing your list and you're paying for your list. At times it can get really expensive if you're not careful, so regular hygiene updates are essential. Most email platforms have you pay for the number of subscribers you have, so it's important to keep the number of subscribers under control so you can save money. I also don't think that you should ever pay to have someone on your list if they don't want to be there. That's why I strongly recommend that you take the time to evaluate your subscribers and identify those that are warm vs. cold. This will allow you to identify those people who are cold and not opening or engaging with your emails. From there you can decide what you want to do with them. The Importance of Cleaning Up Your Email List If you're not sending out emails on a regular basis, that is going to be a problem in the long run because you're not giving people a chance to open and interact with your emails. So, how would you know who to remove or keep on your list if you're not giving them a chance to engage with the content that you send? A good tip to help you weed out those that don't want to be on your is to send an email to your list and invite people to unsubscribe if they're no longer interested in your emails and the content that you provide them. This is a great way to only have people on your list who want to be there, and as an added bonus, you'll be able to save money in the process. I have people ask me all the time what email platform they should use to send out emails. I know that it can be a stressful decision and can seem overwhelming at times. Over the years, I've used almost every email provider out there, and one really does stand above the rest. Without a doubt, I love CovertKit and use it for all the brands I'm working on right now. It's by far the best platform that I've ever used. It has some incredible options and features I use every day. It's also user-friendly and easy to use. They even have a free version if you want to try them out before you commit.  Tips on How To Clean Up Your List I'm going to share a few tips on how to best clean up your email list. If you're sending out at least one email per week, the process I'm about to share with you is going to work very well. However, if you're only sending emails on occasion, this might be as beneficial. Before you think about removing people from your list, start sending out a regular email for at least a couple of months so you have enough data to make an educated decision.

I never bring headphones, instead, I just walk in silence and listen to the sounds around me. It’s my way of recharging and being present in the moment without any other distractions. Today I wanted to share with you five tips on how you can grow your business while living a healthier and happier life. I had to be reminded of this a while back, as I mentioned earlier, and I always have to take a step back every once so I can get back in alignment. The five tips I’m going to share with you today have really helped me along the way, and I hope that you’ll find them helpful too. Don’t miss out on this amazing tool. Today we’re going to talk about how to easily create content even when you have limited time. It’s much easier than you might think. I can’t wait to share all my favorite tips so let’s dig right in. 1st Step: Choose Your Topic The very first thing you need to do when you’re creating content is to come up with your topic. You need to know what you’re going to write about before you get started. In the very beginning, the most important thing to remember is that you just need to get your first piece of content done and published. It’s not so much about the SEO research in the beginning. That will come later. As long as you have a good idea about what your audience is searching for and what you want to write about, you’re set to start coming up with the content. You’ll also want to have a hook included in every piece of content that you create, or you won’t be able to catch your audience’s attention. This will encourage people to read your article and pique their interest when it matters most. It’s also very important that you deliver on the hook and provide your audience with the value that they expect. You’ll also want to write out bullets of what you’re going to cover and do the work upfront. You don’t need to outline a lot of steps, just enough to get the person from point a to point b. From there, you can fill in the blanks and add in the details when you actually create the piece, but you need to have your outline created first before you can get started. If you have an email list, it’s as simple as asking your audience what type of content they want to see from you. This is where a “naked email” comes in handy. You’ll simply ask your audience what type of content they’d like to see and ask for their feedback. This will give you some good topics that you can talk about, and this will ensure that your audience is interested in what you have to say to avoid wasting time. You should also do a Google search to see what people in your audience are searching for online. This is another easy way to get more ideas and help you easily write new content. And it’s much more simple than doing full-blown SEO research every time you want to write a new blog post. You can also ask those who follow your brand on social media for topic ideas if you have a following. 2nd Step: Create Your Content The next step is to create your content. Once you have your topic, outline, and hook, you’re ready to start creating. Your main focus is serving the people in your niche. You can always jump on Facebook live and create a piece of content, even if no one is watching to start. This will help you get started and practice. Once you have an outline, it’s going to be super easy for you to fill in the blanks, especially if you’re an expert in your niche. So you’ll be able to get started building your own brand in less time. Start With Evergreen Content When people build content for their own brand, they feel like they have to write for every platform from the beginning. Trust me, from experience, I am here to tell you that no one can keep up with writing content for every platform. You’d need an entire team for that. That’s not what you want to do to start. Or what you should even expect from yourself. I want you to focus on evergreen content from the beginning. You have to shift your mindset that all content is equal because it’s not. The bandwidth that you have is limited, so you have to be smart about where you put your time and focus. When you create a piece of evergreen content, you’ll create an asset for your brand that will drive the right people to your website. For example, when I do my podcast every week, I’m using it as an evergreen asset. I still have people going all the way back to episode one and other past episodes nearly every day. I know that when I create each episode, it’s going to live on forever. I also have every podcast created as a blog post that will live on my website for years to come, that people can search for. If you create something for Instagram or another social media platform, that’s not considered evergreen content. People aren’t going to find things that you created last week on social media as easily as something you post today. However, videos are a different story. They can live on forever, and people can go back and easily find them down the road.Social Media Isn’t The Answer Many people say you have to post to social media several times a day if you want to build up your social media following. That is, in fact, the case if you’re solely focused on building up a following using social media. However, I would recommend you avoid spending all your time and energy&

I’ve seen first-hand that this is a massive problem for people who are starting a business. When they try something, and it feels like it’s not working out the way they had planned, or they’re having a hard time learning a process, it can be easy to give up. I know how difficult it can be when you’re feeling out of your comfort zone, and it can be easy to start to self-sabotage. You need to get out of that mindset and be ready to learn from your failures and mistakes. With 2021 right around the corner, I wanted to address this issue head-on and bring it to your attention. I want to teach you the tools you need to learn how to fail forward and avoid getting stuck in the process. As a society, we’ve labeled failure as a bad thing. However, that doesn’t mean you’re still not in the game, ready to move forward and try again. In my eyes, the only way you can fail is by giving up or giving in when things get hard or don’t go as planned. This conversation might just be exactly what you need to get yourself fired up and inspire you to move forward.  I wanted to add a shameless plug here about our coffee crew. It’s completely free, and we’d love to have you! How to Learn From Your Failures  We always use the word failure in a negative light, but what does it really mean? To me, it means that you tried something, and when it didn’t go as planned, you decide to give up and move on without trying again. If you’re not done and take time to learn from your “failure,” you didn’t actually fail. I like to use the word lesson instead of failure because you’re learning when something didn’t go as planned.  As an example, let’s say you go through my Digital Product FastTrack Workshop, you follow the instructions exactly, and you only end up making two sales. If you feel like giving up, I’m going to blow the whistle and call a timeout. Instead, look at the positives. Number one, you have a digital asset that you can sell as long as you want. You just might not have the right audience. You also learned throughout the entire process, and you made something that your audience wants and needs. You’ve also been through the process, so when you’re ready to go through it again, you can with another product. So at the end of all that, did you fail? Or can you look at how far you came and what you’re capable of accomplishing? The next time you see something in your market that would be a good digital product, you know how to do it, and you’ll be ready to try again. There is no such thing as failure in my book until you stop trying altogether. You’re either on the sidelines or in the game; there is no in-between. If something didn’t work out, take time to review what you did, what could have gone better, and how you can improve for the next time. Your “failures” happen for a reason. So what are you waiting for?!   Today we’re going to talk about the best email promotion strategies during the holidays. I get questions regarding this topic often and figured it would be a good time to cover this with the holidays fast approaching.   Build a Relationship With Your List Before Launching a Promotion   If you are thinking about sending out a promotion to your email list, don’t expect it to be successful if you just send out an email with your promotion. There are some things to consider and to prepare before you ever send anything out.    If you don’t have an email list, you’ll definitely want one to take full advance of the practices that I’m sharing with you today. If you need help building your list, sign up for our new email list building fast track workshop. You’ll be able to grow your list to 500 subscribers in just 30 days. It’s much easier than you might think.   Before you ever send a hardcore promotional to your email list, you need to let them know you are there to give them valuable information. Use the know, like, and trust method. Make sure people know who you are, like what you’re providing them, and know that they can trust you and what you have to offer. All before you ever ask them for anything in return.    In the beginning, provide 90% value and 10% promotion. As you gear up for a promotion, you can focus an additional 10% on your promotional efforts but not much more than that.    Steps to Prepare for Your Promotion   Before you ever start advertising your promotion, there are a few things that you need to do beforehand that will ensure that you see the most success.    Step 1: Create an Offer They Can’t Refuse    You need to have a great offer to share when you send out a promotion. A 10% discount isn’t going to get anyone excited to sign up or purchase your product.    If you’re selling a physical product, you could give them a free digital product, a bonus, or an instructional video to go along with their purchase. During a promotion, an incredible offer is going to get your subscribers to take action and purchase your product. So, take some time to really think about what you could offer to motive them to buy.    Step 2: Explain the Timing of Your Offer    Explain to your subscribers why you are offering this promotion and explain the timing. If you’re offering a holiday promotion, explain why you decided to launch it on a specific day that you did. If you only have a limited supply, be sure to mention that as well.    Step 3: Establish a Deadline   There needs to be some scarcity i

To sign up for the course, head over to brandcreators.com/digital.    How Judson’s Entrepreneurial Career Began    I started my career as an actor in New York and have a master’s in acting and directing. I was there for five years, and did really well, and was on a Broadway show. That’s where I met my wife. Her career took us to LA. I quickly realized that I didn’t want to live a life as an actor and have always felt like I was meant to be an entrepreneur.    I ended up moving behind the camera. I noticed that big brands always need help creating content. From there, I created an agency creating videos for brands. My expertise is to incorporate stories within each video.    Always Be Prepared to Pivot    When I started my agency, my wife was succeeding as an actor. It was paying the bills while I was figuring things out starting my business. I really wanted to figure out my own thing and how to make a nice living being my own boss. It was a challenging part of our marriage, while my wife was the primary breadwinner.    Growing up, I never understand the importance of providing for my family in the way that they needed. It took some serious therapy and my wife communicating in an open way about her needs. It’s important to think ahead about how do you want to provide for your family and how you’re going to make it work.   For me, I had to set a goal, reverse engineer, and take action every day. The key is to pivot, pivot, pivot until you find your niche and passion, and take massive action daily! You can’t sit on the sidelines and wait for things to happen.    Around 2015 I discovered the Amazon FBA model and started a business around that, and I also started my video agency around the same time. It’s a nice combination, and it was nice to find a way to provide for my family and feel like I was doing my part.     Look For a Need in Your Market    Before I started my own business, I was making films within the music industry. I was good at doing things on a budget and was a great storyteller, and had steady work coming in. I saw a need for creating corporate videos and was impressed with how much brands were willing to pay for them. Over the past four years, I transformed where it was just me making videos to building out an entire team.    When COVID hit, we shifted our focus more to making more videos for eCommerce brands. We primarily focus on video because Facebook and Amazon both like video best. There is a huge opportunity in video because not everyone can or even wants to do it on their own.    Tips for Effective Story-Telling

Today I'm fired up to break down the three-step process of validating your digital product before you take the time to promote and create it. I'm going to share a recent coffee talk that I did related to this topic because we went into great detail. To join our weekly coffee talks head over to takeactioncrew.com. So, it's a win-win!   One of the biggest hangups people have with creating their own digital products is that they feel like they are too difficult to create. To help, I actually just taught and recorded a digital product fast track workshop. We teach you how to validate, create, and sell your digital product within 30 days. It's much easier than you might think, and I walk you through each step of the process.   The First Steps to Create a Digital Product   If you're thinking of creating a digital product, I recommend validating the idea before you actually move forward.   If you don't validate your brand, you'll end up doing a lot of work to discover that there isn't enough traffic or ways to monetize. The same goes for your digital products. You need to make sure that people want what you're creating. The best way to have people validate is with their wallets. This is where preselling your course comes into play.   If you have any reach on Facebook or have an email list, you have a way to test out your product before creating it. Minimal Viable Products (MVP) are also a great way to get started. The goal here is to get a good quality product out there quickly without actually creating the product until you know that people are genuinely interested and willing to pay you for it. There is no point in creating something to only realize down the road that no one wants it.   The way that I look at it is when you come up with an idea, you need to make sure that your market is interested first. With a digital product, it's fairly easy to validate quickly so you can be on your way to selling and creating the product.    Have you ever had someone commit to something but not follow through. That happens when you start to build an audience for your brand. Typically it's because people are busy, overcommitted, or don't have the money to pay for it. However, when someone votes with their wallet, that is deemed a true vote.   Step 1: Validate Your Digital Product Idea   When I started marketing my Email List Building Fast Track Workshop, I didn't create a product at the start.   All I did was draft up a Facebook post to see if anyone would be interested in the workshop first. I didn't email my list or anything thing. Just from posting on Facebook, I had 120 people say they were interested. After a few days, I direct messaged everyone who showed interest and included a link to the payment page. From doing that, we had 50-60 people who actually purchased the course.   I posted on Facebook again after the initial sign up and shared the same information along with the date of the course and asked people to comment who hadn't yet and wanted to purchase.   Keep in mind that Facebook will flag you if you send too many direct messages in a short amount of time. But there are plenty of ways to get around that.   Before you ever create a digital product or course, you should create an email list. So you can reach out to those people and promote your digital products once you're ready. As long as you have your list ready first, it's fairly easy to reach out after that because those peo

Today we’re going to talk about how to run Facebook ads for your brand and everything you need to know about how to get started.   Keep in mind that you always want to start by planting seeds and build out content from the start to avoid putting all your efforts into one platform. However, it can be frustrating to wait for months for that content to bring organic traffic to your website. So, there is definitely a time and place to use Facebook ads. It allows you to instantly drive traffic and get eyeballs on your content. However, you have to consider that when you’re paying for ads, you need to find a way to recoup the cost and make money. That’s why I always suggest selling digital products to start. You can also start by creating your email list, which we recently taught how to do in our email fast track workshop.   Remember, consistency is key. If you are posting on Facebook every day, you have a good chance of getting in your audience's feed. The more that they interact with you, it lets Facebook know that they want to hear from you. However, you won’t get full reach without paying for ads.   How to Use Facebook Ads To Grow Your List   If you don’t have an email list and don’t want to wait for months to see progress, I recommend paying for Facebook ads to get a head start. All you’ll need is to build a lead magnet and landing page. Even if you don’t have anything to sell them yet, you can use the content you’re creating to drive traffic to your website. I would pay for up to 1,000 subscribers without having a paid product. Because once you have a list, you can sell to those people in the near future once you do have products ready to go. Once you have your list, you can ask people directly what content they are looking for to help make the content creation process easier.   You can also build a list by doing a giveaway as another option if you don’t have your lead magnet ready yet. The quality will be less than leading people to a lead magnet. However, it’s much cheaper to get leads. You have multiple options, so there is nothing stopping you from taking action now!   The Value of Selling a Digital Product   I recommend starting with a digital product, and you can incorporate a physical product later down the road. This helps keep your funnel going so you don’t run out of inventory and break your process. Start with offering a digital product on the thank you page of the lead magnet, and you can sell your physical product after that. Remember, once you capture a person’s email, you’ll be able to reach out to them on a regular basis, so you’ll have plenty of time to sell your physical products. Once you start to see your lead magnet converting at 20-30% on the front end, you need to get a digital product created quickly so you can start bringing in some revenue.   When you start sending out emails, ask yourself what you’re putting in front of people that you can start recouping income from. It can be as simple as adding affiliate links to your blog post or implementing ads to your website.   Coffee Talk Q&A   Q: How far out should I start to promote my workshop?   A: In all honesty, it just depends. Today I'm going to share with you some examples of how to write emails for your list that deliver goodwill, let your subscribers know more about your brand, and how to sell all at the same time. I'm going to walk you through each email and why they work if you're thinking about building a list and want to see how it's done or how to launch a product, just model what I'm doing.  Review of Email #1  Every time that you send an email, you're entering someone's inbox. They're either going to be ok with it or unsubscribe if they don't want to hear from you. The goal is to deposit goodwill every single time you reach out. The first email I'm going to talk about was sent out after the promotion for our email list building workshop and is part of the post-promotion campaign.  Subject Line: do this and you'll get results [no matter what] I've been thinking about this over the past few days after wrapping up my email list building workshop last week.  One thing that will always give you results is being consistent and committing to whatever you work on. But I see people that make things too hard or overcomplicate things and never take action.  I've reviewed a few messages over the weekend from students who went through the email list building fast track work shop, and they told me they completed their lead magnets after putting it off for months.   Do you think they have a better chance of growing their email list now? Of course, they do! :) No matter what you're working on, you need to make a commitment to yourself and stay consistent. I've got a personal example. Right now, I'm writing this email to you even though I have my family in town and could have put it off.  (Side note) I was actually holding my grandbaby and was still staying consistent with what I committed to. But I committed to writing an email at the beginning of every week, and NO MATTER WHAT, I always write the email. This allows me to stay consistent with my schedule and develop a habit that I will repeat regularly. It only takes me 15 minutes or so, but I make sure that it gets done. So my question to you, are you committed? Are you consistent?  Are you taking action on a regular basis? I'll give you one more example. Every week I've been doing my morning coffee talks three times a week. Why? Because I made the commitment to do them and created a weekly routine that is now automatic.  Commitment and consistency is the key to getting results, so I'll leave you with that.
