He messages he’ll be there in just a minute – he lives very close. He visits this bar often he says. It’s easy to see why. Moments later, a young blonde gentleman approaches the table and introduces himself as Nils Hoffmann. He sits. He has a story to tell. “This is a gift, many people don’t have that.” Nils came up in a strong way in the early 2010’s with ‘Balloons’ catapulting him into the top shelf talent of the scene and solidifying it with his gripping live shows – at just 17. “There is no barrier to do music in our time… what sounds good is good and there are many ways to share your music with other people online.” Now he’s got releases with Poesie, Anjunadeep & Ki Records, collaborations with Ben Böhmer and a remix for Kidnap coming up, safe to say he’s kept busy. He cites his prolificacy to his keen organizational skills and hearty work ethic coupled with his raw drive to achieve more. Even so, Once in a Blue Moon is the fruit of a 3 year labor; leading and shaping the artist just as much as he does the music. This the story of that journey, a collage pieced together through time. He dropped out of Grad School to pursue a career in Music and is heavily inspired by artists like Ford, Kina, Kasbo, EDEN, Tourist, etc to name a few.His sound is inclined towards the ambient space of electronic music and he strives to create tunes which will help you ease out, relax and have a good time. While practicing and playing house music in 2009 for about two years his taste of music got really minimal and he started experimenting with a wide range of sounds. For when you want to groove and be overcome with emotion, we have the Zen set, designed to connect you with yourself in ways beyond of rudimentary understanding.

SCARR (Pune,INDIA) Yash, who goes by the moniker of “Scarr.” Is a live act based out of Pune, India. He dropped out of Grad School to pursue a career in Music and is heavily inspired by artists like Ford, Kina, Kasbo, EDEN, Tourist, etc to name a few.His sound is inclined towards the ambient space of electronic music and he strives to create tunes which will help you ease out, relax and have a good time. In 2020, Scarr. is focused on making his first collaborative EP with Sachin (a very close friend and a long time collaborator of his) who goes by the alias of ‘Haen’ and has also set up a Music Production House/Studio called ‘Soule’ in Pune, India, with a goal of creating a space for likeminded individuals to come together; learn, collaborate and help each other achieve their goals. Scarr. has a new track coming out with Haen called ‘Cigarettes in the Rain’ which is set to release on 14th of September ahead of their EP ‘MOVED’ which is scheduled to release in October ’20 through ‘Silk Music’ a label based out of Los Angeles, United States of America. MERO (New Delhi, INDIA) Gillian Kharshiing AKA Mero is a music producer from Shillong, currently residing in Delhi. An artist with prowess in a playing a variety of light chill and organic tracks, blending the upbeat with the mellow, Mero's music is an intricate compilation of rejuvenating melodies coupled with an exquisite command of his domain. After finishing his Sound engineering course in Ireland, Mero became part of a live electronic collective called Modem in Dublin and performed several shows in venues such as The Button Factory, Dublin Ink and also became a resident performer in Crowbar pub. PHONK D (Frankfurt,Germany) To understand Phonk D’s musical universe, you have to take a journey back in time for some years. After distributing his first genre-crossing mixtapes in the schoolyard, he was drawn to electronic music in the 90s. Night after night the Darmstadt resident observed the DJs at Frankfurt's legendary clubs Dorian Gray and Omen spending all his money on records. Thus, his DJ-career and enthusiasm for House and Techno kicked off with his first gig in 1997. Aside from DJing, he started to organise his own parties and worked at a local record store. The deeper his interest in DJ-techniques grew, the more he developed a passion for Hip Hop. For the next couple of years the electronic music took a backseat. Instead, Phonk D expanded his personal collection with disco- and funk-records and sold his own mixtapes in the Rhein-Main-area as well as establishing the producer-collective Kollege Schnürschnuh together with his musical partner Iron. In due course, they took credit for several albums and EPs for rappers like Mädness and Döll and Phonk D supported various artists at concerts and festivals as a backing DJ. STEFAN OBERMAIER (Vienna, AUSTRIA) Ever since stepping into the arena of international club electronica, almost fifteen years ago, the man they call Stefan Obermaier has managed to stay true to himself, and to his unique sonic vision as a musician, producer and DJ. Oliver's musical beginnings started back in the 90's just as Acid House was exploding! At the age of 15 he got his first set of turntables and built his own home studio at his parent’s house in Barcelona. Nana B (UK/Dubai) Having started off in Essex, Nana B is one of the most diverse and technically versatile DJs in the industry. After playing all the major Essex venues in his first few years of DJing, he headed off to Ibiza for his first international residency for Ibiza Rocks Pool Party and Ocean Beach Club. He then went on to secure residencies in Marbella, Belfast and Dubai, and is now also signed to major brand Lovejuice. Adam Rahman (Dubai) Adam Rahman is a DJ/Producer based out of Dubai. He has been instrumental in developing the Techno scene in India since 1999 and Middle East since 2004. Adam is the founder of WARPED one of the first Techno nights in Dubai. WARPED celebrated 10 years in 2014 and now hosts one off parties around the world for the love of Techno. Oryza (New Delhi, India) Oryza, a solo project of Aashna Oriza Kamboj, a budding musician from a small town in Haryana, India, marks the beginning of the journey of pure musical exploration in the underground dance music scene. Sam Shroff (Chennai, India) Right from his school days, music has been an important part of Sam’s life. His parents introduced him to the likes of “The Beatles” and “Simon and Garfunkel” that kindled his interest and curiosity for music. As much as he loved the classics, his love for beats was more, and he would often remix the songs he was listening to in his head. After school, Sam started to remix popular songs using software such as Acid Pro and Sound Forge. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Chennai, India, he went to London to pursue his Master’s. Nachtbraker (Amsterdam, Netherlands) After receiving widespread recognition for books like “How Does He Do It?” and “Glorious Misunderstandings”, Maurits Verwoerd decided to start a career as a music producer. Though few doubted his skills as an artist, most of Maurits’ neighbours thought differently about his compositions, forcing him to start producing music in the underground dungeons of Amsterdam. Coming out occasionally, but only at night, slowly made him well known among friends and enemies as Nachtbraker (Dutch for night hawk). French Toast (London, England) French Toast a.k.a. Frank McWeeny is an upbeat jumble of infectious disco and house that’s tailored to kick up a storm on the dancefloor. He has been defining his path as a radio presenter and club DJ ever since he was old enough to get into a studio. His early love of funk, disco and soul was discovered rooting through his dad’s vinyl collection, and that love now pervades not only his selections but his outlook too. Half English, half French, Frank cut his teeth on French local radio before moving to London to learn to DJ and refine his presenting skills. He quickly setup French Toast Radio showcasing his latest groove, disco and funk-infused House music. After receiving praise from Annie Mac for his rapid progress, Frank went on to work with the legendary Gilles Peterson, who gave him his blueprint. The success of French Toast radio didn't go unnoticed, and in 2015 DJ Mag approached Frank & asked him to host their new underground radio show. James Langevin (Toronto, Canada) A past student of University Settlement Music & Arts School, James Langevin was the recipient of numerous scholarships towards both his violin and piano studies. After leaving University Settlement, James completed his teaching ARCT with the Royal Conservatory of Music and pursued his post-secondary studies at the Glenn Gould Professional School of the Royal Conservatory of Music, where he studied with Canadian piano virtuoso, Andrew Burashko. For over a decade, James has been a dance class pianist for the National Ballet School and a frequent guest accompanist for the National Ballet of Canada. James is a long-time dance examination pianist for the Cecchetti Society and the Royal Academy of Dance, recently travelling to Bermuda for examination work. In 2012, Mr. Langevin was the rehearsal pianist for the eighth International Erik Bruhn Competition for Emerging Dancers held at the Four Seasons Center and later that year, journeyed to Montreal for accompaniment work for the Festival de Danse. In addition to his piano teaching studio, James also enjoys experimenting with sound design and textures by creating electronic music. He is both a composer and arranger, having written and recorded music for the Toronto Fringe Festival, Ryerson Act 2 Studio and the Alumnae Theater Company of Toronto. In 2014 James signed a recording deal with the music licensing service Premium Beat to record works by Chopin, Mozart, Debussy and Shostakovich for use in media projects such as videos, films, games and television programming. A frequent guest accompanist for the National Ballet of Canada. He was a rehearsal pianist for the eighth international Erik Bruhn competition held at the Four Seasons Center in 2012. In 2014, Mr. Langevin signed an exclusive recording deal with music licensing giant Premium Beat to record works by Chopin, Mozart, Elgar and Shostakovich.
