Alli Webb

You probably know Alli best as the co-founder of Drybar, the whimsical salon that made blowouts as accessible and budget-friendly as your favorite skinny vanilla latte. After scaling to 150+ locations and launching a product line, Alli and her partners sold Drybar to focus attention on new ventures. She has since co-founded Squeeze—a way better massage experience, Okay Humans—the future of face-to-face talk therapy, and Beckett & Quill—a high-end, not high-spend jewelry line. And, there’s no telling what she’s got up her sleeve next. What all of these ventures have in common—beyond Alli herself—is that they opt to make something we all need (or want)—blowouts, massages, therapy, little luxuries—more within reach. In this sense, each endeavor also reflects what Alli represents on a more personal level as a stay-at-home-mom turned mogul—she makes launching a business, following a dream, or frankly “just doing the damn thing”.. within reach.
