THE SHAHLA GARAYEVA SCHOLARSHIP Joining Arzu Jaeed is Abbas Abbasov  (Ph.D. Candidate, Teachers College, Columbia University) a visionary, who has initiated a scholarship program dedicated to uplifting young Azerbaijani girls from underprivileged backgrounds.
