When I sat down to record this meditation, I was immediately brought back to a time in my life when I didn't give myself permission to dream. I believed that life was what happened TO me. The good, the bad and the ugly. But I've learned over the years that much of my life is what happens by me. And I can choose to dream big and rewrite what's possible. I can let go of all the stories and limiting beliefs and I can co-create with the Divine. For me, this is a life-long practice, and one I never do perfectly. So, this is for all my fellow dreamers.
