Inspired by "The Paleo Cookbook" Have you ever been SO WRONG about something? For me... canned chicken comes to mind.  I wrote it off as "jail food" for years. Then, this recipe changed EVERYTHING. Ingredients:  2-5lbs of Sweet Potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil Bell Peppers (I used sampler pack, but could also use 1 red/green bell pepper) 1 cup onion 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp chipotle powder 1/2 tsp ground cumin 3 cans of chicken 15 pieces of bacon, cut into small chunks salt and pepper some garlic Steps:  Boil sweet potatoes until tender cut sweet potatoes into 1 inch chunks Preheat the oven to 375 cook the bacon, peppers, garlic, onion in some olive oil until bacon mostly cooked Dump everything into a bowl and mix into orange looking slop Transfer to a casserole dish Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through FEAST

Compound barbell lifts, hoodies, and straight whiskey come to mind. In this case, we have a recipe that is SO EASY. But.. that doesn't make it any less delicious.  Recipe details below: ___________________________________________________________________________ Ingredients: 4ish medium chicken breasts or one 2-3lb pork loin  1 large packet of Italian Dressing Salad Dry Mix (or similar white powdery mix) 8-16 oz of cream cheese. Depends on how creamy you want this shit  2 cans of cream of mushroom condensed soup A lot of pasta (1-3lbs) salt and pepper to taste Directions:  Dump chicken/pork, Italian Dressing, cream cheese, and cream of mushroom soup into crockpot Set timer for 6 hours on low (or until meat is fully cooked and pulls apart) When you are about ready to eat this, get a pot, fill it with salty water, and boil A BUNCH of noodles according to package directions Once fully cooked, STRAIN noodles then dump into crockpot Mix up  FEAST This recipe is based off of a recipe from Julia Pacheco. Packed full with protein and so delicious your family will love you again.  Ingredients A pot (or dutch oven) and your crockpot 3 (OR MORE) lbs of ground beef 1/2 cup of onion  1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce 1 teaspoon salt (or wayyyyy more) 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano dash of pepper roughly a 1lb box of elbow noodles.  2 packages of sliced turkey pepperoni 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups shredded mozarella cheese Directions:  Acquire the meat Chop up the onion into little pieces. You can dice it or slice into slices WHO CARES In a dutch oven, brown the meat and onions until there is no pink Pour in the pasta sauce, lots of salttttt, garlic powder, oregano, dash of pepper mix it up and heat it through  Fill the bottom of your crockpot with about half the meat goop Spread a layer of elbows on top of meat goop Cover elbows with cheese and pepperoni Make another layer the same way (meat, cover with elbows, add pepperoni and cheese) Keep making layers until you run out of all your shit Put in the crock pot on low for 3-5 hours. WHATEVER) 1 can of chickpeas 1 can of white beans 1 can of black olives (if you like that filth) 2 stalks of celery chopped 2 cucumbers chopped 1/2 cup of shredded carrots 1/2 (or a whole!) onion 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese 3 tablespoons of EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard (optional) A couple dashes of “italian seasoning” (i.e. herb mix bullshit) some diced garlic if you happen to give a fuck Salt to taste Instructions Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain and run pasta under cold water. Cook chicken in olive oil, seasoning however, until it is done. Drain chickpeas and white beans to get the nasty white shit off them.
