For the first time in over a decade, Juventus won’t be playing Champions League football next season — which just so happened to be the cherry on top of a truly awful week for the Bianconeri on and off the field. It was a wild week both on and off the field for Juventus, seeing their points penalty temporarily retracted right before their decisive Europa League quarterfinal and then falling at home in a controversy-filled loss to Napoli. We’re done with the first week of the World Cup break, so we decided to talk about some Juventus things nonetheless — namely what has taken part over the course of the first half of the 2022-23 season. The month of February continued to be a successful one for Juventus over the weekend, with a solid win over Roma as Andrea Pirlo showed his adaptability as a manager Saturday night.
