Intersectional Feminist Intuitive Approach to Yoga Therapy with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli

In this episode I interviewed Uma Dinsmore Tuli. Uma fell in love with yoga and yoga nidra at the age of four and has been practicing ever since. She has been teaching since 1994 and training yoga therapists since 1999.
