So I started diving into mindset and eventually changed: -my relationship with my boyfriend (from almost breaking up to ENGAGED) -my happiness and satisfaction with my job  -my friendships and family relationships -my ability to create things in my life by making goals and achieving them  AND IT ALL STARTED WITH LOSING WEIGHT I am not joking. Once I realized that shifting my mindset could literally change my body and my health and how I felt about myself... I realized I was no longer stuck with my weight or anything else in my life.
