Much like alcoholism and drug use, food addiction is a very serious disease. It's an obsession with food and weight and occurs when someone loses control over how much and what they eat. Stop, breathe and stay calm. You have to focus on what you hope to accomplish and why you’re disagreeing. How can you be most effective in resolving this argument? You must be willing to listen.
