The table speaks for itself. Since the end of last season #NFFC have been in free fall. It's going wrong on the pitch, it's going wrong behind the scenes, in fact, we're not sure where it is going right. Alan and Tom set the world to rights in Episode 122, and pitch their thoughts on how to stop the rot.

Forest lost at home to Swansea. We needed to vent immediately. Alan, Harpal, and Steve got straight to it at full time to analyse what went wrong - Harpal has got the positives for balance. Where do we go from here though - what will stop the rot? CORRYNATION! Steve sat down for a chat with #NFFC academy product Spencer Weir-Daley... via a computer of course! Spencer entered the Forest ranks at 10 years old in 1996, and went on to break into the first team in the mid noughties - scoring on debut we might add. Steve finds out about his time in red, the shoulder injury that curtailed his debut season, his career since turning down a contract extension from the club, dark days on the other side of the river, representing Montserrat, extending his career with groundbreaking treatments, and life in Non-League football.

Chris Hughton is marching on unbeaten, even if it isn't a perfect start it is progress. Alan is joined by Kieron, and debutant Harpal, as Tom returns to the starting lineup as well this week. We reflect on Rotherham (kind of), Derby day, and look ahead to Luton on Wednesday.
