Recently described by the media as a "legendary New York criminal defense attorney," Jeffrey Lichtman has successfully handled criminal trials and appeals on some of the country's largest stages. His clients include those charged in the federal and state systems with white collar and non-white collar offenses. For over 30 years, Mr. Lichtman's practice style has been marked by exhaustive pretrial preparation and smothering pressure inside the courtroom. His cross-examinations, in fact, have been described in the media during the John Gotti, Jr. trial as a "relentless pounding" in which witnesses were "put through the blender and shredded." The Gotti trial ended with the dismissal of three murder conspiracy charges, an acquittal on a $25 million securities fraud charge, and a deadlocked jury on every remaining count. The media described the verdict as an "unbelievable courtroom upset" and Mr. Lichtman's work as "brilliant." In the recent high-profile Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman trial lasting 3 1/2 months, Mr. Lichtman's work was described by the media as "an astonishing performance" and "so wildly entertaining." Some of Mr. Lichtman's recent clients also include Assistant USC basketball coach Tony Bland, Emma Coronel, rappers Fat Joe and The Game, the alleged Boss of the Colombo Family Andrew Russo, Olympians, judges, doctors, lawyers, politicians, and countless others. Mr. Lichtman's appellate practice has also had great success, winning freedom for clients sentenced to lengthy prison terms. In September of 2010, he won the freedom for a client who had been convicted and sentenced to 27 years in prison for multiple counts of sexual assault of four victims. After his appeal to the NJ Appellate Division forced the trial court to grant a hearing on trial counsel's possible ineffectiveness, Mr. Lichtman's scathing examination of trial counsel was halted by the judge – who indicated she was prepared to vacate the conviction on the spot – and the client was released, never to return to prison again. A 1990 graduate of Duke University School of Law, Mr. Lichtman's office has begun representing individuals on Civil Rights/police misconduct issues as well as on sexual harassment and discrimination claims -- and in just a short time, Mr. Lichtman has garnered multiple millions of dollars of settlements for women sexually harassed in the workplace, and was selected as a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Lichtman has recently been profiled in New York Magazine, the New York Daily News, and in The New York Times as part of the "Public Lives" series. Mr. Lichtman can also be heard as a guest host on 710 WOR Radio (every Monday morning at 7:05 AM), WABC Talk Radio, Fox News Radio, and AM 970 The Answer in New York City. Harris vs. Trump: a Final Objective Review / Why You Should Never, Ever Go on a Cruise
Jeffrey Lichtman returns with a no-holds-barred breakdown of the upcoming election, offering his scathing analysis of the Harris/Biden administration’s four years. He questions why Harris, after four disastrous years in office, refuses to say what she would do differently than Biden — when she could honestly answer that the last four years was Biden’s fault. Harris' inability to answer even the simplest questions becomes a centerpiece of this episode, along with her jaw-dropping agreement with pro-Palestinian protesters that Israel has committed genocide. Lichtman highlights the terrifying implications of a continued administration that coddles terrorists while simultaneously lying to the American people about crime stats and the economy. In lighter news, Jeff shares his strong, hilarious warnings against going on a cruise—unless Legionnaire’s disease and Baked Alaska are your idea of a good time. He then offers his thoughts on what it takes to win in the courtroom on big media cases, reflecting on his own experiences in high-profile trials. From Kamala's dangerous incompetence to the absurdities of cruises, Jeff covers it all in this blistering episode.

Adams & Diddy: Why Do the Same Prosecutors Treat Them Differently? / Israel Obliterates Hezbollah—Harris and Biden are Silent
In this episode, Jeff analyzes the evidence against Mayor Eric Adams and finds him to be a low-level grifter with a penchant for obstruction of justice. But why did the federal prosecutors not request a dollar of bail for him when they successfully sought to detain Sean Combs pretrial? Adams sold out NYC to a Muslim terror state and Combs had sex parties. The uneven application of the law is startling. And Jeff recaps Israel’s incredible week of decapitating Hezbollah in the most humiliating fashion. Why Kamala Harris wants Iran’s strongest terror proxy to survive via ceasefire is shocking. How can peace in the Middle East be achieved when Iran is permitted to occupy and terrorize country after country? Israel had enough of this and acted alone, with historical success.

Case Updates: Chapo’s Sons in Chicago, Assisted Suicide Case Ends With No Jail, Columbia Fart Spray Case / Kamala Harris Dangerously Appeases Hamas
In this episode, Jeff provides updates on several high-profile cases. First, he breaks down the latest news surrounding his client, Joaquin Guzman Lopez, son of El Chapo, who arrived in the U.S. from Mexico with the world’s biggest drug dealer in tow. An absurd international saga followed.Next, Jeff shares a positive outcome for his elderly client, former doctor Stephen Miller, who received probation instead of a prison sentence after assisting a terminally ill woman’s suicide. With this disposition, Miller avoids spending his final years behind bars.Jeff then revisits his lawsuit against Columbia University, where pro-Hamas students overreacted to a harmless prank by two Israeli students involving a novelty fart spray. Despite clear evidence, Columbia’s administration chose to punish the Israeli students while giving the terror-supporting students a pass. In the new school year, Columbia’s administration shows it has learned nothing. Finally, Jeff reflects on Kamala Harris’s dangerous appeasement of Hamas supporters, a troubling stance that raises serious concerns about her leadership as the world faces increasing instability.

Fun at the DNC: Kamala’s Obvious Lies and Hamas Take Center Stage / Democrats Finally Embrace Walls, But Only for Themselves / Chapo’s Son Accused of Capturing the World’s Biggest Drug Dealer — And Gets Charged in Mexico For It
In this episode, Jeff delves into the recent Democratic National Convention in Chicago, where Kamala Harris swore she is the only one who can fix America’s current problems while conveniently ignoring her role in creating the mess over the past four years. The real show, though, was outside, where pro-Palestinian rioters attempted to turn the convention into a war zone. Yet Democrats suddenly discovered the utility of walls—just not for our borders. Jeff breaks down the hypocrisy and the disturbing poll numbers showing that Democrats increasingly support Hamas over Israel. PS: Someone check Tim Walz’s Google searches. Next, Jeff shares an update on his client, Joaquin Guzman Lopez, son of El Chapo. Despite claims that he captured the world’s most notorious fugitive drug lord, Mayo Zambada, Joaquin now faces kidnapping charges from the Mexican government, which for some odd reason seems angry that the biggest criminal in their country is in custody.

“El Mayo” Arrested: My Week In Chicago / Kamala Harris Was Anointed, Not Elected as the Nominee / How Can Blacks Support Harris After What She Did to Them? / It’s Time to Remove the Cancer in Iran
In this podcast, Jeff describes his hectic week which started with the startling news of the arrest of a 50 year fugitive, “El Mayo” Zambada and the murky circumstances around his capture. Jeff ended up in court in Chicago to represent Joaquin Guzman Lopez, the son of “El Chapo” and the second person on the plane with El Mayo when they touched down in Texas from Mexico.Jeff also discusses the anointment of Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee, after it became crystal clear that Biden was set up in that debate, only to be forced out. Harris is incredibly unlikable and incompetent, which is why she was trounced in the 2020 primaries; only if she could be installed at the last minute, without winning a single primary or vote, could the liberal press – which lampooned her for 3 ½ years – turn on a dime and push her cackling carcass across the finish line, all the while hiding her flaws. To Jeff, what hurts the most is Harris’ horrible treatment of Blacks in California when she was the San Francisco DA and the state’s Attorney General: Blacks make up 6% of the population in California and Harris ensured that the prison population was 29% Black, including mothers whose children were truant from school and non-violent marijuana defendants. That Blacks can forgive her for this treatment is both stupefying and sad. Finally, Jeff discusses the imminent war between Iran and Israel and notes that this is finally the time for the West to rid the world of the global cancer that is the Iranian regime and its terror proxies. Iran has only grown to become more of a threat globally and now may have nuclear weapons: if not now, when can the mullahs be destroyed, as they promise to kill civilians inside Israel, after directing the Hamas October 7 terror attack which killed citizens from all over the world?

Joe Biden Gets Pushed Out of the Presidential Race: A Humiliating End Following a Coverup of Epic Proportions / Does Anyone Actually Believe Trump’s Attempted Assassin Acted Alone?
In this episode of Beyond the Legal Limit, Jeff dissects the monumental news of Joe Biden dropping out of the presidential race. It's not because he recognized his incompetence, but because his disastrous debate performance left him without support. Jeff describes Biden's fall as a humiliation he richly deserved, detailing how his party, advisors, and even his family abandoned him, using and abusing him until there was nothing left. Moreover, Biden’s parting shot—endorsing Kamala Harris—shows his true priorities: pushing a DEI agenda over competent leadership. Jeff pulls no punches in describing Harris as wholly unfit to handle global adversaries like Putin and China.Jeff then turns his attention to the troubling assassination attempt on Donald Trump. With the Secret Service seemingly asleep at the wheel, Jeff questions how a 20-year-old managed to come so close to changing history. From the roof left unguarded to the improbable sharpshooting skills of a previously inept gunman, Jeff explores the plot's glaring inconsistencies and leaves listeners pondering the deeper implications of such a security failure.Tune in for a scathing critique of political incompetence and a chilling look at how dangerously close we came to a national tragedy.

Sick of the News: A Return to Legal Battles / The Trump-Biden Debate Debacle
In this episode of Beyond the Legal Limit, Jeffrey Lichtman takes a trip down memory lane, recounting his teenage years during the Iran hostage crisis and his bold fashion choices at Spencer Gifts. Reflecting on his long-standing frustration with the stagnant state of world affairs, Jeff vents about the repetitive and disheartening news cycle that seems to never improve since his days on New York City talk radio.Shifting gears, Jeff dives into a compelling murder case he's currently handling in Queens, NY. A woman falls to her death from a sixth-floor apartment, and her boyfriend stands accused of murder. Jeff outlines the case's core question: was it suicide or foul play? A trial awaits. The episode also tackles the recent Trump-Biden debate. Despite his aversion to Trump, Jeff expresses his desperation, suggesting he'd crawl over glass to vote for Trump, as Biden is barely alive. Jeff lambasts the current administration which is doing all that it can the obvious fact that Biden is not fit for office. And a vote for Biden is essentially a vote for his far-left advisors, who are clearly the ones in charge and who have gotten us into this global mess.

The Unchecked Spread of Hate in America
In today's episode, Jeff opens up about his deepening sense of hopelessness regarding the current state of America and its far-reaching implications for the world. He tackles the alarming rise of radical Islam combined with extreme liberalism and the surprising alliances formed with fringe far-right groups, all united by a shared hatred.Jeff doesn't mince words as he describes shocking incidents in New York City, including threats against Jewish individuals by Hezbollah supporters on the subway. He provides detailed accounts of these disturbing events, highlighting the lack of pushback and the growing acceptance of extremist ideologies. With a critical eye on how we’ve allowed such radical elements to proliferate, Jeff calls for urgent action and awareness, warning that our complacency could lead to disastrous consequences. This isn't a feel-good podcast, but a crucial wake-up call about the realities we face. The Trump Guilty Verdict: His Lawyers Need to Stop the Excuses / Why is America Filled With Muslim Terror Supporters? Why Doesn’t Anyone Seem to Care?
In this podcast, Jeff takes to task Donald Trump’s defense attorneys who expressed their belief they never had a chance at trial. Does any high profile defendant have a decent chance in a criminal trial in NYC? Of course not — but that doesn’t mean the lawyers should give a lackluster, whiny effort. Clear, avoidable mistakes were made and yet again, Trump’s choice of lawyers results in an L. In other news, the Biden administration and the Democrats are doing all they can to keep Hamas in power and to destroy Israel. Not surprisingly, we now have Muslim terrorists and their supporters running wild on the streets of America. As America goes, so goes the world and the global anti-semtiism is at a level not seen since the Nazis. It is becoming increasingly rare to find good people to do the right thing when it comes to standing up to Muslim terror and for America: Jeff examines this phenomenon and asks you to harken back to his Oct 8, 2023 podcast where he predicted this sorry result.

Jihad on Campus: How to Beat it Back (Including My Lawsuit Against Columbia University)
In this explosive episode of Beyond the Legal Limit, Jeffrey Lichtman delves into the disturbing rise of extremist activities on college campuses, focusing on a recent incident at Columbia University where Jewish students were targeted by pro-Hamas radicals. Imagine sending your child to a prestigious university, only to find they're subjected to hate-filled tirades from supporters of terrorism, right in the heart of their college campus—a place they should feel safe.Lichtman doesn't just narrate the events; he paints a vivid picture of the parental nightmare and the ideological battleground that many top-tier universities have become. With tuition fees sky-high, parents and students alike are left questioning the value of an education marred by unchecked radicalism and administrative apathy. As Jeffrey peels back the layers on this issue, he exposes the network of funding and support that sustains such extremist activities, suggesting the need for a deeper investigation, perhaps even at the congressional level. This episode is a call to action: for parents, students, and policymakers to reclaim the sanctity of education from the clutches of radicalism. Iran Attacks Israel; Joe Biden Deters No One As He Still Appeases Radical Islam / The Who vs. Led Zeppelin: Why The Who Always Comes in Second
In this podcast, Jeff discusses the Iranian missile attack on Israel which could have led to thousands of deaths if not for the skill of the Israelis and the incompetence of Iran. Regardless, a new status quo must be set: any Iranian terror proxy attack on Israel needs to be met with an attack on Iranian soil. Furthermore, the celebrations by the “ceasefire now crowd” as Iran was raining missiles down on Israel reveals the obvious: it was never about a wish for peace with the calls for ceasefire; it was always about saving Hamas to kill again. On a different note, Jeff compares two of the greatest rock bands of all time: The Who and Led Zeppelin. Despite The Who’s massive catalogue of hits, they lack one volcanic element in their music which renders them in second place. Jeff reveals all, the dangers of looking for Satan in a backwards playing musical anthem, as well as only the second song that brings him to tears.

Life When I Was a Kid / The P. Diddy Case / Vanderbilt Handles Terrorist Students, Northwestern Not So Much / Why do White Supremacists Love Hamas? / Greatest Music Album Ever
In this April Fool’s Day podcast, Jeff reminisces about simpler times and lemonade stands, a time before the internet and cell phones — and how kids used to learn about new music. Jeff opines on the over the top searches of Sean Combs’ two homes as he reveals he’s been hired to represent P. Diddy’s son. The government rarely fights fair when they have a major target in its sights. Jeff discusses how two top American universities handled their Muslim terror students in diametrically opposite ways: depending on whether the schools want to protect the students or the terrorists. As parents, the choice is obvious where to send your kids. Why do white supremacists conspire with Middle Eastern terrorists? A tale as old as time (or at least back to Nazi Germany). Finally, Jeff ends the podcast with a bang: he reveals the greatest rock album of all time. You can write to Jeff at https://BeyondTheLegalLimit.com/contact.

Michael Cohen Found a Lawyer Dumber Than Him / My Week: From Chapitos in Chicago to an Easy to Anger Woman Lawyer / The Clash / Democrats Abandon Israel
Jeff dives into the almost comedic legal saga of Michael Cohen, Trump’s former fixer, and his quest to end his federal supervised release early. Despite the steep odds, Cohen found a lawyer dumber than him and hilarity ensues.Jeff’s week also ran the gamut from representing Chapo’s son in Chicago on Monday to being on the business end of an emotional meltdown from opposing counsel during a deposition on Friday.Switching gears, Jeff riffs on the raw, rebellious roots of punk rock, spotlighting The Clash as the epitome of the genre's defiance and the personal resonance it holds for him. Some fantastic music finds its way into this episode — including the song he plays in his ears as all his trials are about to begin. The conversation takes a serious turn as Jeff tackles the recent violent breach at the Texas border by migrants, signaling the Biden administration’s surrender of the border solely for political gains. In short, our country has been sold out. Finally, Jeff notes the expected abandonment of Israel by the Democrats. Iran is watching and the implications to our national security will be huge. For all these reasons, a change has to come in November — or else.

Musical Evolution Leads to a Disgusting Story or Two / Devo & The Rolling Stones / Joe Biden is Openly Helping Hamas Just To Win the Terrorist Vote in Michigan
Jeff explains how he discovered the band Devo — and led him to rediscover the Rolling Stones. All of this sets the stage for some disgusting stories about peanut brittle and school stairwells. In other news, Joe Biden is terrified of losing the Muslim terror vote in Michigan. So what if these voters openly support Hamas and claim the October 7 massacre in Israel was an inside job? Joe Biden needs these votes so our allies need to die for them. In short: Donald Trump is an idiot but you’d be a bigger idiot to vote for Joe Biden.

I Hate Trump but Trump Got Screwed / Joe Biden is Appeasing Hamas Supporters For Votes — Can This Guy Ruin America Even More? / Update on Assisting Suicide Case / Two Musical Interludes: Velvet Underground & Big Star
In this podcast, Jeff admits that although he is not a Trump fan, it’s simply impossible to ignore the fact that the criminal and civil trials brought against him were done so to prevent his election. None of these cases were serious enough that they needed to be brought. But they were and it wouldn’t be so painful if his opponent was even remotely competent. But Joe Biden has opened the floodgates to millions of illegals including criminals, terrorists and spies — and now we will all pay. Biden’s foreign policy decisions regarding Israel are now wholly impacted by Hamas supporters in Michigan, a state he feels he can’t afford to lose. So while dozens of Americans were killed and kidnapped by Hamas on October 7, Biden is hell-bent on saving Hamas in order to gain the Muslim terror vote. Claiming that Hamas doesn’t speak for the Palestinian people is also an easily-proven lie.Two musical interludes today: Lou Reed/The Velvet Underground and Big Star. Two hugely important bands that were ahead of their time. Jeff describes his dinner with Lou Reed as the time of his life. Using the urinal next to Big Star’s Alex Chilton was also a fine moment. And lastly, Jeff provides a huge update on his Assisting Suicide case in upstate New York.

What does that tell us about Trump’s judgment when he hires the dumbest lawyer in America? A music recommendation. Just listen to it, you’ll thank Jeff later. And some breaking news about two new cases Jeff was hired on: an assisted suicide case that may result in an 85-year-old doctor dying in prison; and Ivy League terrorists made to smell bad after calling for murder, genocide, and terrorism: they demand arrests.

Far Left Democrats Openly Support Iran Against America — Or Why I’ve Had Enough With Liberals / Saying That Claudine Gay Was a Victim of Racism Is Like Saying Hamas Are Freedom Fighters
In this new episode, Jeff explains how liberals have gone from goofy tree huggers to treasonous conspirators with America’s worst enemies. Now the Houthis, who brought slavery back to Yemen — among other charming progressive ideals — are the darlings of the far left. We must stop this idiocy before we surrender the country to these lunatics.Jeff also explains that former Harvard president Claudine Gay should be an embarrassment to the Black community, not a fraudulent victim of racism. Presidents of Ivy League Schools are Too Dumb to Hide Their Jew Hate: the Latest Hypocrisy When it Comes to Jews and Israel / Growing Up in the 70s Wasn’t a Piece of Cake
In this new podcast, Jeff details the massive global hypocrisy in the condemnation of Israel and the calls for a ceasefire in Gaza — as Hamas slaughters its own people and murders civilian hostages they took on Oct 7. The hypocrisy hit a crescendo last week as the presidents of Harvard, Penn, and MIT somehow couldn’t say that calling for the genocide of Jews is against their schools’ code of conduct. This level of idiocy isn’t surprising as each of the three schools is admitting inferior students and ensuring they graduate with A averages — churning out useless graduates. On a lighter note, Jeff details what life was like growing up in the 70s. Many parental beatings and the occasional mouth washed out with soap!

Trump’s Florida Indictment: Incredibly His Lawyers are the Main Witnesses Against Him / An Ugly Case in the News and Why I’m Handling It
In this new podcast, Jeff breaks down Donald Trump’s Florida indictment for mishandling confidential documents and explains why his inability to hire competent professionals may cost him his freedom this time, instead of just constantly harming the country as it did during his single term in office. When his lawyers aren’t running to the press crying with their complaints, they’re creating the worst evidence against him. Such an incompetent handling of an investigation is truly unprecedented and in Trump’s case, unprecedented too. The gory details are all here, along with Joe Biden getting a pass from his latest idiocy, all because Trump is providing a wonderful distraction. In other news, Jeff’s Memorial Day weekend Night Court appearance is revealed to be a case all over the news last week, an incredibly ugly case that naturally has triggered an avalanche of hate mail. Jeff explains why he took the case and why he doesn’t care if it bothers you.

Brutal Memorial Day Weekend Ends in Night Court at Midnight / DeSantis Finally Enters the Race; Trump Loses What’s Left of His Mind
In this podcast, Jeff describes a rough Memorial Day weekend filled with prison visits and a midnight night court appearance – but still not as bad as those who paid the ultimate sacrifice defending our country. And Ron DeSantis has finally announced his candidacy for President only to be met with a whirlwind of madness from Donald Trump who took some time off from golfing to insult DeSantis.

Daniel Penny is Charged With Manslaughter, Even as His Fellow Passengers Thanked Him For His Heroism / Final Thoughts on the Trump Verdict: Obliteration and No Issues On Appeal
Jeff discusses the Daniel Penny/Jordan Neely subway murder case in further depth now that the Manhattan DA has charged Penny with manslaughter. Despite Neely’s family attorney claiming that the proper course of action in dealing with a raving, violent, deranged lunatic on the subway is to ask him “How can I help you? Let me meet your need,” the first rule of subway is: do not lock eyes with this person, do not try to engage him. Incredibly, Daniel Penny risked his life to protect his fellow passengers and the passengers thanked him afterward. Do you think a jury will convict Penny after hearing from the very people whose lives were threatened by Neely that day?And Donald Trump was quickly found liable at the end of his sex trial and yet Trump claims another “victory”: he’s just a sexual abuser and a liar, not a rapist. The pretzels Trump and his legal team turned themselves into in order to claim a win here are akin to his fantasy wins in the 2020 election, the 2022 midterm elections, and the civil trial his company lost last year: all Ls. While Trump was celebrating all of these wins, Ron DeSanctimonius was raising money for Daniel Penny.

The Jordan Neely Subway Killing – But Was a Crime Committed? / Ed Sheeran Copyright Case: Not Every Lawyer Knows the Rules of Evidence / The Trump Civil Case Was a Case I Thought Couldn’t Be Lost
In this new episode, Jeff breaks down what occurred on the subway as Jordan Neely was killed. Any way you look at it, no matter how emotionally invested you are in the case, the Marine who intervened when a violent, crazy homeless person began accosting passengers did not commit a crime. Jeff also looks at the Ed Sheeran copyright infringement case brought by the family of the “Let’s Get it On” writer. Not only do the two songs sound almost nothing alike, but somehow the plaintiff’s lawyer doesn’t know the Rules of Evidence. Naturally, the case ended in an epic disaster for the plaintiff. Finally, Jeff discusses the Trump civil rape trial, a case Jeff felt it was impossible for Trump to lose with almost no evidence and a wacky accuser. Unfortunately, the combination of Trump and a judge who is slapping around his lawyer is adding up to an impending loss.

A Case I Was Born to Defend: The Plot to Kidnap Iranian Dissident Masih Alinejad – The Sentencing and an Awkward Introduction / The Trump Indictment is Laughable – But He’s Still Not Winning in ‘24 / The Trans Community is Really Pissed
In this podcast, Jeff runs through the Trump indictment: in 33 years of practice in NYC he’s never seen such a dopey one. That being said, while he expects Trump’s popularity with his base to galvanize, Jeff predicts Trump’s chances of winning the next election to be zero, as he’s simply too toxic for independents. Finally, Jeff describes a case that he first saw in the press and hoped he would get – and did. The sentencing of the Iranian woman who unwittingly found herself in the middle of the plot to kidnap Iranian dissident Masih Alinejad occurred on April 7. Jeff pushed his way through a sea of Masih’s supporters and introduced himself to her, the purported victim of his client who was there to give a statement at sentencing. Jeff’s career has some interesting days, and this was one of them.

Just When It Appears Alvin Bragg’s Indictment Is on the Ropes — Donald Trump Saved Him With Threats / Uri Geller, Psychic Spoon Bender, and Me
An update on the impending Trump indictment: just as it seems political hack Manhattan DA Bragg is feeling the pressure for charging a former President with a minor misdemeanor case, Trump pulls a Trump and threatens Bragg and his fellow Americans with violence. Having clearly learned nothing from the fallout from January 6, Trump goes totally unhinged and reminds the country again why he will never get elected in 2024. On the legal side, Jeff remembers a long-repressed memory: a 1992 encounter with Uri Geller, world-famous magician, psychic and spoon bender. Naturally, Jeff said the wrong thing.

Trump to be Indicted — and This is Just Some of the Liberal Insanity of This Week / Cross Examination is Art: An Example from the Chapo Case
In this new podcast, Jeff discusses the craziness of the impending criminal indictment against Donald Trump brought by a woke DA — just the last of numerous bizarre decisions by leftists last week including San Francisco’s reparations fantasies, Stanford Law School’s inmates running the asylum, Secretary of Health claiming sex change surgery for children will soon be mainstreamed — and Democrats supporting Palestinian terrorists over Israel. Finally, Jeff reads a snippet of a cross examination from the Chapo case as an example of how to obliterate a witness’s credibility before the examination even begins.

Jeff also provides a Fetterman update: Gisele Fetterman is now a firefighter and took a super awesome vacation out of the country with the kids — after picking her bed-ridden husband’s bones clean. Jeff reports that Bob the Builder aka Mayor Pete was forced to go to East Palestine and everyone got punished for getting him out of bed. John Fetterman’s Demise Was Obviously Predictable — How Far Have We Fallen to Let This Happen?
In this new podcast, Jeff has some ugly words for Gisele Fetterman, the wife of Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman. He barely survived a stroke last year and she pushed him to continue campaigning even as he was clearly badly damaged from the stroke. Now he’s a month into his 6 year term and is hospitalized for severe depression and the continued damage from his stroke — and Gisele will surely be tapped to fill his seat soon. Was his life so expendable for her ambition? Did the Democrats need to sacrifice this man’s life? In each instance, China suffered no repercussions. Very Risky Bet I Made Which Could Have Cost a Client Life in Prison / Palestinians Show How True to Life Fauda, the Best Show on TV, is / Tyre Nichols – Racist Murder or Just Awful Killer Cops? / George Santos Jumps the Shark with Hitler Praise
In this new episode, Jeff recalls a massive and risky bet he made in a corrupt cop’s case which could have resulted in a life sentence without parole – but a great idea helped tip the odds in his favor. Jeff also discusses the fantastic TV show, Fauda, and how last week’s events show how true to life it really is. Tyre Nichols was brutally murdered by five bad cops, but Jeff doesn’t see this as racism – or does he? Jeff also believes that George Santos should be kicked out of Congress or put in a cage, either one – and a simple minimal hurdle all candidates should be required to meet is not praising Hitler publicly. Finally, Jeff discusses the ridiculously onerous sentences some January 6 defendants are getting while two bomb-throwing lawyers received slaps on the wrists from a conservative New York judge.

Jeff describes his feelings for the Iranian terror regime over the following years and how, 43 years later, he had the opportunity to represent a defendant charged in a plot by the same Iranian regime to kidnap a critic in Brooklyn. In this post-Thanksgiving episode, Jeff is left to wonder what will it take for some people to realize that Trump is unfit — and unelectable — for office. Is dinner with a Nazi not enough? Praising the Nazi? Refusing to apologize for dinner and the praise of the Nazi? Jeff endeavors to understand. Also in this episode, Jeff details an extradition hearing he has for a star New York OB-GYN who is accused in Japan of spraying oil on a religious shrine, a crime that if charged in NY would result in a dismissal after one court appearance. Our government is fighting to send him back to Japan and end his career — despite his cutting edge treatment for endometriosis which has saved so many women all over the world. Jeff also reveals a seven-figure settlement on a Herpes civil case he brought; and finally, Jeff discusses his new client, James O’Keefe of Project Veritas, who was raided and handcuffed by a team of FBI agents, his phones seized, his emails secretly subpoenaed — all because of an abandoned diary. John Fetterman is running for the Senate in Pennsylvania and can’t seem to think or speak clearly due to a stroke, yet he’s somehow leading in the polls. Is this what we’ve come to? And an update on our favorite terrorists, those lovable Palestinians, who proudly describe Russia as a country “which stands by justice and international law” even as they invaded and slaughtered their neighbor. Eric Adams Stopped Partying Long Enough to Declare State of Emergency / A Gay Palestinian Has His Head Cut Off on Video — and the American Liberal Press Ignores It / A Hells Angel Refuses to Go To Prison — My Work Kept Him Out: How I Did It (Intro)
In this new podcast, Jeff discusses a case from over 10 years ago: a Hells Angel charged with a violent federal extortion on tape — and he refused a plea unless he could be guaranteed no prison. With his back against the wall, Jeff figured his way out of it. Also in this episode, Jeff notes that NYC Mayor Eric Adams stepped out of da club long enough to declare a State of Emergency as NY is overrun by migrants. Suddenly Adams doesn’t seem to enjoy them as much as he did when they were overrunning Texas. With midterm elections upon us, will the nation continue voting for people who gave us open borders, increased crime, record inflation and high gas prices? Finally, a Palestinian had his head cut off solely because he was gay — and the liberal press ignored it. Why it’s hard to hate Jews and support homophobic terrorists simultaneously when you’re a leftist.

Finally, the government’s attempts to hide his past ended with a single mother getting a bullet to her head in Staten Island. Jeff also reports that NYC Mayor Eric Adams is insane — he thinks his dying city has a brand, and takes a dump on Kansas. Kamala Harris has spent a career putting Blacks in jail, yet now she thinks it’s okay to give federal Florida hurricane relief to Blacks first because “equity.” Finally, Jeff gently points out that Amazon’s Jeff Bezos’ remarried ex-wife is getting divorced — and he has got to be laughing his ass off.

In this new podcast, Jeff tries to figure out what Stacey Abrams was thinking when she publicly stated that fetal heartbeats heard on ultrasound tests are a fraud, designed solely by men to control women. But this isn’t her first bonkers opinion. Jeff also discusses the hijab protests in Iran and the red carpet treatment the Butcher of Tehran, aka President of Tehran received upon arrival in NY for UN week — despite his hefty body count and attempts to kill American politicians and citizens. Finally, Jeff provides an introduction to the wackiest trial he’s ever been a part of which included a defendant punching his lawyer in the face in front of the jury, another defendant faking a heart attack mid-trial, and a defense lawyer nearly causing a mistrial from his doodling in front or the jury.

2 Million Illegals Later, Liberals Decide The Border is a Problem — After 50 Are Sent to White Heaven, aka Martha’s Vineyard / Rapper Kay Flock’s Case Update — We’re Getting Closer
In this new episode, Jeff discusses what finally took the Democrats to acknowledge our open southern border and immigration problems caused by 2 million crossings into America in one year: a plane of 50 Black and Brown migrants flown into lily-white Martha’s Vineyard. Now that this resort's rich, white Democrat residents have climbed down from their chairs, perhaps a real discussion on immigration can be had. And Jeff provides an update on the rapper Kay Flock’s murder case: the prosecutor informed the judge of an online threat to her life made in Kay Flock’s name — just at the moment she’s required to rule on a motion to prevent the defense from receiving the names of the witnesses in the case — due to the purported dangerousness of the defendant and those around him. A Wild Mafia Story About Vinnie Gorgeous, Which I Had Somehow Forgotten / College Loan Forgiveness Is Actually Racist / Another Trump Own Goal on the Mar-a-Lago Search
In this new episode, Jeff was reminded by a listener of a wild 2005 story involving Bonanno Family Boss Vinnie Basciano which resulted in the Feds charging Basciano with extorting Jeff — without ever contacting him for a statement or interview. You can guess what happened to that charge. Jeff also discusses the ridiculousness of the student loan forgiveness program which only serves to transfer more wealth to white college grads than we’ve spent on 20 years of welfare and heating oil for truly needy families. Finally, Trump’s Mar-a-Lago search disaster seems caused solely by his refusal to simply return classified documents. The droning of the 9/11 mastermind is discussed, but it doesn’t move Jeff very much as it’s 20 years late. And didn’t the Taliban promise Biden that they’d stop harboring terrorists? In this new episode, Jeff details his painful representation of a client he really liked: USC basketball coach Tony Bland who had his life nearly destroyed over a bribe amounting to $4100. The ridiculous notion that the Feds were going to cure college basketball’s ills is exposed, and the government’s greatest aspirations ended with a big fat thud: unless you credit taking down a handful of Black assistant coaches while covering for their white bosses whose conduct was infinitely worse. What went into the sentencing strategy for art dealer Inigo Philbrick is discussed at length. In this new episode, Jeff reveals an ugly case wherein a client charged with driving under the influence of prescription pills got into an accident and killed his passenger. The previous lawyer took a very passive stance which garnered only a 5-year plea offer; when Jeff got involved he depicted the defendant as a victim of an unscrupulous doctor whose actions led the client to get addicted to Oxycodone. The result was a 4-month sentence, a big jump down from 5 years. The latest incompetence from the Biden Administration – the lack of available baby formula – is discussed. And finally, yet another double standard is applied in the Middle East involving the death of an Al Jazeera reporter caught in a crossfire: the world must stop demonizing Israel even for things it didn’t do, while dozens of reporters are killed during fighting in the Ukraine, and no one notices or cares.Contact Jeff at https://beyondthelegallimit.com/contact/.Subscribe to get episodes in your inbox at https://beyondthelegallimit.com/subscribe/.

Alleged Boss of the Colombo Family Dies But Only After I Won Him Bail — and Denied the Feds Their Ghoulish Prize / Muslim Terrorists Appeased, Disaster Follows / Biden’s New Press Secretary / Roe v. Wade’s Reversal
In this latest podcast, Jeff describes the lengths needed to recently get alleged Colombo Crime Family Boss Andrew Russo released on bail, even though everyone could clearly see he was suffering from significant dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. The government simply would not give in, despite Russo being handcuffed by his ankles to a bed 24 hours a day in custody. The government relied on the nearly universal history of alleged mob bosses being denied bail – until this bail argument in October of 2021. Jeff also discusses again the result of treating Muslim terrorists with the racism of low expectations – by presuming this is all they’ll ever be and not doing enough to stop them, Palestinians again committed a terror attack, this time on Israeli Independence Day, leaving three men dead and 16 children without fathers. On a similar note, the new presidential press secretary’s main qualifications are that she’s gay and Black and hates Israel; that she also has a massive conflict of interest doesn’t seem to matter to anyone. And finally, the seeming reversal of Roe v. Wade will surely end with stuff burning down. After all, isn’t that what you do when you’re “peacefully protesting”?Contact Jeff at https://beyondthelegallimit.com/contact/.Subscribe to get episodes in your inbox at https://beyondthelegallimit.com/subscribe/.

Why Does America Keep Bending Over for Terrorists (aka If You Support Attacking Russia You Surely Think Iran Needs Bombing) / The Debacle of the Timing of the Overturning of Roe v. Wade
In this special mid-week episode, Jeff explains why bombing Iran is inevitable — and why sooner is better than later, because the terrorists in charge over there are not getting any more reasonable over the years and their behavior keeps getting worse. Also, a discussion of the insanity of the timing of the overturning of Roe v. Wade, the case legalizing abortion and one thing most of America can agree upon. Young Black Business Owner in Tax Evasion Case Has Misfortune of Being Sentenced by a Black Judge / Trevor Bauer is Royally Screwed: Wokeness Overpowers Facts / Trump's Minions Describe DeSantis — and Not Trump — as Disloyal and Dumb
In the newest episode of Beyond the Legal Limit, Jeff shares the sentencing he had last week in Virginia of a young Black business owner convicted of tax evasion. Looking for a break from a conservative Black judge is usually a long shot in such scenarios and Jeff explains why. Then, Jeff shares some entertaining stories about some of his past associates in his law firm. Later, he discusses the absurdity of the accusations against baseball player Trevor Bauer and how the MLB (a social justice organization) has handled it. The episode wraps with Jeff's thoughts on the state of the country and the tensions between Ron DeSantis and Donald Trump.Contact Jeff at https://beyondthelegallimit.com/contact/.Subscribe to get episodes in your inbox at https://beyondthelegallimit.com/subscribe/.

The Tom Brady Final Touchdown Football Auction Debacle is Settled — and I Represent the Buyer / Baseball Cards Were Fun as a Kid, Being a Lawyer in the Sportscard and Memorabilia World is Also Fun
In this special holiday episode, Jeff reveals that he is the attorney for the winning bidder of the Tom Brady Final Touchdown Pass Football – that wasn’t when Brady un-retired the next day. Jeff discusses how it went down and ultimately how the auction house agreed to void the sale as the winning bidder would have otherwise received a ball that wasn’t as advertised. This sports collectible debacle kicks off a discussion of Jeff’s history of collecting baseball cards as a small boy through the present, where he not only collects them – but is involved in numerous hobby litigations and criminal investigations for his clients and has learned that wherever there is money to be made, even in a kid’s hobby, fraud will follow. For more on the show and to get new episodes sent directly to your inbox, visit https://beyondthelegallimit.com/.

The Stress of This Work / I’m Pissed About the National League DH / Iranian and Pakistani Spies Infiltrate the White House – the FBI is Concerned About Hillbillies Instead / Trump Endorses Far, Far Lefty Dr. Oz / China is Going Nuts Over Covid Lockdowns
In this episode, Jeff discusses his mentor Jerry Shargel and the stress from the job – and how a spontaneous sense of humor can fix a lot of problems when in front of a jury. On a completely unrelated note, the newly installed designated hitter rule for the National League is driving Jeff bonkers. Jeff also discusses the changes in the FBI, which have caused them to focus all time and resources on angry January 6 hillbillies, even as Iranian and Pakistani spies have infiltrated the Secret Service – and the White House. MAGA endorses Dr. Oz, the most far left, gun-grabbing, trans-surgery for kids supporting Republican candidate ever? And finally, China, the creator and disseminator of Covid, has lost its collective communist mind while locking down Hong Kong: no one can leave their apartments, food is gone, and pets are being killed.

Prosecutorial Misconduct Is More Common Than You Think / I’ve Had Enough Trans News to Last a Lifetime / The End of Title 42: Democrats’ Plan to Flood America With Illegals / Mayor Swag Can’t Stop Masking Babies
In this latest episode, Jeff discusses some crazy stories of prosecutorial misconduct he’s witnessed over the years in cases in NYC, including the Chapo Guzman, Jimmy Henchman, and John Gotti, Jr. trials, and tells about the time a creepy prosecutor-turned bad fiction writer wired up one of his clients in an effort to entrap him. Trans exhaustion has been reached and Jeff will tell you why. Title 42 is explained and why the Biden administration is ending it, which will cause a flood of illegal immigrants into America that we can not even remotely deal with. Finally, Jeff discusses the Staten Island case on behalf of toddlers’ parents who sought to end Mayor Adams’ masking mandates for preschoolers.Receive episodes of the podcast directly in your inbox by subscribing at https://beyondthelegallimit.com/subscribe/.

Covid Ruins a Disney Trip / Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is a Defense Lawyer at Heart and No One Can Deal With It / Justice Clarence Thomas’ Wife Needs to Be Dressed Down / The NYC Voice Coach Pusher Defendant Has a Lawyer Problem
In this episode, Jeff reveals how Covid destroyed his Disney trip and how remaking the trip plus Duke’s run to the Final Four left him with no sleep last night. Scooters, 90 minute wait times in the hot sun: Disney has it all. On Supreme Court issues, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is a former Public Defender and for some reason Republicans expect her to be tough on crime. As for Justice Thomas’ wife, she’s a crazy conspiracy theorist and is harming her husband – and the Republican Party. The elderly NYC voice coach who was pushed to her death resulted in manslaughter charges against a young woman. Her lawyer in one press conference attempted to ignite a race war, misstate the NY Manslaughter law and make his client appear even more of a lunatic than she may already be – but his silk pocket square matched his tie, his hat, coat, vest and pocket watch looked great while he did it. Finally, Jeff notes how utterly disastrous President Biden’s Europe trip was last week where he made one gaffe after another nearly started WW3. Some of My History With Rappers: Fat Joe, The Game, Jimmy Henchman / The Tom Brady Last Touchdown Pass Auction Debacle / Lia Thomas Won’t Stop Swimming With Girls Until the Girls Stop Swimming With Her / The Hunter Biden Laptop Coverup
In this episode, Jeff discusses his quirky history with rappers Fat Joe, The Game and music executive Jimmy Henchman. Current events include the controversy surrounding the $518,000 auction of the football from the “last” touchdown thrown by Tom Brady – until it wasn’t the next day; Lia Thomas’s continued destruction of women swimmers and their responsibility in putting a stop to it; and finally, the coverup of the Hunter Biden laptop is discussed: heads should roll as the mainstream press and a host of national intelligence officers conspired to get Joe Biden elected.

Abortion Doctor Goes On Trial For Killing a Patient – the Shocking Ending / Russia is Killing Americans Now, Joe Biden is Asleep / Iran is Trying to Kill Americans, Joe Biden is Asleep / Ukraine is Not Palestine / Stop Teaching 5-Year-Olds About Sexuality
In this episode, Jeff discusses the manslaughter trial for an abortion doctor, which grabbed national headlines, and the miraculous ending which saved the client from a decade or more in prison. In the current events portion, Russia is now killing Americans in the Ukraine and President Biden is still doing nothing about it. Similarly, Iran is now attacking American forces with missiles, and instead of responding, Biden pretends it didn’t happen, just to ensure that Iran won’t abandon the very horrible nukes deal we’re begging them to accept. Finally, Jeff ends the debate on any similarity between Palestine and the Ukraine – they couldn’t be more diametrically opposed.

In the State of the Union Speech, Covid Seemed to Vanish – if Just for a Night | America and Its Allies Pay Russia to Destroy the Ukraine | The Iran Deal Is Dumber Than Anyone Could Imagine | When I Tried to Get a Baseball Signed by Chapo Guzman
In this episode, Jeff discusses the absolute hypocrisy of Joe Biden coming to the State of the Union speech without a mask on – along with hundreds of other Democrats, when Covid seemed to have vanished, if even just for a night. Equally incoherent is the strategy of sanctioning Russia for its invasion of the Ukraine while also buying its oil, not to be confused with the even more incoherent strategy of relying on Russia to help us work out a horrible nukes deal with Iran, Russia’s ally, even as Russia threatens to nuke us. Finally, Jeff reveals a previously unheard story of when he tried to get Chapo Guzman to sign a baseball for him. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t as easy as it seems. A fruit-flavored Mentos candy acted as the trial balloon.

Ukraine Is Being Destroyed and We Are Doing Too Little To Stop It/Eric Adams Loves Da Club/Jeff's Case with Bank Fraudster John Ruffo Who Vanished On the Day His Sentence Was to Begin
Today's episode addresses the elephant in the room, the thing that everyone has seen in the news, and that's the invasion of Ukraine by Russia. Ukraine is being destroyed, civilians are being killed in significant numbers, and our country is no longer one that wishes to win wars and do the ugly things that are needed to protect us. In the legal portion of the episode, Jeff discusses the fascinating case of one of the world's biggest bank fraudsters, John Ruffo, whom Jeff represented. Jeff shares how he achieved a great result for Ruffo with a much shorter sentence than anticipated. Then, when Ruffo was supposed to turn himself in to the designated federal prison in New Jersey, Jeff received a phone call that he didn't report. He vanished. Since then, John Ruffo has been a most wanted fugitive for the past 23 years.

Biden Ends Covid - And When The Covid Restrictions Jumped the Shark/A Smuggled Sandwich/Bruce Cutler Memories
In one of his best takes yet, Jeff discusses the sea change felt this week in America on mask and vaccine mandates: people have finally had enough and the Democrats, fearing a whupping in November, declared that the science has changed once again. Stacey Abrams and other liberal politicians and their refusal to wear a mask in public was the match that lit the fire. Jeff also discusses the largest sandwich he’d ever seen which just happened to be smuggled into prison. And finally, some memories of Bruce Cutler.

January 6th Commemoration Episode | How a Dishonest Incompetent Lawyer Ended Up Saving My Client From a Lengthy Prison Sentence
In episode five of Beyond the Legal Limit, Jeff shares his take on the events of January 6, 2021. The Democrats are mentioning that day in the same sentence as 9/11 and Pearl Harbor, which is extremely disrespectful. Donald Trump’s actions on that day and in recent months have been selfish, as usual. In this hot take, Jeff chooses no sides. After the break, in the legal portion of this episode, Jeff shares how a dishonest and incompetent lawyer ended up saving his client from a lengthy prison sentence.
