Appeared in 2004, Dumbelectro were founded on a simple idea: discover kickass beats based on brilliant tunes, mix it with the honest words and, before other, be true for real. They are not so easy to take: at first sight - humble guitar-drum-n-bass trio, but... listen: much faster than most "indie-rock" gangs you know and, much more, too smart tunes and too hard riffs to be claimed as "just one more indie-rock band like the others" (by the way: in opposite to the word "electro" in their name, Dumbelectro never use electronic sounds while performing - neither samplers nor synths (and even turntables), just guitars vrooms and banging the drums); besides, lyrics (usually based on English, sometimes French and Japanese) are pretty honest and, like they say, always inspired by the real events (as they told, "dumbelectro" is about any guy who always plays his guitar, staring at his amplifier or, maybe, effects pedal board, watching it's not working and screaming loud: "f%#kin' dumb electro!!"). While performing live, Dumbelectro bring it on, running and skipping as if they were plugged-in to an AC, but, besides, don't forget to play their instruments fine; it seems like they've been training to play while moshing for a long time.
