A United Ummah is Stronger than Any Army or Nation in the World Ft. Shaykh Muhammad Alshareef (rA)
It’s crucial more than ever to be united as a nation, as an Ummah of the Prophet (SAW). In this podcast, Shaykh Muhammad Alshareef (rA) shares a personal story about how reading science fiction helped him shape his views on anti-racism and unity. Through this analogy, he emphasized how, as humans, we should come together against a common threat, regardless of race, color, or background. Just like how the world united against the fight against the coronavirus pandemic and how, for the first time in recent history, humanity was on the same page for a common cause. This unprecedented unity echoes the teachings of the Quran and the example of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), who urged us to stand together as one Ummah and beyond that, to unite for justice, even with non-Muslims. Look, unity is not just a virtue, but a necessity for Muslims. Allah (SWT), especially in these dark times. Allah commands us to hold firmly to His rope and not to be divided. As an Ummah, our strength lies in our togetherness, whether in times of ease or hardship. Now more than ever, we must rise above differences and stand united for the sake of Allah, supporting one another in faith and action. May Allah keep us united today, tomorrow, and all times to come. Fatherhood in the Sight of Allah: How the Quran Speaks to Fathers
A dad is a daughter's first love and a son's first superhero.A father is the unsung hero taken for granted…Who’s not allowed to cry when things get hard, who’s supposed to stay strong and lift everyone up.Who’s judged, not for who you are, but for how much love and money you put on the table. We’re culturally not conditioned to ask the same questions we usually ask mothers:“How are you doing?”“Is something bothering you?”We've painted fathers as the villains who believe in tough love……as the prime dictator around the house.…as a man who’s labeled “weak” when they experience emotional breakdown. But Allah values fathers, more than anyone can ever do.He recognizes your struggle, your hard work, and gives credit where it’s due.The struggles of fathers are different than mothers. But it's a struggle nonetheless, with no expectation of a reward.Look pops, you don’t have to be in sacrifice mode all the time. The world might think of you differently, but when you see how the Quran speaks to fathers…...you’ll know:💎 How can you positively express your feelings without feeling embarrassed or exposed💎 What made prophets like Ibrahim (AS) and Yaqub (AS) the prime example of fatherhood💎 How can you take care of your mental and physical health without compromising your responsibilities💎 How can a father use the Quran to instill the love of Allah in himself and his family at any stage of life

Iron man and the Purpose of Life | Ft. Shaykh Muhammad Alshareef (rA)
As Muslims, our identity is deeply intertwined with our faith, our values, and our actions. We’re those who consciously submit to the one God, without associating partners with Him. Shaykh Muhammad Alshareef (rA) also talked about ""sheep mentality"" - an innate tendency to seek commonality with others and to follow the crowd. But if we're not careful, we may find ourselves following the wrong influences, straying from the path of righteousness. Sadly, youngsters are easy victims of blind following. That's why guidance is crucial. We need leaders who can steer us in the right direction, and who can help us identify with the right principles and people. In today's society, it's all too easy to idolize actors, musicians, and other celebrities. But who should truly be our role models? Back in the day, it was the community leaders, those actively involved in doing good. We need to shift our focus back to these individuals, to those who embody the values we aspire to live by.But here's the thing: in the midst of all this confusion, how do we find our way? How do we uncover the true purpose of life? Watch as Shaykh Muhammad Alshareef (rA) explains how to seek truth amidst these conflicting personalities. As Muslims, we're blessed with clarity. Islam provides us with a clear understanding of our purpose: to worship Allah alone and follow the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). And let's not forget about the importance of seeking higher principles. In a world filled with man-made religions and ideologies, we must elevate ourselves above the fray. We must seek out the principles that resonate with our souls, and that align with the truth of Islam. It's about critical thinking, about discerning between what is authentic and what is merely a distraction.May Allah guide us all on the straight path and grant us strength and perseverance in our journey of faith. Ameen.

Motherhood in The Sight of Allah - How The Quran Speaks To Moms | Taimiyyah Zubair
Allah knows the gut-wrenching pain a mother has to go through to protect, sacrifice her own desires, and raise her child. That's why He treats them a certain way like no other. He comforts and instructs them to have faith in Him.If we look through the Quran, Allah talks in a motivational and comforting tone when dealing with mothers.Whether it's the mother of Maryam (AS) and her desire to supplicate her child in the service of Allah......or it's about Maryam (AS) when she was blessed with the news of being granted a son as a prophet......or when Allah comforted the distressed mother of Musa (AS) by ensuring he was fed by her, even when he was raised in the house of an enemy.Islam also encourages balance and moderation in every aspect of life and mothers taking some time off……won’t make them selfish, but it gears them up with more strength to provide the right environment for their children.A mom goes through challenging moments, sleepless nights, and tiring schedules...Just because she envisions her child to be the best of both worlds, grow into a resilient Muslim, and be a source of Sadaqa Jariyah.

Muslim community all over the world has been fed negative beliefs. E39 | How To Rise With The Tide of Prices & Anxiety | Muhammad Alshareef
Link referenced in this episode: https://www.TheRisingTideChallenge.comThe Prophet ﷺ shared this beautiful analogy with us:In an authentic narration [Bukhari] He ﷺ told us the example of the believers and disbelievers is like a boat. The believers have the top deck- so they can easily access water. The disbelievers have the lower decks, and need to ask the people upstairs every time they need water,So they decide “hang on, why don’t we just cut a hole in the bottom of the ship, so we can get our own water?”And if the believers don’t take action, then everybody drowns. Now maybe you’ve heard this hadith, probably lots of times in your life,But you know right now I think it’s meaning really resonates the most.Because it feels like we’re all drowning. We’re all feeling the economic pressure. And the natural reaction in times like these is to become complacent. To hide and not take risks,But not acting is what’s causing us to drown in the first place.Look, the only solution we have right now is to ride with the tides. That means stepping out of our comfort zone, taking calculated risks, and leaving the rest to Allah.

E38 | Arafah Edition of the Visionaire Dua Refresh | Muhammad Alshareef
Link referred to in the episode: https://www.TheRisingTideChallenge.comEvery Arafah there’s one scene that always come to mind:All those pilgrims standing on the mount for hours and hours,Calling upon their Lord with all their hearts. When you’re there in the moment it’s a lot easier to go all out in your Dua.But have you ever wondered how you could recreate that same energy right here at home?A reminder I used to give every year around this time was the story of Yunus (A.S) When he was in the belly of a whale, in the depth of the ocean, in the darkness of the night, still called out to his Lord, knowing he would be heard. That’s the attitude we should have going into this day. You might feel like you’re in a dark place right now, Maybe it’s guilt, past trauma, doubt about whether or not you’re “worthy” of that Dua being answered,But you’re asking the same Lord as Yunus, the one who heard him and delivered him from the darkest of dark places. All you have to do is ask, and there’s no greater day to ask than this. When the Prophet (S) told us that more people are saved from the fire on this day than any other day of the year (hadith sahih). This is how you get into the Arafah mindset.-----This episode is brought to you by The 3-Day Rising Tide Challenge with Muhammad Alshareef and special guest Dean Graziosi. Link mentioned in the podcast: www.TheRisingTideChallenge.comYou’ve probably heard the story of Ibrahim (A.S) and the sacrifices he made, but how often do we talk about that word- sacrifice- at a personal level? It’s easy to talk about it symbolically,But when we’re faced with tough decisions, choosing Allah over ourselves is harder than we imagine. That’s what I discussed with our teacher, Sh Abdul Nasir Jangda.Alhamdulillah it was an amazing experience, and we managed to cover so much in such a short amount of time!We covered everything from:Finding peace with discomfortembracing hardshipredirecting ourselves to the akhiraHow celebration is tied with sacrifice What Ibrahim (A.S) teaches us about sacrifice This episode is brought to you by The 3-Day Rising Tide Challenge with Muhammad Alshareef and special guest Dean Graziosi.
