Nogle holdninger er baseret på vandrehistorier, mens andre er baseret på videnskab.  Sammen med lektor i idræt ved Aalborg Universitet Ernst Albin Hansen forsøger jeg i denne episode at rydde lidt op i dette. Ernst underviser og forsker i træning - og særligt i cykeltræning, så han ved, hvad han taler om. Derudover har han også selv en baggrund som elitecykelrytter.  Dette er første del af to.
