Pastor Charlene Reid pursued a BA degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson and Wales University. She spent 20 years in the field with industry leaders such as Four Season Hotels and Resorts, Sandals Resorts, and Couples Resorts. She decided to leave the corporate world in 2012. She freelanced as a Customer Service Training and Hospitality Consultant and subsequently in 2018 God gave her the vision for her company The Pineapple Culture; a Hospitality Training and Consulting Company that was registered in 2019. Through the life-changing power of Jesus Christ, her journey lead her to full-time ministry in June 2018 and one year later being Ordained as a Pastor in October 2019. Pastor Charlene has conceded that one of her greatest role is being a mother and role model to her vibrant, gifted and beautiful daughter Sarai.
