Nothemba Jessica Sonjica was born and raised in the Eastern Cape. She obtained her law degree from the University of Fort Hare. She is an admitted attorney with right of appearance in the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court. Nothemba is currently studying towards her Masters in Human Rights Protection and she is also an Accredited Mediator. Nompilo Nyandeni is a qualified Paralegal Practitioner, Bcom Law student and Sister in law mentee. She also holds a diploma in Public Management and Economics from the Durban University of Technology and a certificate in Labour Law from the University of Cape Town . Nompilo works as an Investigating Officer in the Labour Law Section at the Provincial Government. Dr. Radebe is a Doctor in Law, Senior Lecturer, admitted attorney of the High Court and Commissioner for the South African Law Reform Commission (SALRC). She is an agile researcher and lecturer with experience in both Public law and private law.
