Dhamma as taught by the Buddha is simple and easy to practice. It is about ourselves and how we can be free from personal suffering. As suffering beings we are deluded about the truths of our body and mind. However, if we practice the Dhamma, we turn our attention to our body and our mind and unveil their true characteristics. Our suffering lessens as we gradually come to understand the Dhamma more and more.

What Our Body and Mind Teach Us - Ajahn Prasan 23 Feb 17 (enpsn170223A)

The day that we can see that this body and this mind are not our self, there is nothing else in the world that belongs to us. By the time that we see that the body and mind within these five aggregates are nothing but impermanent, suffering and no-self, we will truly understand that the entire world is as such." -- Ajahn Prasan Buddhakulsomsiri, International Course, Chonburi, 23 February 2017

Learn Until (the mind is) Wise Enough to Never Succumb to Suffering Again- Ajahn Prasan 9 Mar 16 A
"As Dhamma is learned with the heart not the brain, we need the mind with right quality first. As Dhamma is the learning of oneself, the subjects of study are all within this body and mind. Practitioners have no other duty but to see their own mind, feel what it feels. As soon as mindfulness arises, defilements will fall away. We have no business in pushing away defiements, we only have to know when unwholesomeness thoughts arise... when wholesomeness thoughts arise..." 12ToSeetheTruth - Chapter 5 - To See the Truth
Believing everything I say certainly isn’t the right approach. It isn’t the intelligent thing to do; we shouldn’t be so gullible as to believe what others say too easily. On the other hand, dismissing what I say isn’t so smart either. Choos- ing to not believe what is said is just the work of a busy mind. Listen to what is said here. Try it out. We’ll see for ourselves if it is true in our experience.
