Welcome to the All in my Head podcast. We’re glad you decided to give this podcast a listen. We are a group of teens that are making a podcast for youth, by youth. We will counter stereotypes around mental health in the teen BIPOC (Black, and Indigenous, People of Color) and LGBTQ+ community and talk about things you might find a little uncomfortable.
