Formed in fall of 2007, this band composes songs which are enrooted in post-rock, early 1990s shoegaze and classical music. Leaving compromises and clichees behind, these inspirations are used to form something stylistic and new.Complex structures meet catchy melodies, an atmospheric tension relieves in overflowing soundwalls. 'I Am The Architect' create large-scale songs, in which the small details let you find something new.After releasing their selfproduced EP '11' on british Netlabel 'Lost Children', the band played shows with genremasters like 'This Will Destroy You', 'Caspian' and 'Immanu El' leading to the building of an international support of fans all over Europe. This summer their debut album will be released and supported by touring Germany and abroad.
