I played bass in Udigrudi in 2008 and recorded a 3 three track EP for them. Udigrudi is a jokey term for "underground" in brazilian portuguese. Biba, the drummer was brazilian. The leader singer, guitarist and songwriter was Laurent Payot who also played bass in Louis Lingg and the Bombs at the time. I liked this band for it's simplicity and honesty. I had just started to learn the bass and Bibi did not have much experience on the drums. The choruses are really catchy and the songs are all in french. The record was recorded in my bedroom on Cool Edit Pro (an ancient multitrack program for PCs). We played some fun gigs.
