Patrick Henry College believes that God is the source of all truth, be it spiritual, moral, philosophical, or scientific. For this reason, we seek to educate students in God's truth throughout the entire curriculum. Christian faith and genuine learning cannot be separated; neither is our Christian faith a mere addendum to the liberal learning process. Instead, our Christian faith precedes and informs all that we at Patrick Henry College study, teach, and learn.

The Patrick Henry College Alumni Association is a growing group of professionals, parents, and academics who attended PHC. The Alumni Board, consisting of 15 individuals who serve two-year terms on a staggered basis, exists to serve the membership of the Association and to maintain and strengthen our bond as we continue to seek to make a difference in this world.

Apprenticeships at PHC (specifically, the internship program) follows the classical model of preparing young people for their professions by sending them out to practice their craft under a master/mentor after a rigorous training in the classical liberal arts. With over 500 hours of work related experience before graduation, our students leave PHC prepared for the future.

Patrick Henry College sits on the edge of Purcellville, a small town in Northern Virginia. Fifty miles to the east lies Washington D.C., and ten miles to the west lies the Appalachian Trail and the Shenandoah Valley. From campus you have access to a mix of urban and rural environments. Leesburg, a city supporting the local area, provides many restaurants and shops. The Shenandoah Valley provides hiking trails and historical sites. With Washington D.C. so close, you not only have the ability to visit the nation's capital, but you also have the opportunity to pursue prestigious internships.
