Helis is a four-piece rock band formed in 2013 in Reggio Emilia, Italy.Their style was strongly influenced by alternative metal bands such as Tool and Deftones and groups of the 90s post-hardcore scene (Helmet, Fugazi, Quicksand) while keeping its own identity and adding some modern elements to the sound.-------Helis nasce nel 2013 a Reggio Emilia come gruppo di 4 elementi.
