Assume now there’s not one euro or dollar going to come into your business for the next 6 months. What are you going to do to generate an income now?
To survive in business tomorrow, you need to do what will ensure you survive today.
Use this time wisely. This is the time to invest – even if that’s just energy! But I would also be investing in branding, growth, scale, divergence and so on. Don’t be left behind in the dust.
