Born in 1986 and lived in the South Western Townships of Johannesburg. Josimar Tshabalala is a young self-made independent musician who has an outstanding ear for melodies. His flair and versatility for the music language has him breathing life to many hopefuls around his neighborhood Protea Glen. His talent perpetuating nothing but love, laughter and happiness. His music commands people of all races, cultures and age, to dance with passion to his genre of music, Kwaito. His raw God given talent has had him touring the country and sharing stages with likes of his brother Tokollo Tshabalala who hails and is from the highly renowned band TKZ. He has been the opening act for many artists like, Bricks , Ma Willies , Mandoza , Dj Sbu , Dj Cleo , Trompies , Brown Dash, Zahara , HHP,MDU , Thebe , Oskido , Mapaputsi just to mention a few. His presence has been acknowledged in interviews, being on screen with Seskhona and Yo tv.His album in 2007 with Willy got recognition, being in the top 10 list for YFM and further ado got him interviews with mainstream radio stations such as Ukhozi , MetroFM , Y FM , Jozi FM , Capricorn FM Ubuntu FM and West Side Radio. Botswana is also no stranger to this young man, as he graced Gabarone FM . He has since embarked on his own and is working on his latest album with several singles ready to drop in 2017.Not yet singed to any record label at present, his new venture is in partnership with CONK Entertainment which is owned by the CONK Group . The collective vision is , Going back to basics, Making uplifting music , Rebuild and Empowering the supporting structure for music eKasi.
