Mental illness and Mental disorder is very prevalent condition that exist all over the world, especially here in the U.S.A. According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness “Approximately 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. (46.6 million) experiences mental illness in a given year.”
Has the black community become “the untouchables” when it comes to mental illness? Or do they just disregard its existence? Listen to an interviewed based segment on peoples encounters with mental illness personally as well as in their communities.
