About
PJ Harding is a former radio host of the hugely popular Jase & PJ show which saw success in New Zealand and Australia. After a weird few years globally and some tough times in her own personal life she decided last year to pack it in and move home to be with her farmer fiancé. Turns out sheep and cows don't quite provide the banter she has been used to and after a good GAP year (minus the travel and wild shenanigans) PJ is back and ready to overshare with a weekly podcast. With a new guest on the show each week from comedians to sexologists and astrologers, The PJ Podcast will be your dose of laughs, connection and almost guaranteed foot in mouth moments.

From the Big Smoke to Country Folk with Carrie Rad

This week on the show I am joined by Carrie Rad, a You Tuber who made the massive decision to move from the hustle and bustle of LA to rural Wairarapa here in New Zealand.  In this episode we talk about what inspired the intentional slow down and how Carrie made the massive transition plus what it’s been like starting a family on the other side of the world. We get an insight into the gorgeous life she is creating with her husband and baby daughter and what brings her back when life feels chaotic. Hope you enjoy this celebration of making bold choices and small town, country living! Stay with me on the journey on Instagram.  About the show:  Life is fast. Information is overwhelming. Declutter Your Life

There is a word I have never really associated with that strongly and that word is ‘organised’. But as I have got older (and less wiser) I have found I have craved a greater sense of order in my life. Perhaps it’s the busy-ness that comes with constantly juggling keeping a little one alive, cleaning the house and finding enough creativity to help pay the mortgage and bills. My old ways of she’ll be right just don’t feel quite ‘enough’ anymore. I need more structure, discipline and hacks! Lottie Dalziel - A Lot(tie) to be done but BANISH the guilt! (Ooh, that was a baby brain title if I’ve ever heard one…)

In 2018 Lottie Dalziel made the resolution to be kinder to the planet but struggled to find reliable sources on the subject with easy info to follow. Instead of being disheartened she saw an opportunity and founded Banish, an online platform with easy to digest information and methods to help reduce everyday waste. Lottie also runs BRAD – the Banish Recycling and Disposal Program. People send in hard-to-recycle items, such as blister packs, and Banish uses its partnership with TerraCycle to have them recycled in Australia. The BRAD initiative recycled 11 tonnes of waste, or 150,000 products, from 11,000 households within its first 20 months. She’s an absolute powerhouse and has casually picked up the NSW Young Australian of the Year Award, yeow get it girl!
