14. overworking yourself & burning out. it happens to the best of us.

In today's world, overwork/hustle culture has become so normalized and it is often glorified to the point where we believe that we should be part of this problem. We're taking a look at overwork culture and burnout and what this can do to our mental and physical health. It's simply a raw conversation about why we shouldn't be buying into the cult of overworking and rather start living our lives for ourselves and not for our jobs. Take some time to take care of yourself and reevaluate the parts of your life that need to be modified in order to actually work to live and not live to work.  I hope you're all taking care of yourselves. Sending you all of my love <3  BBC Article mentioned in the episode: https://www.bbc.com/worklife/article/20210507-why-we-glorify-the-cult-of-burnout-and-overwork
