About
With mental illness, the spouse often gets left with the burdens of the family, and is left very isolated. All the support can go to the spouse with the disorder, when we as the partner, need just as much love, understanding, and support. This podcast is my way of trying to provide a small piece of that, and to share each other's stories and offer helpful advice, support, and community.

Mental Health Strong with Erin R.

Erin Ramachadran speaks to us about her book "Mental Health Strong". She uses her experience from 13 years of marriage to her husband who has OCD, Depression, and other mental health conditions, to provide guidance and support for those of us wanting better marriages. There is a statistic that says 80% of marriages where mental health is involved end in divorce. Erin believes that this is because of lack of education and support for these couples, and if we work together we can change this statistic.
