Amber Balcaen is a Canadian professional stock car racing driver. She competes full-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 30 Ford Fusion for Rette Jones Racing, and she is most known for being the first Canadian woman to win in a NASCAR-sanctioned race in the United States.
Amber will be racing in the General Tire 200 at Talladega Superspeedway on April 23rd, which will be airing on Fox.

Ep. 53 - Mental Toughness, Self-Talk, and Taking Up Space ft. Rachael Adams
Rachael Adams is a Professional American indoor volleyball player, she played 4 years at the University of Texas in Austin from 2008-2012, was a member of the United States women's national volleyball team from 2013 - 2022, brought home a Bronze medal in the 2016 Summer Olympics and a gold medalist at the 2014 World Championship. She has been playing professional volleyball all around the world in countries like Italy, Poland, Turkey, and is currently playing her 10th professional volleyball season in Brazil and working on her certification to become a mindset coach so she can help female athletes increase their confidence and take up space on the court.
In this episode, we discuss Rachael's professional journey, what mental toughness really means, self-talk, strategies that athletes can use to release stress and anxiety, and how to take up space during games and competitions. He has also cycled the world's three big continental crossings in record speed by finishing the Cape-to-Cape adventure.
