In this talk I share 5 trainable abilities that I believe can be developed in man at any time of their life. "The Man" is the guy that has it altogether, he gets what he wants, and he seem to win at life in many categories.  He may have catastrophic failures, but they don't seem to shake him. He is desirable as a friend and women crave him.
