At 36, Jose Feron “Dodong” Cacanando was on his way to corporate success as assistant country manager of Hewlett-Packard Philippines. Then God spoke to him and told him to go to Mindanao, the Philippines to start a farm in Bukidnon. He obeyed the Lord and helped create an abundant farm -coming from non-agricultural roots - nothing short of a miracle. Today Dodong is a sought after keynote speaker around the world because of his experience in merging both the word of God and Business and Agriculture. Dodong is also an author of three books. This podcast is a collection of his rare talks.

The Hidden Struggle: Recognizing Signs of Modern-Day Demon Possession
“Modern-Day Demon Possession”
Many years ago may nagsabi sa akin, “Hindi lahat ng nasa garahe, kotse!” So hindi lahat ng nasa simbahan or nagsisimba Kristyano.
Possessed ka ba? Are you addicted to pleasure, like Samson? Is something robbing you of your freedom? Or is there a spirit of conceit, hate, and anger in you, like King Saul, that is making you do things that are against the Lord?
Wag mong sayangin ang freedom na binibigay ni Jesus. He died for that freedom so you can live a good fruitful life. Do not allow anything to enslave you. You were blessed to be a blessing, not so that you can decide your right and your wrong. If we insist on what we want to do, He will make us accountable for what we do. We cannot use the devil or other people as an excuse.

Walking on Water: Experiencing Jesus in Life's Storms
Walking on Water: Experiencing Jesus in Life's Storms
Are you waiting for Jesus to return like most people are, wondering when this will happen?
This podcast episode delves into the concept of Jesus' return, the promise of a new heaven and earth, and the idea of walking with Jesus through life's storms. It starts by discussing the anticipation of Jesus' return, citing biblical verses that allude to this event. It then questions whether Jesus might have already fulfilled the promise of a new heaven and earth during his earthly life, emphasizing the importance of seeking His kingdom and righteousness.
The narrative draws insights from the story of Jesus walking on water in Matthew 14, highlighting how Peter's actions reflect the faith and doubt we all experience in life. It suggests that experiencing Jesus personally is essential for faith to grow and for believers to have stories to share with others. The podcast concludes by encouraging listeners not to run from life's storms but to walk on water with Jesus and witness His power firsthand, ultimately deepening their faith.
Overall, this episode aims to inspire a personal connection with Jesus and encourages listeners to rely on Him during life's challenges.

Responding to Imperfections: Lessons for Personal Growth
"Responding To This Imperfect World"
Do you like the world you live in? I don’t, because there are too many conflicts and imperfections. Why is God allowing these imperfections? Does He not have the power to correct them? He does! But this is not His doing. The imperfections we see are the results of the wickedness of man.
Because He promised in Genesis 8:21, “never to again destroy every living thing, as I have done,” He had to provide a way for us to thrive. First, He sent Jesus to die to set us free from our bondage to sin. Then, He allows us to go through afflictions to teach us how to respond to the imperfections of this world. He sends trials to perfect us, mature us, and complete us.
To overcome the imperfections around us, we must ADJUST accordingly by using the Bible as our guide. I hope this message will encourage you.

Freedom & Forgiveness
Freedom & Forgiveness
Bakit, often, we get in trouble when we exercise our freedom. On the other hand, when others insist on their freedom to do what they want and how they want tayo naman ang naooffend, especially when we feel they have violated our space.
As more people demand to exercise their freedom, we get into terrible conflict with others. I believe it is because we do not understand what freedom means. This message hopes to give you a better explanation.
When in conflict with others, many refuse to forgive, thinking they are in control if they do not. Not realizing that as they withhold forgiveness, they become a slave to their bitterness.
Sana, this message will give you real freedom.

Do Not Compare
Have you ever felt na parang unfair ang buhay? Kasi you feel God has blessed others more than you?
Do you know that comparing yourself with others can lead to feelings of inferiority, unhappiness and, even, depression?
Why should we never compare ourselves with others? Because Bible says that God has entrusted each of us with possessions and talents based on our unique abilities. These gifts were assigned to us because God wants us to walk a particular path.
Your self-worth should not be based on how you are compared to others, but how well you are living out the path He has assigned you.
May this message help you understand that you are special to God regardless of how other may live their lives.

Forgive So You May Be Forgiven
There is so much chaos around the world. If a nation is not at war against another country, they have internal war inside. Naisip ko, if only people would be more forgiving, this world would be peaceful.
But people have a hard time forgiving others because they feel they must demand justice! But the justice we desire is not based on the justice of the Lord but on our personal justice. Because of this, the conflicts in this world.
We need to learn to forgive and allow God to implement His form of justice, not ours. We need to forgive because we too need to be forgiven.
In this message, I hope you understand the blessing that forgiveness brings.

When You Love Yourself Only
The world will say that if we want people to love us, we should love ourselves first. Because, according to them, you cannot love others if you do not love yourself.
Do you like loving people who are full of themselves, those who are more concerned about themselves than others? Most of us don’t.
The Bible teaches something different. Philippians 2 tells us to make others more important than ourselves. If you do this, won’t people take advantage of you? That is not true. If you consider others as important than yourself, others will make you important also.
Do you want to truly be loved, do to others what you them to do to you. If you are kind to them they will be kind to you. If you are loving to them they will be loving as well. When you are selfish, they will be selfish too.

Sino Ka Ba? Ano Ka Ba?
Ano ka ba masama na tao or mabait? Do you know that you have the potential to be great because you were created in God’s image? But you have the tendency to be bad because we were born in the likeness of Adam.
How do you become the kind of person God created you to be? That is God’s problem. According to Psalm 119:71 He will send us affliction so that we can learn His ways.
Are you afflicted today? Is it possible that God is using your troubles to bring out your potential?
I hope this message will be able to teach you how to respond to your afflictions. So that you may become everything God wants you to be.

The Root Of All Evil
In this thought-provoking episode, I invite you to join me as we delve into the chaotic state of the world and explore the root causes of various societal issues. Together, we will raise questions about the signs of the end times and the prevalent struggles described in 2 Timothy 3:1–5. As we embark on this journey, I want us to critically examine the common notion that the love of money is the root of all evil.
We will dive into the controversial topic of gender identity and reflect on the recent discussions surrounding the book "What is a woman?" by Matt Walsh. I will share different perspectives on defining gender and womanhood, urging us to seek a deeper understanding of these concepts. Drawing insights from biblical references, I will shed light on the creation of man and woman, their roles, and the significance of embracing God's design.
By exploring the origins of words and examining relevant scriptures, I hope to guide you in contemplating the consequences of rejecting God's ways. Together, we will discover that the root of all evil lies in the rejection of His design and the pursuit of self-defined truths. Through this exploration, we will confront the challenges we face as a society and consider the path to finding peace and abundance.
Join me in this introspective episode as we unravel the complexities of societal issues and explore the profound impact of rejecting God's design. Together, let us seek the ancient paths and embrace the eternal truths that lead to true fulfillment.

Home2Work Part 2 of 4 | God's Design: Roles Of A Husband And A Wife
I was asked by some businessmen in Cagayan de Oro to share my insights about how husband and wife should work together in business. Should they work on separate businesses? Or, should they work together as one? But whether they have different businesses or share in one, business often becomes a source of conflict at home.
Should they set a boundary between their home and their work, so that there will be peace in their marriage? NO! But to succeed, they must first understand God’s design.

Self-Control Decides Your Future
Self-control is the ninth and last fruit of the Spirit. The Greek word for self-control is 'egkratia' which means mastery of self. The Hebrew equivalent means to have authority over your spirit.
Why is self-control necessary? Proverbs 25:28 (NASB95) says, "Like a city that is broken into and without walls is a man who has no control over his Spirit." When the city has no walls, it will be prone to plunder, so it will not progress. So kung wala kang self control, madali kang lokohin and you will not prosper and you will have no peace.
Today, the goal of most people is to change the world, and they want to change it based on what is right in their own eyes. There is a maxim that says, “Yesterday I was clever so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise so I change myself.”
The greatest accomplishment you can achieve is to master yourself because when you do, the Lord will use you to improve His world.

Gentleness Means To Be Humble
What does it mean to be gentle? To most people, it is to be tender, mild-mannered, and soft-hearted.
The original Greek and Hebrew words used in the Bible to be gentleness means humility and meekness. Ang layo no? Gentleness is a natural trait of a humble and meek person.
Today, the world teaches us to build self-confidence and not be subject to anyone, not even to God. Kasi sabi nila, meekness is a show of weakness. It is not!
For me, humility as the absence of arrogance that comes from recognizing that everything I have and am is from the Lord. He has blessed me so I can be a blessing to others! And God made me who I am to help others be who God wants them to be. Because of these, I have no reason to be proud. Who will listen to our messages if we are not gentle but arrogant?
I hope this message will help you develop the eighth fruit of the Spirit: gentleness.

Faithfulness Means To Stay Put
I am learning that faithfulness is the key to developing all the other fruits of the Spirit, such as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, and goodness. And if you want to mature as a follower of Jesus, you need to be faithful to Him.
To be faithful means to be steadfast and dependable. It also means to stay put even if running away makes better sense. It means living out God’s righteousness, even if you feel it is better to live according to what is right in your own eyes.
For a plant to become fruitful, it must stay put to grow healthy and strong. To be the same, you must be faithful to develop the character you need.
In this message, I will show you that the great men in the past did not become great because they were special. Instead, they were faithful. They walked with God! They stayed beside God all the time.
Sana, this message will bless you.

Goodness Is An Issue Of The Heart
Goodness Is An Issue Of The Heart
The sixth fruit of the spirit is goodness. Do you know what that means?
Today the word “good” is used loosely. We say good day, good food, a good movie, etc. But what is your basis that they are good?
The word good was mentioned seven times in Genesis 1. When God finally finished His work, He said everything was very good!
According to Jesus, only God is good. Therefore, when we say something is good, it must be based on God’s perspective, not yours.
In this message, you will learn that goodness is an issue of the heart. It is an external manifestation of what is inside your heart. To be good, you must allow God to fill your heart.

Most people associate kindness with charitable, generous, and thoughtful people, but the original Greek word chrestotes means something different. It is to be gentle, to be good, and to be morally excellent.
To appreciate its essence, we need to understand what moral excellence means. It means to do what is ethically correct. The Bible tells us to treat people with kindness, compassion, mercy, and gentleness, especially when they put us in difficult situations. We should do what is ethically right despite the way others treat us.
If there is one trait of the fruit of the Holy Spirit I wish to have it is to be kind. Kasi, if we all decide to be kind, this world will be a much better place to live in.
Listen to this podcast to understand the power of kindness to change people and the world for good.

Patience Is Not A Choice But A Necessity
Patience Is Not A Choice But A Necessity
Do you enjoy being patient? Many of us don’t. What is it about waiting that you don't like? The Greek word for patience is makrothymia, which means to tolerate, endure, and long-suffering. People do not like being patient because they do not want to suffer long. Is this what patience is all about? It is not!
Patience is learning to endure because everything has a proper time and procedure. This is why I often say respect the process. God wants us to be patient because it protects us from the consequences of wrong decisions. Rushing often leads to mistakes, which not only cause us pain but requires time and money to correct.
Waiting is not a show of weakness but rather an active understanding of what the Lord wants us to do so that we can accomplish the plans He has made for us.
May this podcast help you to calm down and understand that patience will lead you to the good life you desire.

Peace Is A By-Product Of Obedience
How can we live in peace when so much chaos surrounds us? Did you know that peace is a gift from God? It is something God wants to give us.
The other meaning of peace in Hebrews is “rest.” Many of those who left Egypt did not find rest, and entered the Promised Land, because they disobeyed the Lord. But those who obeyed Him enjoyed the bounty of the land. I discovered that peace is a by-product of obedience. It is a gift God gives to those who follow His ways. This is why Matthew 6:33 says that if you seek His kingdom and righteousness, He will add all things to your life today - so that you will never be in need.
Joy comes from trusting in the Lord, but peace comes from obeying Him. I hope this podcast will help you find the rest and peace you need.

Rejoicing In The Midst Of Crisis
The second trait of the fruit of the Holy Spirit is Joy. Many people interchange this idea with being happy. Are they the same, or different?
Joy is a state of rejoicing which is based on trust in the Lord. While happiness is having an emotional high base on happenings, joy is based on internal gladness. I realize the reason many are depressed is that they are looking for happiness not joy, and happening is fleeting. They hop from one event to another, looking for the next high.
People wish they will experience no trouble so that they will always be happy. But the problem is trouble, afflictions, and calamities will always be part of our lives. We need to find joy despite our troubles so that we can enjoy life better.
Joy is it is the fruit of the Holy Spirit. Only the Spirit can produce it in our lives. So unless we have Him inside us, we will struggle to be joyful.

Love: A Misunderstood Concept
Love is the most important trait of the Fruit of the Spirit, yet it is the most misunderstood.
I have been studying the idea of love for a very long time and I have been teaching to people. Recently, I restudied the concept of the Fruit of the Spirit because I was struggling to respond to my many trials and adversities.
I realized that I do not understand love at all. I believe this is the same for many people. I hope you will allow this video to help you understand love in a better way, so that we can make this world a better place.
May you enjoy listening to this audio message. God bless you.

Work Is A Blessing, Not A Curse
Work Is A Blessing Not A Curse
There are people who believe that work was part of the curse God gave man after Adam and Eve sinned. This is not true because even before they sinned in Genesis 3, God told them to cultivate and keep the garden He planted in Genesis 2:15.
If you study the Bible, you will find that God channels His blessings through man’s work.
O the other hand, there are people who believe that business is evil, this is why Jesus asked the rich young man to sell everything he has. The main command in Luke 18 is not to sell what you have but to follow Jesus in everything you do, including in your business. Business is from the Lord. In Luke 19:12 to 13, He specifically told us to do business with the things He gives us.

Work Is A Command
Work Is A Command
Do you know the fourth commandment of the Lord? People say it is about the Sabbath, a day of rest.
Do you know that that is just one-half of the command? So many of us have been violating the fourth commandment of the Lord because we do not take it as a whole but only in part. The fourth commandment says…
8 “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 “Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is a sabbath of the Lord your God; in it you shall not do any work… Exodus 20:8–10 (NASB95)
God commands us to rest from our work, but you have no right to rest if you first do not work - for six days. Work is an essential part of the command of the Lord.
I hope this video will help you understand how important “to work” is for the Lord!!!

The Foundation Of Wealth
What are the essential factors in creating wealth? The world has many ideas about this, such as:
Money Begets Money
Opportunity knock once, so, therefore, grab it.
To become rich, invest, do not save.
Do you know that the foundation of wealth is revealed in Creation and the first chapter of the Bible?
The first commandment God gave men is found in Genesis 1:28. He told the man He created to be fruitful. To be fruitful means to use what you have and grow it to the point of abundance so you can be a blessing to the people around you. This requires a lot of work.
In Genesis 2:15, God told man to cultivate and keep (protect) the garden He planted for him to attain the fruitful life He wants for him.
Work is the foundation of wealth because only work can truly create wealth. Money cannot beget money because money has no life of its own. Opportunities will not make you rich if you do not do the work required. And finally, what will you invest if you do not work and save?
This message will help you understand the value of work and how it can make us wealthy.

God Answers All Prayers
Mayroon ka bang pangarap na hiningi kay God? Did you ask God to make you a better person, kasi may mga dapat kang baguhin?
Did God answer you? Yung iba sa inyo oo, pero pang ang karamihan sa atin hindi. When we prayed lalong gumulo buhay natin.
I believe He did. I believe God answers all our prayers.
But before He can give you the life you want, He must first expose your weakness, grow your abilities and improve your character. He uses adversities and affliction to achieve this. He prepares you for the blessing you pray for.
May this message be a blessing to you.

Why Did Jesus Come To Be A Man
Why did Jesus come to become a man? Did He have a choice? Could He have said no to His Father? Or could He have suggested another way to save us?
John 5:19 tells us that Jesus will not do anything unless He sees His Father doing it. John 5:30 says He takes no initiative but will adjust to what His Father wants. The night before He died, Jesus said, “Not My will, but Your's be done!”
Jesus would constantly adjust to what His Father wants, and the situation needs. Because of this attitude, God highly exalted Him.
If we want to honor Jesus, we should adjust to what our Father wants and what the situation needs.
MERRY CHRISTMAS! 😊

When You Do Not See What You Have As A Blessing
When you do not see something as a blessing.
Many people are unhappy where they are and with what they have. Especially as they go through the troubles in their lives, they feel there is something better elsewhere.
Claiming the promise of Jeremiah 29:11 that good God is a good plan for their future, they leave their comfort zone to take their chances and look for God's plan for them.
Many have forfeited God's blessing because they do not realize they are exactly where God wants them to be.
If you do not see what you have as a blessing, you will never enjoy them as a blessing.

Do Not Change The World, Improve It Instead
Do Not Change The World, Improve It Instead
November 20, 2022
As people become successful and reach a position of influence, some take it as their mission to change the world around them. They feel it is their obligation to do so.
While this is a noble desire, some would use the knowledge they gained to impose their ways on other people. Is this the proper way to make the world a little better?
I am learning that when you impose your ways on others, they will resist your efforts. On the other hand, if others see how you have improved your life and become successful, they will want to learn from you.
I hope all of you can influence the world for good; this will only happen if you focus on improving yourself and being an example to the people around you. ________________________________________

What is Good? What is Evil?
What Is Good? What Is Evil?
November 13, 2022
Recently, I was listening to a debate between Matt Walsh and a transgender person. They were trying to define what a man and a woman is. Matt Walsh used biology to define them while the transgender would like to use feelings to define them. Matt Walsh said your sex is determined by the sex organ you have when you were born, but the transgender said gender must be defined by how you feel.
As I was listening to them, I asked myself, “Did they ever ask God His definition of what is a man and what is a woman? Shouldn’t God be the one to define these things because only He knows what is good and evil?”
Since the time of Adam, this has been the problem of man. We always want to decide what is good and evil apart from the definition of the Lord. And this is why we always get into trouble. When we choose to live our lives contrary to how God created us, there will be terrible consequences we have to deal with.
I hope this message will help you live better lives.

Why Am I Here?
Have you ever asked the question, “Why am I here?” Bakit ba ito ang trabaho ko? Bakit ako Pilipino? Bakit hindi akó Americano? Bakit? Bakit? Bakit? People often ask these questions when they are not happy where they are.
Sabi ni Reverend Myles Monroe, “The greatest tragedy in life is not death, but to live life without a purpose.”
In Psalm 8:4-6 (NASB95), David explains the purpose God revealed to him. It says, “What is man that You take thought of him,... You have made him a little lower than God,... You make him to rule over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet.”
If you do not see your circumstances as good, He has chosen you to improve them. When He said that we must rule over, it means He wants us to take care of what we have and make it fruitful for Him.
This message will help you understand why you are where you are.

Delay Gratification
Delay Gratification
Have you ever heard God say, “Uy bilisan nyo, kasi nagmamadali Ako!” Do you know that many times in the Bible, God intentionally delays His plans
Hindi ba kaya ni God bigyan ng anak si Abraham 5 years after He gave His promise, instead of 25? Hindi ba kaya ni God gamitin si Moses when he was 40 years old, instead of 80? Hindi ba kaya ni God gawin si David na king when he was 16 years old, instead of 30? Ang sagot is, KAYA! Kung kaya ni God bilisan, then why did He delay instead?
God would intentionally delay His plans, not because He is not able but because His we are not ready. He will not give us His blessings before we are ready because He does not want His blessings to become our curse.
Delay Gratification (because plants only bear fruits in the proper season) is the last Break Through principle of Semilya Sa Kinabuihi, yet it is not the least important.

Hindi Pwede Ang Pwede Na
Hindi Pwede Ang Pwede Na
“Hindi pwede ang pwede na!” is an important breakthrough principle of Semilya. This simple principle is important because it affects a person’s future in a major way. How does this affect people’s lives? Will it make their lives better or worst?
Most Filipinos have the attitude of, “Pwede na yan.” They do not realize that this attitude is costly in many ways.
When you do just enough, and not your best, you will end up having to redo what you did.
When people find out na your standard in life is “Pwede na yan,” they will not trust you anymore.
I hope you take good care of your future. Do away with the attitude, “Pwede na yan.” Dapat ang ugali natin sa trabaho, “Pwedeng pwede yan!!!!.”
Sana this audio message will help you be the best in everything you do.

Excel Still More!
Sino sa inyo ang gustong maging successful and rich?
Do you know that this is an impractical ambition? You see, success is just a natural by-product of being excellent. And riches are rewards to those who are successful. Dapat ang ambition natin is to be excellent in every thing we do.
Pero, most people feel that excellence is para lang sa mga matalino. Kasi hindi ako matalino, akala ko din noon I cannot be excellent until I saw 1 Thessalonians 4:10–11 (NASB95)
10 …But we urge you, brethren, to excel still more, 11 and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life and attend to your own business and work with your hands, just as we commanded you.
God does not expect us to be perfect, but He expects us to excel still more, or be a little better every day. So that He may give us the success and blessing we deserve.

No Waste!
One of the most important breakthrough principles of Semilya is a simple statement that says, “No Waste!”
Sa mga training ng Semilya, we penalize people if they waste water, electricity, soap, at iba pa. Sa Moriah Farms, we penalize people when they throw garbage of any kind.
Why are we so concerned about waste? Because God did not create waste!
If He did not create waste, then why is waste so natural in our lives? Kung hindi si God ang gumawa ng waste, then sino?
I hope this audio message will help you understand how harmful waste is and what we can do to protect ourselves, so that we can maximize the blessings God entrusted to us.

Everything Begins and Ends With Intimacy
What is the greatest passion of Jesus Christ? Most people would say, “To seek and save the lost!” If this is the case, why did Jesus often leave the people who came to be healed and to hear him teach, to go somewhere else? We saw this in Luke 5:15–16, Mark 1:35, and Matthew 14:23.
I believe the real passion of a man is determined by his priority. And from the verses mentioned above, we see that the priority of Jesus is to spend time with His Father. And this is the basis of the first and most important breakthrough principle of Semilya, which says, “Everything Begins And Ends In Intimacy!”
We have found that before we can live a fruitful life, we must make spending time with God our priority because it was the priority of Jesus. Intimacy with God will allow us to know Him better and give us the strength to obey everything He wants us to do.
Everything Begins And Ends With Intimacy, has improved the lives of the many who have gone through the programs of Semilya. I hope it will do the same for you.

Be A Blessing, Never A Burden!
Be A Blessing, Never A Burden!
What does it mean to be a blessing? The Hebrew word is Berakah, which means to bring peace into people’s lives and to share your wealth.
Do you know that God called Abraham for this purpose? Genesis 12:2–3 (NASB95) says, “And I will make you a great nation, And I will bless you,… and so you shall be a blessing; …and in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.”
Do you know that God created man for the same reason? Genesis 1:28 (NASB95) says, “God bless them and said to them, “Be fruitful…!” The word be fruitful means to use what you have to bless others.
This audio message will explain the third breakthrough principle of Semilya, which says, “Be A Blessing, Never A Burden!”

You Cannot Give Away Something You Do Not Have!
In John 15:8, Jesus said, “My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples.”
Do you know that fruits are things that come from inside going out? They are produced by healthy plants and are a natural by-product of abundance. This is where the fifth breakthrough principle of Semilya comes from: "You Cannot Give Away Something You Do Not Have!”
Deuteronomy 16:17 (NASB95) says, “Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord your God which He has given you.” Therefore, to become a blessing to others, we must first allow God to fill our cup. This audio message will explain what we need to do so the Lord can use us to be a blessing to the world around us.

Take It In, Live It Out, Pass It On
Why is it easier for people to follow fake influencers than follow Jesus? Hindi ba nila narinig sa mga kwento about Jesus or napanood sa mga sine ang mga ginawa Nya in the past? I am sure they have. Pero bakit in spite of these things hirap ang mga tao tumanggap sa gospel na shinishare mo.
When you share the good news with people, what will they ask in response? Diba, “Nasaan ang proof?” And then they will look at you to see if the gospel has made you a better.
If you want to change the people around you through the gospel, people must first see that the gospel has changed you.
This audio message talks about the fifth breakthrough principle of Semilya says “Take it in, Live it Out, Pass it On.”
Sana you will find time to listen to it and be changed for good through the power of the gospel!

Imitate Me, As I Imitate Christ
To many, “Imitate me, as I imitate Christ” is a statement of arrogance. But to others, it is a very intimidating declaration. We all feel that no one has the right to say this because we are all a work in progress.
"Imitate Me, As I Imitate Christ" is one of the Breakthrough Principles of Semilya! But we do not go around imposing this statement on others. Instead, we use it to be better disciples of Jesus. We do not demand this on others but ourselves.
As we teach and live out our lives, we always ask, “Am I worth imitating?” If the answer is no, we change our ways so that we can confidently teach and disciple others.
If you want to understand how this principle can make you a better follower of Jesus, spare some time to listen to this message.

Do What is Right, Not What is Good
When Jesus came to set us free from our slavery to sin, we stopped struggling between doing good versus evil. But it shifted to a struggle between doing what is good versus what is right.
The decision we often wrestle with as a follower of Jesus is whether we will do what is good for us or right for the Lord. Whatever we choose between the two, we will still bear the consequences of that decision. When we do what is good for us, there is no assurance that things will be right in the future. But our future will always be good when we do what is right for the Lord.
If you want to understand more, I hope you will have the time to listen to this audio message and be blessed.

Love Your Enemy, It Is Good For You!
Mayroon ka bang kaaway? If you are like most people, ang sagot is, "Oo, mayroon!" When you think of your enemies, what comes to mind, and what feelings do you feel? Have you been praying na sana God will return to them the evil they have caused you?
How can you pray against them? Diba God said, “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.”
I thought this was the most unreasonable and impractical command Jesus gave until I realized He told us to love our enemies because they are supposed to bring out the best in us.
I hope you realize that your enemies are not necessarily the enemies of the Lord. While they may have done something terrible to you, it does not mean they have sinned against the Lord. This message will show you that God is using them to expose your weaknesses to give you the opportunity to truly become a child of God.
Sana, this message will help you appreciate your enemies and become a more loving person.

I Have Seen God’s Image
Why did God never show Himself to the world? Siguro if He did, man would be able to make a replica of Him, whether in a picture or a statue that we can look up to.
Is this true? Did God never show His image to the world? Diba in Genesis, He created man in His image and His likeness. If this is not enough, He sent His Son, whom Hebrews 1:3 described as “the radiance of His Father’s glory and the exact representation of His nature.”
We often wonder where God is; diba Jesus said He is with us until the end of the age. We wonder if He cares; diba Jesus put His Spirit in us. We ask what God is like, di ba He is around us, He fills the heaven and the earth.
Sana, in this message, you will understand that God has been revealing Himself since the beginning of time because He wants us to Him better so we can be intimate with Him.

The Idol Inside You
Are you afraid of idols made of wood and stones? Do you feel they have the power to influence you, kaya you stay away from them?
These idols have no power over you because they are inanimate objects. But there is a type of idol that we need to be afraid of; they are not made of wood and stone but are idols of our own making. This idol is inside you.
I realize that when we do not accept God as a whole, but only in part, we make a god of our liking. This hybrid god is not the God who created the heavens and the earth. The book of Hosea refers to them as sacred pillars, and they were things God hated. He even destroyed the Jews because of them.
I hope you will take the time to listen to this audio message so that we will not fall into the same pit the Jews did.

The Pain and Joy of Submission
Outside the 10 Commandments, I believe submission is the most important command God gave us. Because He repeated this again and again throughout the Bible.
I thought the worst sin a king committed in Israel was when David murdered Uriah, the husband, to take his wife Bathsheba in an act of adultery. But these were sins God eventually forgave. But when Saul did not submit to the instructions of Samuel, God removed him as king. In 1 Samuel 19, God said that insubordination is the same as idolatry, a sin that is very offensive to the Lord.
Why do we struggle with submission?
I am discovering the root of our struggle is our lack of faith. Simply put, faith is to trust and obey God. We have a hard time obeying this command when we believe that the leader He placed over us have flaws. When we do not submit, we are telling God that He is not in control and does not know how to choose the leaders we should follow.
Through this message,I hope you understand the blessings that will come to those who obey. May you live a blessed and fruitful life.

Who Invited The Monsters?
Throughout history, monsters have come to oppress the Jews, in particular. There was Pharaoh of Egypt, Sennacherib of Assyria, Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon, and Hitler of Germany in the 19th century. Who invited these monsters into their lives?
Recently, I saw a post expressing his concern about a ghost that raped our country in the past. He said that ghosts had resurrected to be a monster that would ravage our country in the next six years. He said the sad thing about it is that we invited this monster.
Who invites monsters into our lives?
Often people attribute the monsters that come into our lives as part of the doing of the devil, the enemy of God. Does this mean God has no power to overcome the devil? Why would God allow the devil to send monsters into our lives if He is in control?
I hope this audio message will help you respond to the monsters God allows in your life. May this message be an encouragement to you.

Hindi Ka Tao Lang!
I believe every one of us was born with the potential to become great because we were created in God’s image and likeness. If this is true, then why are many people living mediocre lives. Most of the time, ang sagot nila is ”Kasi tao lang ako." Bakit natin parating sinasabi na tao lang tayo? Bakit nating minamaliit ang pagiging tao? Hindi mo ba alam na Psalm 8 says that man was created a little lower than God?
In this audio message, I want to show you how you can live out your full potential. Totoo, tao ka, but hindi ka tao lang. You were created to rule over everything God created, and He raised you so that you can represent Him to the world and reflect His glory as Jesus did.
May this message be an encouragement to you. God bless

Doing Good Is Not As Important As Listening To The Lord.
Do you want to do something good for the Lord by doing something good for others? How do you expect him to react and respond to your prayers when you do something good for the Lord? But, how would you feel if you do something good for the Lord and yet He does not answer your prayer? How would you feel, and what will you do?
Recently, I stumbled upon Psalm 40:6. It says that the good things we do are not important to the Lord. What is important to Him is that we listen and do what he tells us day by day.
I want you to live a life pleasing to the Lord. I do not want you to waste your time doing things He will not accept. To do this, you must listen to him intently. I hope this message will help you become sensitive to the Lord so that everything you do will be pleasing to Him because when He is pleased with you, He will give you a life of abundance.
May this message be a blessing to you.

Discovering God’s Will
Is there a question that you ask the Lord, again and again? Ako, I always ask God, “What is your will for me?”
This question can take many forms for different people. What business do you want me to start? What course do you want me to take in college? Who do you want me to marry? Should I kill my husband kasi makulit (joke only)?
Has God answered you already? Or has He been very quiet? But is God too selfish not to reveal His will to us?
I have discovered that God has shown each of His will already, but we cannot discern it because we do not understand His mind
I am discovering that God‘s will is not about your situation but about how you respond to the circumstances He puts you in.
I hope this audio message will help you discern God’s will and respond to Him accordingly.

Undeserved Suffering
According to the author of the Bible version, The Message, the most painful suffering is the one you do not deserve. It is to suffer even though you have done what is right and good for the Lord. He said this is the kind of suffering Job experienced.
Have you ever experienced undeserved suffering? If God is good, why will He even allow us to suffer - in any way?
As I studied this issue, I realized that God allows us to suffer because He is good! He will afflict us when we sin so that He may force us to repent and go back to the righteous path. He then allows us to experience undeserved suffering when He is about to do something important in our lives.
I want to show you that there is no such thing as undeserved sufferings in this message. All sufferings are necessary! First, to make us righteous and, second, to prepare us for God’s blessing.
I hope you will enjoy this message.

We Do Not Need To Read The Whole Bible, Ha? Bakit!
I recently stumbled on an article entitled, “We Do Not Need To Read The Whole Bible!” While the author gave some valid reasons, my personal experience says that it is dangerous not to read the Bible as a whole.
Someone told me in the past that the Old Testament is not necessary anymore because the New Testament is enough to explain Jesus. And in the New Testament, the most important parts are the four gospels because they talked about Jesus. If this is true, then how will we understand the teachings of Jesus correctly? In Matthew 5, Jesus said He came to fulfill the laws Moses gave and not abolish them. How can we fulfill these laws in our lives if we do not know them?
When we do not know what the Old Testament teaches, we will misinterpret many of the things Jesus taught because He would often refer to the Law and the Prophets. When we misinterpret them, we will deprive ourselves of His blessings because of our ignorance.

This Is God's Doing
Is there something troubling you that has given you sleepless nights? Do you have relationship concerns that have brought you a lot of pain? Are you in a problematic situation that has made you anxious because of the uncertainty of the future?
If you are experiencing any of these, let me ask you a question? What have you been asking God to do for you? Have you been asking why He has allowed your pain? How would you feel, and what would you do, if he tells you that that is his doing?
The Bible tells us that God is in control! If this is so, then your painful experiences are from him as well. But as a father, He wants us to know that whatever he allows in your life will always be for your good.
I hope this message will help you appreciate the problems you are going through and see them from God’s perspective so that you may enjoy the lessons you will learn from the Lord.

Denying Yourself Is Good For You
The idea of taking up your cross and denying yourself has been discussed many times in the church. I have heard hundreds of messages about this subject, but these ideas are often interpreted as one’s willingness to suffer for the Lord and give up our earthly desires.
Recently, I discovered another perspective about the idea of denying yourself. I realized that it is not about suffering for the Lord and giving up your earthly desires but about finding peace and living in abundance.
I hope this message will encourage you as it encouraged me. I wish you would understand the reason why Jesus told us to take our cross and deny ourselves is that He wants to give up life better than the one we plan for or desire.

An Understanding Heart
Would you want to live a life like Solomon's if you were given a chance? I am not saying that you should be as wise and as rich as him, but Solomon lived a life of abundance. Kings from all over the world would visit him to see what he had accomplished. When they came, they would bring a lot of gifts for him but carried away more gifts from Solomon when they left.
Recently, I was intrigued with the story of Solomon because I realized that he did not plan to become the wisest man in history nor the richest man of his time. His wisdom and riches were just by-products of what he asked for when the Lord visited him in 1 Kings 3:5-9 NASBS
The ONLY thing Solomon asked for that night was an understanding heard so that he could discern good from evil! As a result, God gave him wisdom and riches that were too much even for him to contain. I realize we can all live the kind of life Solomon lived, if we have what he had - an understanding heart.
I hope this audio message will help you have a fruitful 2022!!!

Why is God Sometimes Slow?
The Bible tells us that God has a good plan for each of us. If this is true, why is He often slow in fulfilling this in our lives?
It took him 25 years to give Abraham a son. It took him 40 years before he called Moses to save the Jews from Egypt. It took him 14 years to make David a king. Why is God sometimes slow in implementing his plan?
Have you been asking God to deliver you from your difficult situation? Have you been pleading for a better life than what you have today? Yet, it seems that God has been slow in answering your prayers.
This message will show that God is never slow. He allows us to endure trials to prepare us for the blessings he has set aside for us. He knows that if we are not ready, His plans can curse us and not bless us.

Where is Jesus in all of this?
This was a message I gave last Christmas, but its lesson is not for Christmas only. It can be applied to whatever you are going through today.
While the pandemic seems to be slowing down, many still live in fear, na parang walang peace sa buhay nila. While we all had a little relief when we celebrated Christmas and New Year, the overall atmosphere is still disheartening. I cannot help but ask, “Where is Jesus in all of this?”
In John 16:33 Jesus said that in this world we will have tribulations. But he told us to take courage because he has overcome the world. If this is true, why is there so much pain around us?
When Jesus was born, he was referred to as Emmanuel, meaning God is with us! I discovered that Jesus has been with us all this time. He is just waiting for us to respond properly so that He can give us the peace He promised in John 16:33, “These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace.”
May this message bless you and encourage you!

WHEN GOD IS QUIET
Have there been times when God was very quiet in your life? When you asked, you did not answer? Yet, before Jesus ascended, He promised to be with us always. So, why are there times when you did not feel His presence?
I am learning that God is never quiet. He seems quiet when we are not willing to listen. We are not ready to hear for a number of reasons - when we are not willing to repent from sin, when we are not happy with what we have and where we are, and when we are distracted by the concerns of the world like money and fame.
When God becomes quiet, Jeremiah 29:13–14 says we should search for Him with all our heart. What does this mean? Sana, this message will be able to help you hear God always.

HOW SHOULD WE HELP THE POOR
The Bible tells us to always remember the poor! But what is the proper way to help them? Should we do this by giving them alms or limos?
Do you remember an incident when Jesus gave money to the poor? How about his disciples? When someone asked Peter and John for alms, Peter said, “Silver and gold I have not, but what I have I give to you.” Sigurado ako may barya si Peter, pero hindi sya nagbigay ng limos. Instead, pinalakad nya yung tao. Bakit?
What is the proper way to help the poor? I found the answer in Deuteronomy 15. In this audio message I wish to explain how God wants us to help the poor. This is a recording of a Bible Study I did with friends in Bukidnon.

INQUIRE FROM THE LORD
Have you ever done something for the Lord because you felt He asked you to do it? Pero when you acted on it napahamak ka?
Maraming beses napahamak ang Israel because Joshua 9:14 says, “… the men of Israel… did not ask for the counsel of the Lord.” Do you know that many of the blunders of Israel’s leaders happened because they did not inquire from the Lord?
But David was different. He never stopped inquiring from the Lord, despite his position as king, his accomplishments in battle and his experiences in life. If we are to be as successful as David, we should continue to inquire not matter how old or successful we have become. Sana, this message will help you to be as successful as David.

What Gift Can You Give Jesus?
Diba pag birthday ng isang tao, we give gifts to honor and make the person happy? As we celebrate the birth of Jesus, what gifts will make Him happy?
* Will He be happy if you give money to the poor or the church?
* Will He be delighted if you offer a blood sacrifice to Him?
* Will He be excited if you fast by depriving yourself of the things that you want?
I realized that there is nothing we can give to Him because everything belongs to Him. Except for one thing! Which is your heart.
What does it mean to give your heart to Jesus? In this message, I wanted to make the idea of giving your heart to Him a practical idea. I have discovered that you give Him your heart by wanting what He wants for you and pursuing the plans He has made for you.
May this audio message prepare you for a fruitful 2021.

My Journey To Fruitfulness
Have you heard the story of my family's journey from Manila to Bukidnon? Now I can share it with you in more detail because somebody recorded it.
When people attend Semilya Sa Kinabuhi's Essentials Of Business Training in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, we host the participants for dinner in our house on a Thursday evening. After dinner, we gather them to share our story. Last November 2019, a friend, David Junsay, came and recorded our testimony.
Maybe you have read about our story through my book, Breaking Through, or have heard snippets from my YouTube videos. This audio message explains our journey in a sequential and detailed manner. In the end, I also explain the reason why God brought us to Bukidnon.
I hope our story will inspire you and encourage you to walk in faith.

You Need Tithing More Than The Lord Needs Your Tithe
Tithing is an integral part of the way we manage our business. In Moriah Farms, we give tithe from our gross profit, and every employee gives their tithe to his/her church. We know this because we monitor it. Hehehe. But why do we do this?
Are you struggling with tithing, especially today na mahirap ang panahon.
I believe the root cause of our struggle is akala ng karamihan na we are giving OUR money to the Lord. In Malachi 3, God asks us to bring back, not give, 10% of the income we get. He is not asking us to give from our savings, but from what we earn from the job or business He has entrusted to us.
While Malachi 3 tells us that we can test God’s faithfulness when we tithe, I have learned that God also tests us through tithing. Test what? He is testing our faith. God wants to know if we believe that He is the Owner the things we have and the Lord over every area of our lives. He also wants to know if He can use us as a channel of blessing to others.
Tithing is one reason why our farm has grown and why we have thrived even in this pandemic.
I made this message because I want you to experience what we experienced and receive the blessings we have received. Sana, God will find you faithful so that He can bless you, so you can be a blessing to the world.

Why did God allow this? Why did He not protect me?
Na covid ka ba? Or hindi, nag sara ba negosyo mo o nawala ang trabaho mo? So you ask, “Lord, bakit mo pinayagan ito?”
The other day, a friend asked me to help answer these questions kasi marami daw sa companya nila ang discourage na masyado.
I told her that God did never promise us a problem-free life, but in John 16:33 (NLT), He said He will overcome the world for us.
Since time immemorial, God has been sending plagues to the world to show people that He is Lord, and to force people repent from their wicked ways.
But why do the innocent get affected? Why do they suffer while God punishes the wicked? Do you know the tribulations expose our faith and the condition of our hearts? They also reveal our weaknesses, and give us a chance to improve on them.
Sabi ni Winston Churchill, “Do not waste a good crisis?” We can learn many good things from the troubles we experience, which I will explain this audio message. Happy listening!

Sino Ba May Kasalanan Nito?
Alam mo nakakapikon na itong COVID ha!
I was expecting the pandemic to end by 2021 because the pandemics of the past ended naturally after two years maski wala silang vaccines noon. Tapos maski more people have been vaccinated already, the cases of infection have skyrocketed. Those who are vaccinated blame those who are not for the spike in infections; those who are not vaccinated point back to those who have because they are now carriers of modified viruses because of the injection they got. Tapos may Delta variant pa! Hay nako!
Sino ba ang may kasalanan nito? Yung Wuhan Lab ba that apparently manufactured the virus, si Anthony Fauci ba who funded the Wuhan Lab, si Bill Gates ba who predicted this pandemic while investing heavily on big Pharmas, or kagagawan ba ito ni Satan?
As our situation worsens, I went to the Bible to check what it says about pandemics and understand how God views plagues. Nagulat ako sa natutunan ko, pero naintindihan ko rin kung ano ang gusto ni God na respond ko. In this audio message, I want to share what I discovered kasi baka matulungan ko kayo to respond properly, so that God may protect you and bless you through this prolonged pandemic.
Sana you will be blessed by what you will learn.

Cease Striving For He Is God
“Bakit ba kayo nagmamadali?” Whenever I ask this, most people would say, “Kailangan natin bilisan, kasi sayang ang panahon!? Pag hindi natin binilisan baka maunahan tayo ng ibang tao!” Pero ang tanong ko, pag pinilit mong lumaki maski hindi mo kaya, ano ang mangyayari sa negosyo mo?”
I have seen many businesses fail because the owners forced themselves to grow even when their organizations were not ready. Napagod na sila, nawala pa ang pinaghirapan nila. So today, I live by an opposite maxim that says, “Wag mong bilisan kasi nagmamadali tayo! Pagnagkamali tayo ng liko or maaksidente tayo, lalong tatagal at lalong magsasayang ang panahon.”

Set Your Minds On Things Above
I wish you would take time to listen to this message because I believe it will help simplify your life and allow you to start enjoying heaven here on earth.
In Colossians 3:2 Paul said that we should set our minds on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. Does this mean we should free themselves from the concerns of this world and focus their attention on trying to get to heaven, where there will be no suffering and pain?
In this audio message, I wish to present a new and encouraging perspective and hope to help you enjoy your life here on earth, because earth is part of the kingdom of heaven!
I found that the reason why many people are poor is they worry about food, shelter and clothing with our doing anything about it. They expect God to provide for their needs without obeying His command to work and be good stewards of what they have.

Your Cup From The Lord
The Bible uses the “cup” to symbolize the lot that God wants to us accept, which is our portion in His kingdom. The Hebrew word for cup is kos. It is a container of something to drink, but it also means a reward; this is why trophies take the form of a cup. From this definition, I learned that when God gives us a cup to drink, He is giving us a responsibility and a reward.
The cup that God gave Jesus led to His death. While Jesus loves the One who gave him the cup, He did not like what was inside it. When He was in the garden of Gethsemane, He pleaded so hard for His Father to take away the cup that He started to sweat blood. But why did Jesus accept the cup despite the suffering that came with it?
Do you think you can do what He did?
God has set aside a cup for each of us to drink, which represents our responsibility and reward. While it will be a good cup, it is not always pleasant. It may force us to die to ourselves and to our plans. But why should we drink it despite the sacrifices that we may have to make?
I hope that I can encourage you to accept the cup God wants you to drink in this audio message. While it may contain some things you do not like, it will also lead you to the best life you can ever live.
Happy listening and God bless you!

You Cannot Inherit Eternal Life.
This message will shock you, but before you get turned off, please hear me out.
One of the most controversial questions asked in the Bible is, “What shall I do to inherit eternal life?” The answer Jesus gave to the rich young ruler in Luke 18 has made some people poor as they sold everything they have to give to the poor. But it has also offended many because they find Jesus’ answer very impractical and unfair. But do you know that a lawyer asked Jesus the same question in Luke 10, but Jesus gave him a different response, and He did not ask the lawyer to sell anything to give to the poor?
The conflicting answers Jesus gave made me want to understand this controversial question so that I may respond to Him appropriately.
I discovered that to inherit means to transfer ownership from a father to his children. When the ownership is transferred to the son, the son now has the authority over the inheritance and the power to decide what is good and evil over it. Understanding this, I learned that we could not inherit eternal life because the Father has given everything to His Son, Jesus. Because He owns everything, only Jesus can give us eternal life. And He gives this to people who follow Him - wherever He goes and whatever He says.
May this audio message bless you!

WHY WAS THERE NO ROOM
When I read Luke 2:7, which says that Mary gave birth to Jesus in a manger because there was no room for them in the inn, I was bothered a lot.
I asked myself, whose fault was it that Jesus was born in such a depressing place and why did the world not provide something better for the Messiah? Was it because Joseph was poor, that he could not afford to pay for a room in the inn? Joseph was a carpenter, someone who builds houses. Ang tawag sa kanya today is contractor, so surely he had more than enough to pay for a decent room. Was it the fault of the “prince of the air”, mentioned in Ephesians 2:2, because he did not want the Son of God to feel welcome? Bakit, ibig bang sabihin nito, God cannot overpower the devil to provide the best accommodation for Jesus?
As I was contemplating on what happened the day Jesus was born, I found myself asking, “What would have happened if Jesus was born in a palace, instead of a manger? How would we approach Him if He grew up as a man of privilege instead of a carpenter’s son? What will this world be if Jesus came as a conquering King instead of a merciful savior?”
I realized that Jesus was born in a manger, not because God could not provide something better, but instead, God would not have it any other way. Sana, the audio message below will help you see the kindness of the Lord so that you may know that whatever situation you are in, God placed you there to accomplish His great and wonderful purpose.

LORD, HELP MY UNBELIEF
In the past, I thought that the only thing that would prevent God from answering our prayers is our sin. Then there was this father in Mark 9 who brought his son to the disciples of Jesus so they can cast out the demon that possessed him. But the disciples could not. So the father argued with the disciples and rebuked them for failing him.
When they went to Jesus, Jesus rebuked all of them for being part of an unbelieving generation. Initially, I thought that the disciples' lack of faith prevented them from casting the demon that possessed the boy. Then I learned that it was only after the boy’s father said, in Mark 9:24, “Help my unbelief,” that Jesus was able to cast out the demon from the boy.
I realized that there are times that God would not answer the things we ask for because we doubt His ability to do so. Have you been praying for something important, but the Lord has not responded, even though you know that He can easily give you what you want?
I made this message because I was intrigued by the father of the demon-possessed boy. I wanted to understand what unbelief means so that I may learn to completely believe in Jesus. I am hoping that when I learn this, He may answer the prayers that are important to me.
Sana, this message may bless you, as the story in Mark 9 has blessed me.

Growing Despite Trouble
This was my Easter Message sa Semilya Sa Kinabuhi. However, late ang release, pero sana this message will still be helpful to those who choose to listen to it.
=====
Have you ever found yourself in a place where you wish that God would deliver you from? Kasi you know you will die inside if you stay any longer. But noong hindi ka Nya tinangal doon, how did you change your prayer, and how did you survive that situation?
In a recent webinar, a participant asked, “I do not feel I am growing in my current job. Kasi I am not able to apply the things I learned in college. I feel I should be somewhere else. So what do I do?”
I told the person that personal growth is not a factor of the situation you are in or the people around you; instead, it is a decision you make no matter the state of the circumstances you are in.
If you believe that God is in control, you must trust that you are exactly He wants you to be. God expects him to make the most of the possessions and talents that He entrusted no matter the situation. Because if you do well, you will enjoy the reward He has reserved for you.

Following Instructions Brings Blessings!
Do you like following instructions? Many people don’t! They either modify the instructions they get, or reject them completely.
I am learning that it is not only important to obey the laws of the Lord, but it is also equally important to follow the instructions He gave. But what is the difference between laws and instructions?
The Hebrew word for laws is Torah? And Torah are not rules to obey, but instructions to follow! But what is the difference between rules and instructions? When you disobey rules, the lawgiver will punish you. But when you do not follow instructions, you punish yourself.
I am learning that God gave His laws as instructions to guide us, protect us and bless us.
I hope this message will encourage you to follow instructions even if they do not make sense because the Lord is continually looking for people like this. He knows that those who make it a habit to follow instructions will follow Him! Because following instructions is behavioral.
May God find you faithful!

What Does The Lord Require From You?
Does the Lord require you to go to worship every Sunday, to give your tithes, bless the poor, serve in the church, and fast every so often? These are not the things required in Micah 6:8, instead, the verse said, “He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?”
Micah said these are the things that are good, but good for whom? I am learning that these are not things good for the Lord but good for us. Because when we do them we will live in peace, receive abundance and live the best life we can ever have.
I realized that when we understand what Micah said, it will be easier for us to go to worship, bless the poor, give our tithes and serve the Lord.
I wish this audio message will help simplify Christianity for you, so that you may enjoy your walk with the Lord.

What Is Keeping You From Reaching Your Full Potential?
Do you feel you have reached your fullest potential? Or is there something that has been keeping you from achieving it?
I made this message in response to some questions I got during the recent webinars I did.
One person asked, “How do I know that I am where God wants me to be?” While another asked, “How do I know that this job is for me? Baka naman God wants me to go somewhere else.” Finally, someone asked me, “What do you do when you reach rock bottom, or you are at the lowest point in your life?”
Naisip ko, how can these people reach their full potential if they feel this way? So I gave these questions a lot of thought because I know these people need help, and many others feel the same way. I created this audio message to help people live their lives in all their fullness.
May God bless you always!

You Can Make Your World New
The Christian World is looking forward to the coming of the new heaven and the new earth, that Jesus promised in Revelations 21. Many feel that it will soon come, because the world is becoming more evil and dangerous for His people.
But, I ask, do we have to wait for it to come so that we can live better lives.
As we wait for this event, I am learning that we can make the world we are in new. We can be an agent of change if we live according to the ways of the Lord, in spite of the pressure to conform with the world. When we make a stand for the Lord, we will be able to bless people and help them experience the goodness of the Lord.
As this pandemic persists, I hope the message below will help you see that we can make the world a better place, even as we wait for Jesus to make all things new.

DO SOMETHING GREAT IN 2021
In John 14:12 (NASB), Jesus said, “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father.”
Jesus said He went back to His Father to make sure that we can do greater things than what He did while He was here. If this is so, then why are many of us living a life of insignificance? Why have many of us not done anything great?
Jeremiah 29:11 says that God has made a plan for each of us, plans to give us a good future. Yet, most of us are asking, “How do I know God’s plan for me, so that we can accomplish the great things He prepared for me?
This message hopes to give you clues on how to discern God’s plan for you and the great work that He wants to accomplish through you. I hope this will help you do something great for the Lord in 2021, for your sake and for those you love.

Diba pag birthday ng isang tao, we give gifts to honor and make the person happy? As we celebrate the birth of Jesus, what gifts will make Him happy?
Will He be happy if you give money to the poor or the church?
Will He be delighted if you offer a blood sacrifice to Him?
Will He be excited if you fast by depriving yourself of the things that you want?
I realized that there is nothing we can give to Him because everything belongs to Him. Except for one thing! Which is your heart.
What does it mean to give your heart to Jesus? In this message, I wanted to make the idea of giving your heart to Him a practical idea. I have discovered that you give Him your heart by wanting what He wants for you and pursuing the plans He has made for you.
May this audio message prepare you for a fruitful 2021.

Are You Physically Blind, Or Spiritually Impaired.
Did Jesus come only to give us eternal life? Did He come to just open the doors of heaven for us? Is this why Christians always ask, “Do you know where you are going when you die?”
Are there practical benefits we can enjoy while we are still here on earth? In John 9:1 to 7, Jesus was confronted by a man born blind. So His disciples asked, “Who sinned that this man would be born blind?” Jesus answered saying it was not because anyone’s sin, but because God wants to display His power through him.
If every person was born blind, would the blind man in John 9 feel cursed? No, he will feel normal! While many of us can physically see, most of us are spiritually blind. We are spiritually blind when we fail to appreciate what we have and who we are, only because we keep comparing ourselves with others. Many of us have been living mediocre lives because we feel disadvantaged from birth, not realizing that God made us who we are for an incredibly unique purpose.
One of the reasons Jesus came is to remove our blindness. If we put our faith in Him, He will make us see that whatever disadvantages we have today will become our advantage in the future. But before this can happen, we must see our situation from the eyes of Jesus.
I hope this message will help you see how blessed you are.

Why Did Jesus Have To Be Born As A Child
Have you ever wondered why Jesus had to be born as a child? Would He not been more effective if people saw descend as a man before He ascended back to heaven? People would have been awed at His presence and they would have been more respectful and obedient, diba?
As the world becomes more chaotic, wouldn’t it be nice for our savior to come soon? When I asked my friends in Semilya how they would want the savior to come, many said, “Sana, he will come like Iron Man!” Sana he would come down from the sky, impose his power, kill the enemies, and change things overnight. Wow, would that be an amazing scene to witness?
But how would you respond to a savior like Iron Man? I am sure you will worship him! But you will worship him in fear, not in love. You will obey him out of fear because you know he can obliterate you if he does not like you. While he may have the power to save, he also can destroy without justification.
Why did Jesus have to be born as a child? In the audio message below, I wish to share with you what I discovered. I hope this message will help you to appreciate Jesus more. May you learn to worship Him, not in fear but, in love because He is the only God willing to take on the human journey. He did this so He can empathize with us and show us how we can live our lives on earth to the full.
Merry Christmas!!! May Jesus be the center of your celebration!

God’s Plan Will Always Be Better Than Yours.
When God said, in Isaiah 55:8-9, “My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” I felt He was scolding me and telling me that whatever plans make will be useless compared to His.
But when I pondered on it, while bearing in mind that God is Father, I realized He said this, not to limit me but, to protect me. Protect me from what?
I discovered that the main reason why people fail is because they would always do things according to what is right in their eyes, often rejecting the ways of the Lord. God said His plans will always be better than ours because He wants us to take them on and embrace them so that we will not fail but succeed.
Do you want to make better choices? Sana, the message below can help you live life better.

You Were Called For A Righteous Purpose
In Isaiah 42:6, the Lord said He will hold us by the hand and watch over us so that we can accomplish His righteous purpose. When you read about this idea, what comes to your mind? The best picture to describe the concept is Psalm 23.
In Psalm 23, God promises to lead us, guide us, and make us lie down in green pasture so that we will never be in want. He promised to comfort us when we are in the valley of the shadow of death and dine with us when we are in front of our enemies. Do you like to picture that Psalm 23 paints? I do!
But as I looked into Psalm 23 closely, I cannot help but ask, why am I in the valley of the shadow of death and before my enemies? If My Shepherd will lead me and guide me, how did I end up there? Why would God lead me into such terrible situations?
I am learning that when God holds us by the hand and watches over us, He will bring us to where we should be and not where we want to be. He does this to grow us and make us strong so that we may accomplish His righteous purpose.
Sana, you will enjoy the attached audio message. May it help you understand the good purpose God is trying to achieve even when He lets you go through a storm, just like this pandemic.

GOD IS THE STORM (Audio Message)
If you are a Jew, what will come to your mind when you hear the words Assyria and Babylon? If you are a Filipino, what will come to your feel when hear the words Sendong and Yolanda? How about when you hear COVID 19 and SARS, what will come to your mind? These are things that, like storms, brought destruction to the places they passed through and misery to the people they affected.
Who created these storms? Why did God allow them? Many believe these are the work of the devil because Ephesians 6:12 says, “our struggle is against the world forces of this darkness”
But how would you feel if I tell you that it was God, not the devil, who raised Assyria and Babylon to punish Israel and execute His judgment? And though we see Nebuchadnezzar as an evil king, how would you feel when in Jeremiah 27:6 God called the king of Babylon, His servant?
I learned that God sent Assyria and Babylon, like storms, to devastate Israel for their good. Sandali lang, how can storms bring anything good in people’s lives? I recently learned that while storms can be very destructive, they also bring many good things into our lives. So when God allow storms to come into our lives, He does so to make our lives better, not worst.
What do I mean by all these. I hope that the attached message encourage you and teach you how to use the storms in your life to soar higher.

The Righteous Will Never Hunger! Pero, Bakit Ang Pilipino Gutom?
While I was meditating on Psalms, I was bothered by Proverbs 10:3, which says, “The Lord will not allow the righteous to hunger, but He will reject the craving of the wicked.”
A few days ago, in a webinar, Dr. Alvin Ang said that of all the countries in Asia the Philippines is affected the most. Our cases of infection is the highest, and our economy is the worst. Our neighbors, like Thailand and Vietnam, are better off and are starting to recover.
So napaisip ako, how can a former communist country and a buddhist nation be better off than the Philippines. Diba we are the ones who believe in the true God and follow Jesus. Are we not more righteous than they?
Is Proverbs 10:3 lying? If it is saying the truth, then baka mali ang pagkaintindi natin about righteousness and wickedness. In this audio message, I shared what I discovered about these two words. I hope this message can help us stay righteous, so that none of us will be hungry and in need.

FINDING REST IN TRYING TIMES
Has this pandemic been stressful for you? Has it made you weary and tired? Nasabi mo ba sa sarili mo, “Pagod na ako, sana God will bring me to a place of rest?”
This pandemic has been a very trying period for many of us. As I personally struggled through it, Psalm 95:11 caught my attention and it says, “Therefore I swore in My anger, truly they shall not enter into My rest.”
In Psalms 95:11, the Lord was angry with Israel because they were stubborn. So they were not able to enjoy the “rest” God promised when He delivered them from slavery in Egypt.
Many times during this pandemic nasabi ko kay God, “Lord, pagod na ako, will you bring me to a place of rest?” Pero since I cannot go anywhere because of the quarantine and travel restriction, I decided to study the meaning of this verse. Naisip ko, baka if I understand what it means, I may be able to find rest even while I stay put.
I would like to share with you what I learned from Psalm 95:11, hoping that you too will find the peace that I found when I understood the "rest" that God wants us to enjoy.

HOW TO RECOVER FROM YOUR LOSSES
Have you ever experienced getting into trouble because of the mistakes or the sins of another person? Nawalan ka na ba ng pera because of a foolish decision by someone you trust?
I realize that we sometimes get into trouble, not because of any sin we committed, but as a consequence of the mistake of others. What should we do when this happens to us?
This message came to me while I was meditating on the book of Job. From his book, I discovered how we can recover from losses imposed on us by others. In it, I also saw how we can gain back more than what we lost, by responding to our situation properly and by being faithful to the Lord.

When God Rejects Your Good Intention!
How would you feel if you present a plan that would glorify the Lord, but He rejects your intention? Tapos when you look at your friends, nakita mo na yung mga plano nila natupad kasi tinulungan sila ni God? Would you feel bad?
The story of when David intended to build a temple for the Lord has often been discussed in many forums, but I cannot help but be amazed at how David responded even though God rejected his offer. I could not understand why he did not feel bad but was instead happy to prepare the things Solomon would need.
Among all the kings of Israel, God chose David to be the standard by which all would be measured. What was it about David that made God love him so much? I hope this message will help you understand the heart of David so that the Lord can love you the way He loved him.
Happy listening!

To Be Good, Yet Be Evil?
Is it possible for a person to be good, and still be evil in the eyes of God? It is possible for someone to be loved by the world, and be rejected by the Lord.
Steven Hawkings seemed to be a very nice person. Despite his disabilities, he discovered how the universe began and explained how it works. But in a book he wrote he said that since the laws of the universe are fixed, there is no room for a god in it. Do you think the God of the Bible would approve of Steven’s findings?
Will God be unfair if he rejects those who do not agree with His ways? Or will it be unreasonable for us to expect God to bless us while we insist on living our lives according to our ways, not His?
In the audio message below, I want to explain the benefits of embracing the ways of the Lord, even if we have to die to ourselves. If you do this, God will give you peace in the middle of a calamity.
Happy Listening!

Was It Worth It?
Have you ever done something foolish because it felt right at that moment? Have you ever made a decision that went against logic only because things seemed to be falling towards that direction? Parang you just felt na it was part of God’s will? Have you acted on a passion because the world is supporting that decision? To lessen the risk of making a mistake, you weighed out the pros and cons and consulted people you respect. But when you acted on your emotions, you regretted it after.
I am sure this has happened to you, in fact, to all of us? Ang tanong ko, was it worth it?
This message hopes to help you avoid the painful consequences of life, by always considering what is right in the Lord’s sight, and not what is right in our eyes.

Who Is The Wisest?
Who is the wisest man in history? Solomon, of course! If God will allow, would you want to be as wise as him? I discovered that Solomon was very special to the Lord, even though he was a child borne from David’s sin against Uriah and Bathsheba. As a proof, when David offered to build a temple for the Lord, God told David to let Solomon build it. I believe the temple was a symbol of God’s affirmation and a reflection of the glory He would give Solomon as king.
If Solomon’s wisdom came as a favor from the Lord, then how will it be possible for us to become as wise as him? In this audio message, I would like to show you that we can become as wise as Solomon, if we live out the condition God gave Israel and Solomon.
I hope you will enjoy this message.

The Business Called Farming (Audio File)
We had a blast with the event titled "The Business Called Farming" last May 27, 2020 via Zoom Meeting. Here is the audio file version and I hope you'd like it too!
While COVID-19 has hurt the country in many ways, it is also opening new opportunities, especially in farming. Since all other countries are struggling, and importations will be restricted, the situation is forcing us to feed ourselves.
But while many would like to go into farming, many are afraid to rush into it because people had lost their hard-earned savings when they entered this venture.

How do you achieve a fruitful future!
Where do you see yourself three to five years from now? This is a question often asked by people in business. People ask this because Steven Covey said that we should always begin with the end in mind. Pero may tanong ako sa iyo. Yung panaginip mo ba noong mas bata ka, say 5 years ago, nangyayari ba ngayon? Not to most people!
Do you know that many of the successful companies in the 1990s have closed or are struggling to survive, like Xerox, Kodak and HP? Did they dream that this would happen thirty years ago? I am sure not! So what happened to their dreams? This message will show that your dreams will not decide your future. Instead, what you do with what you have today will determine how fruitful your future will become!

May The Lord Be With You
Aside from Joshua, only Caleb was able to enter the Promised Land. One of the reasons is because God promised to give him a portion of the land when they first entered it. But instead of going into the land, God made them go back to the wilderness because of how the other spies rebelled against God.
The Bible tells us that Caleb did not grow old and his strength did not fade as he waited to re-enter the Land. He was in fact able to defeat the giants in the land, as he claimed the portion God promised to give him. Caleb has become one of my new heroes in the Bible.
We should consider his ways and learn from his story.

Ask What You Want
If God would come to you one night and say, “Ask what you want from Me.” What will you ask for? Will you ask for the ability to enjoy all the food in the world? Will you ask for wealth and riches, or honor and fame? Or, will you ask for wisdom and knowledge, as Solomon did. Because of what Solomon asks, God added to him riches, honor and wealth.
But these blessings eventually led him to sin. So is there something better we can ask for from God, that will allow us to be faithful and yet enjoy riches and wealth.
There is, and this message will explain it.

Fear the Lord and Obey Him
For those of you who are over 50 years old, can you say that you have lived your life to the full? Or do you have regrets that you wish you can change if given the chance to go back in time? And how do you now make sure that you are able to make the most of your remaining years on earth?
If you are younger, how can you make sure that the plans you make will be successful? How can you avoid the regrets that older people have to live with?
In this message, we will learn from Solomon and try to appreciate what he meant in Ecclesiastes 12:13, when he said, “The conclusion, when all has been heard, is: fear God and keep His commandments because this applies to every person.”
May you live a long good life, and may God give you riches, wisdom, and honor.

Are you a believer?
How do you know that you are a true “believer”? And, what is the proof that you are a child of God? Making sure that you are a child of God is crucial because only His children will receive the inheritance that He has prepared.
Many people claim to be believers and followers of Jesus when in fact they are not.
Because of this, God would not listen to their prayers and withhold His blessing. This message gives a new perspective about believing and explains the proof that you should look to know that you are one.

Salvation From This World
When you pray, “Lord, save me!” What do you expect Him to do?
Life on earth has become more and more difficult! There are wars and rumors of wars, then there are earthquakes and famine all around. Recently, a number of plaques have paralyzed the world; andyan ang African swine flu, corona virus, bird flu, etc. Are these the signs that our end is near?
Have you been asking God, “Lord, save me!” When you pray this, what do you expect Him to do? Alam nyo, I am learning that our expectation of salvation is very different from what God is willing to do for us. Most of us want Him to save us from this world, but Jesus prayed in John 17 that we stay here! Why? So that we can take care of the earth and save the future generation from the miseries we are experiencing.
I hope you would give your ear to this message.

You Have Been Saved
Last Christmas, I realized something important! I realized that when Jesus came to save us from our sins, He automatically saved us from the world. I learned that the world is not our enemy, instead, it is a destination we go to when we sin against the Lord. The world, the one inhabited by people, is a gathering of those who decided to live according to their ways and reject that of the Lord. The reason why Jesus came to save us from our sin is that it is our sins that make us part of that world.
Are you bothered by what I said? Sana you would give time to listen to this message. It has helped me appreciate my life on earth and realized that life will not be difficult if we follow Jesus and obey His way.
May you enjoy this message and be blessed!

Come, Follow Me!
What was the most important burden in Jesus‘ heart? Many would say, it is to seek and save the lost. What was the most important instruction Jesus gave? They would say, it is that we go and make disciples.
I am learning that if you want to understand the burden in a person you must listen to the things he would talk about again and again, yung bang inuulit ulit nya. In 2019, I studied the gospels and took careful note of the things Jesus would often talk about. Kasi I believe that when we understand His greatest burden and His most important instruction, we will be able to respond to God better.
I hope this message will bless you and help you become everything God wants you to be!

God’s Kingdom Is At Hand Part 1
In this message, I will explain the gospel Jesus preached when He said, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” But this statement is not clear. He did not say that His kingdom is here, nor did He say that it is still coming. Since we do not see heaven in control of the world today, many conclude is that it is yet to come when Jesus returns. This message may shake the foundation of your faith, but I hope you will spare some time to listen kasi baka it may help you live the life Jesus wants you to have.
A friend told me that my messages are quite long, so he suggested that I cut my messages in 2 parts. Appreciating his feedback, here is Part 1 of the message; it explains what the phrase “at hand” means.

My Christmas Message
Today, we must celebrate and remember the birth of our Savior.
Pero bakit after December, the celebration stops? Kasi December is just a time when we remember the time of His birth. A few months from now, in April, we will mourn naman the time of His death, rejoice the day of His resurrection, but be saddened by the moment of His leaving.
Though He promised to return, we have to go back to their busy lives while we wait for the day Jesus returns to save them from this world. But why doesn’t He just bring us to heaven today? Or why is He taking so long to return?
In this message, I would like to show you that our celebration should never end. Because instead of waiting for His return, we should focus on a promise Jesus made in Matthew 28:20, where He said, “...and lo, I will be with you always until the end of the age!”

You Will Know He Is Lord
In the book of Ezekiel, God repeated a phrase 65 times in 48 verses, and the phrase is, “..., and you will know that I am Lord!” God repeated it 65 times because it is important for Him that the Jews know that He is Lord. But as I studied Ezekiel, I learned that it is essential for us to understand what this means because it will decide our welfare.
I saw a lot of parallelism with how the Jews live in the past and the way we live our lives today. I believe the message of Ezekiel is relevant for us today as it was for the Jews in the past. I hope this message will help you understand that God will always remain Lord in every circumstance we are in.

Why Do We Disrespect God As Father
Do you get hurt when your children stop listening to you because they prefer to listen to their friends?
Do you know that the Lord hurts in the same way when we prefer to listen to the world?
Today, the world has a new standard for what is right and what is wrong, and it often contradicts what the Lord has taught us. When we rebel against the Lord, by choosing to follow the standards of the world, He gets hurt as a Father because He is the one who has been taking care of us.
But instead of punishing us, He gives us over to our foolish desires so we may realize how wicked the world is.
Kasi, when we have to face the consequences of our sins, the world will not be there to help them.
I hope the audio message below will help you become wiser by helping you understand how and why we need to remain faithful to the Lord!

When You Love Everything You Have, You Have Everything You Need!
When You Love Everything You Have, You Have Everything You Need!
Do you feel that there is something better for you elsewhere? A better life in another country? A better job in another company? This is an illness that plagues many Filipinos. It is an illness because according to the Oxford Dictionary, an illness is a period of sickness that affects the mind or the body. Most Filipinos cannot stop thinking of this question, and he cannot find rest unless he acts on this belief. So he abandons his land and leaves his job in the hope of finding something better somewhere else. But when he finally gets to where he wants to be, he does not always find the better life he desires.
In this audio message, I hope to show that, “When you love everything you have, you have everything you need!” I discovered that when you have this mindset, you will have a better life you want wherever you maybe today.

Mayroon ka ba pwedeng gawin para sagutin kaagad ni God ang prayers mo?
In Matthew 21:21–22, Jesus said we should ask in faith and believe that we will receive what we ask for.
Pero bakit hindi lahat ng hinihingi natin binibigay nya.
Does this mean we have no faith?
This message will explain how we should ask so that we will receive what we ask for.

His Yoke Is Easy
His Yoke Is Easy.
This may be one of the most important message I have composed.
Jesus said if you are weary you should go to Him because He can give you rest. But if Jesus came to give us rest, then why are many people tired physically, emotionally and spiritually. I discovered that it is because we try hard to be in control, even in our service for the Lord. I learned that God does not want us to do things for Him, instead He wants us to do things with Him. When we understand what this means, we will find the rest we are looking for.

No One Should Be Poor
I have always believed that no one should be poor, and the reason why some people are poor is because they are lazy. In reality, there are people who are hard workers and yet end up being poor when they finally retire.
Why does this happen?
Is it because God destined some of us to become poor?
Do you know that this is contrary to what God said in Deuteronomy 15:4, "There will be no poor among you since the Lord will surely bless you in the land you are to possess."
This message will explain how to avoid this pitfall.
