Perfection vs Getting Started

Welcome to my new Challenge Your Norm podcast!I've chosen to name this podcast "Challenge Your Norm" because to me, it is when I step outside of my norm, of what I normally would do, and I challenge myself to do things that force me to grow, that I have felt the most fulfilled and joyful in life. It is when I experience myself take action and do that things that I previously had allowed my fear, discomfort and/or laziness hold me back from doing, that I gain the most confidence, self-trust and fulfillment.
