Blessing and Love Soul Family, welcome back! Today, I am here with another mindfulness practice, giving your autonomic nervous system some extra love to keep you energized and focused. It’s the middle of the week so take some time out to give your organs some extra love.

**What is breath work?**
Breath work is conscious breathing. It brings oxygen into the body, so you can thrive at your best. When you’re physically, emotionally stressed, it helps to balance your body. The idea of the breath is to release toxins and stress when you exhale. When we inhale it nourishes the body. Breath work may also have positive impact on your central nervous system. A few of its benefits, is that it helps to alkalize your blood pH, has anti-inflammatory effects on the body and also elevating your mood. It helps the body to be more present, like a guide inward to help you relax and meet the soul .
