What's Your Flavor: Season 1 Ep. 6 - Yass Bday Cake
On this episode, Mame and Omi discuss the first ever Blue Cheese Conclave that Chef Keeks and his Madam, Salma, held in June 2019. The Blue Cheese Conclave was an intimate 4-course fine dining event that hosted 20 people, including Mame and Omi. They recap the event in detail and their favourite dish from the menu.
They also recounted the first Mames Tastes dinner event held in July that had an environmental theme as the backdrop. Mame gave her thoughts about how it went and the feedback she got from the event.
The second segment of the podcast saw our guest Martin aka Kiddi talk about his Asana business called Yass Asana, which makes flavoured bottled Asana for sale. He goes into the challenges of running a business like that, customer relations and what is in store for the future of his company.
