There are still many questions after four flying objects have been shot down over North America in the past week.  As the military resumes its search for more remains of the Chinese spy balloon off the South Carolina coast, China accuses the U.S. of flying balloons in its airspace. City officials say a coordinated effort stopped a plot to attack a Manhattan synagogue and led to the arrest the 2 men now accused of planning it. Tuesday New York City released a first of it's kind study on the economic impact car-free streets had on businesses during the pandemic.  WCBS Reporter Marla Diamond was in Chinatown where officials highlighted the benefits.
