"The Purple Fez Club" project has been brought together by five disjointed musicians residing in the Silves area of Southern Portugal. Songwriter John Emery and multi-instrumentalist Robin Jennings have fused their love of Alt Americana, folk and pop with a New World vibe, stretching from the Iberian Peninsula to Africa and beyond. The Purple genre has been born.
