A band of three from the south of Johannesburg. A love for many styles of music and hunger to create music that gets the foot stomping. Vladan our singer/guitarist and Tom our bassist/singer met when they were studying at college.A few attempts to create other projects, fate and a musical connection brought them back together. Tumi our Drummer/percussionist came in to the picture by a chance meeting between him and Vlad. Tumi played drums that filled the neighbourhood and Phoenix turbine seemed like it was ment to be.
