About Evan Anderson
Evan Anderson is a 17-year-old singer, songwriter, and producer from the rural Scottish Borders, creating professional-quality pop songs from his bedroom. Evan has always been crazy about the idea of making his own music, coming up with song names and album ideas before he could even write a note of music. Over the past year, Evan has been building a strong presence on Twitter in Japan, achieving massive numbers, boasting over 800,000 views. This has not only attracted the attention of the Japanese public but also many Japanese industry professionals; Evan having received support from singing superstar Shuta Sueyoshi from the chart-topping supergroup AAA, but also the likes of WHITE JAM. Evan spends months trying to perfect his sound and make the tracks sound professional with only minimal, affordable equipment, often disguising unusual sounds in tracks and adding lots of extra noise most others in pop would be afraid to include. Evan has received support from champion of new Scottish music Jim Gellatly, receiving radio play on AmazingRadio. Evan has big plans to take his music to Japan in the flesh in the coming years. With the release of his upcoming single 'Just Yet', a powerful song of resilience, he plans to bring people together worldwide to support one another in these current uncertain circumstances.
