DJ Mike Llama a.k.a. Mike the Llama is an American born artist currently based in Brussels, Belgium. His career began in 1997 with the legendary collab featuring J.J. McKay and Wesley Willis entitled the “Llama Whippin’ Intro”. DJ Mike’s style incorporates eccentric sounds, radio presenter-style voicings and samples of animal noises, creating a distinctive genre of experimental music called llamacore.
